1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing our Built-In Electric Heater. To use this cap properly and to avoid any
potential risk, read these instructions before using it.
Keep these instructions in a place where they can be found easily. If you are not sure of any of
the information contained in these instructions, please contact our customer service center.
The manufacturer is not liable for damages to persons or property caused by improper
installation or misuse of your kitchen.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make modifications that it considers necessary or
useful, also in the interests of the user, without jeopardizing the main functional and safety
features. The cap is designed for a domestic and non-commercial environment.

INSTALLATION ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD

• This artifact should be connected to a circuit which incorporates an isolating switch providing
full disconnection from the mains power supply.

• When the hob is working, never touch the bottom of the hob, or you may get un expectable
electric shock. To avoid accidental touching or children playing, make sure the wooden insert
is fixed well enough to keep from finger
• Do not leave any objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the
hob surface since they can get hot.

4. OPERATION OF PRODUCT
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
IMPORTANT: you must clean the surface of the countertop and the solid plates (see the section
"Cleaning and maintenance")
You must switch on one cooking zone at a time, for 5 minutes at the maximum setting.
This will help eliminate any new odor that exists and evaporate moisture that has formed
in the heating elements during transit.
When carrying out this burning process, a pan of the appropriate size containing cold
water should be placed in the area in question.
Do not burn more than one area at a time.
Control knobs
All operations are carried out using the 2 control commands located on the right side of
the top of the hob.
The control knobs can be turned clockwise or counterclockwise to select a heating level.
The numbers around the outside of each control command indicate the power level at
which you have set the zone.
A mark in the lower right part of each control knob indicates which zone it controls.

Lighting a zone and configuring a power level.
Turn the control knob of the area in which you want to cook, to the
right or to the left until it reaches the desired power level.
Each cooking zone can be adjusted between 1 and 6, one is the
configuration of the coldest zone and six the configuration of the
hottest zone.

When you have finished cooking, be sure to turn the control knob counter clock wise to
the 0 position.
5. USE OF THE ELECTRIC STOVE
The first few times the countertop is used, it can give off a pungent and scorching smell. This
odor will disappear completely with repeated use. The countertop surface is equipped with
cooking areas of different diameter and power.
Position
The positions from which the heat is radiated are clearly marked on the top of the countertop.
The pans should be placed exactly in these areas for efficient heating to occur. The trays must
have the same diameter as the cooking zone in which they are used.
Do not use pans with a rough bottom, as this may scratch the solid plates.
Before using, make sure that the bottoms of the pans are clean and dry.
When cold, the bottom of the pans should be slightly concave, as they expand when hot
and lean against the surface of the countertop. This will allow the heat to transfer more
easily.
The best thickness for the bottom of the trays is 2 to 3 mm of enameled steel and 4 to 6
mm for stainless steel with sandwich-like bottoms.
If these rules are not followed, there will be a great loss of heat and energy. Heat not
absorbed by the pan will spread to the countertop, frame and surrounding cabinets.
Preferably, cover the trays with a lid to allow cooking at a lower heat.
Cooking
Always cook vegetables and potatoes, etc. in little water to reduce cooking times.
Foods or liquids with a high sugar content can damage the surface of the stove if it
comes in contact with the surface of the hob. Any spillage should be cleaned
immediately, however, this can’t prevent the surface of the plate from being damaged.

IMPORTANT: The countertop surface is hard; However, it is not unbreakable and can be
damaged. Especially if sharp or hard objects are allowed to fall on it with some force. DO NOT
USE THE PLATE IF THE SURFACE IS BROKEN OR RIPPED.
After each use
Clean the stove with a damp cloth and a little liquid detergent.
Dry the device by rubbing the surface with a clean cloth.
If the hob is very dirty, if the countertop surface is made of stainless steel, a suitable
stainless steel cleaner should be used.
IMPORTANT: If a stainless steel cleaner is not used regularly, the surface of the plate may
change color over a period of time. For other surfaces of the countertop, a cleaner such as
"Hob Brite" or "Bar Keepers Friend" may be appropriate.
Using a specialized kitchen cleaner
It is possible to buy specialized glass ceramic cleaner / conditioner. You must follow the
instructions provided by the manufacturer of the specialized glass ceramic cleaner. You must
ensure that it is suitable for use on your device. Keeping the plates solid.
If something is spilled on the plate, it can be removed with a soft brush, a plastic or
nylon scrubber and warm water.
To keep the solid plates in good condition, you should put some olive oil on a kitchen
towel and rub it on the surface of the plate. The next time the plate is used, it may
produce a little smoke.
Alternatively, you can use a hot plate conditioner; These products can usually be found
in large supermarkets and hardware stores. The manufacturer's instructions should be
followed when using these products.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The settings below are guidelines only. The exact setting will depend on several factors,
including your cookware and the amount you are cooking.
Experiment with the electric hob to find the settings that best suit you.

Spillovers on the power regulating

1. Switch the power to the electric
hob off.
2. Soak up the spill.
3. Wipe the power regulating
control area with a clean damp
sponge or cloth.
4. Wipe the area completely dry
with a paper towel.

turning the electric hob back on.

The above are the judgment and inspection of common failures.
Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself to avoid any dangers and damages to
the hob.
7. INSTALLATION
Positioning: The adjacent furniture must be able to withstand a minimum temperature
increase of 85 ° C above the ambient temperature of the room in which it is located, during
periods of use.

This appliance is classified as Class 3 and, therefore, must be integrated into a kitchen unit
(according to size) or 60cm worktop, provided the following minimum distances are allowed:
70cm between the surface of the countertop and the bottom of any horizontal surface
on it.
5cm free space around the appliance and between the countertop surface and any
combustible material.

When unpacking the appliance, check that the following items are in the packaging:

Installation of the device
Drill a hole in the countertop that corresponds to the drawings shown above.
IMPORTANT: you must have at least 25-75 mm below the space between the equipment and
any surface below your
Carefully turn the countertop over and place it on a padded carpet.
Apply the sealing strip provided around the edge of the appliance.
The protective cover must be removed from both sides.
Do not leave spaces in the sealing agent or overlap the thickness.
IMPORTANT: Do not use a silicone sealant to seal the device against the opening. This will
make it difficult to remove the plate from the opening in the future, especially if it needs to be
repaired.

Place the clamp (B) over the holes that match the size of the screws. There is a set of holes for
screws in each corner of the countertop. Slightly tighten a screw (C) through the clamp (B) so
that the clamp is attached to the countertop, but so that you can still adjust the position of the
clamp.
Gently twist the plate again and then lower it gently into the opening hole you cut.
At the bottom of the countertop, adjust the clamps to a position that is suitable for your
countertop. Then fully tighten the screws (C) to secure the plate in position.
8. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Fitting Guide lines
The electric hob is manufacture to work with single-phase alternating current (220V-
240V/50Hz)
The connection diagram is also on the cover of the connection box.
All electrical work should be carried out by a suitably qualified and authorized
electrician. No alterations or willful changes in the electricity supply should be carried
out.
The connection cable must be secured in the strain –relief clamp
The electricity supply for the electric hob must
have an isolation switch which enables the power to be
cut off in case of an emergency and for maintenance.
The distance between the working contacts of the
isolation switch must be at least 3mm.
Before connecting the electric hob to the mains power
supply it is important to read the information on the
data plate and the connection diagram.

Connecting the hob to the mains power supply
Voltage of heating elements 220V –240V

This artifact must be earthed
For this connection a power lead of wire type
H05RR-F should be used.
CONNECTING THE HOB TO THE MAINS POWER SUPPLY
The power supply should be connected in compliance with the relevant standard, or a single-
pole circuit breaker. The method of connection is shown below.
1. If the cable is damaged or needs replacing, this should be done by an after-sales technician using
the proper tools, so as to avoid any accidents.

2. If the appliance is being connected directly to the mains supply, an omnipolar circuit breaker must be
installed with a minimum gap of 3mm between the contacts.
3. The installer must ensure that the correct electrical connection has been made and that it complies
with safety regulations.
4. The cable must not be bent or compressed.
5. The cable must be checked regularly and only replaced by a properly qualified person.
The bottom surface and the power cord of the hob are not accessible after installation.
