 tting the ankle positioners to any wheelchair/seating system, please consult
the wheelchair/seating system manufacturer’s manual (or contact them) to nd out if it is
acceptable to do so.

1. Place the user's foot or shoe on the footplate and set the webbing bridge clear of
the foot (Fig. 1), in line with the ankle bone. Mark the holes to be drilled.
2. Drill 4 holes in each foot plate to suit either assembly method (Fig. 2 & Fig. 3).
3. Attach the webbing bridge with the provided hardware.
4. Insert the three-bar slide on the ankle holder strap and thread the strap under the
webbing bridge and back into the slide (Fig. 5). : Do not tighten the strap at
this point.

5. Place the positioner above the ankle, aligning the outer pads with the ankle bones
and the rear of the positioner just above the heel, then feed the strap through the
buckle (Fig. 6).
6. Pull the strap through the buckle until a tight/comfortable t is achieved (Fig. 7).
Press the hook and loop together.
7. Hold onto the three-bar slide and pull the strap tight until the positioner holds the
foot rmly to the footplate (Fig. 8). Thread the strap back through the three-bar slide
(Fig. 9).
8. Follow the above steps for the other positioner.
9. To release the positioner, follow the above steps in reverse. Do Not adjust the
webbing bridge straps unless you wish to alter position.

él) a n de averiguar si es aceptable hacerlo.

1. Coloque el pie o el zapato del usuario sobre el reposapiés y ubique el puente
de cintas a lo largo del pie (Fig. 1) alineado con el hueso del tobillo. Marque los
oricios que se perforarán.
2. Perfore 4 oricios en cada reposapiés a n de adaptar cualquiera de los métodos
de ensamblaje (Fig. 2 y Fig. 3).
3. Sujete el puente de cintas con el herraje suministrado.
4. Inserte la hebilla deslizante de tres barras en la cinta del sujetador de tobillos y
ensarte la cinta debajo del puente de cintas y de regreso a la hebilla deslizadora
(Fig. 5). Nota: No apriete en este momento la cinta.

5. Coloque el posicionador arriba del tobillo, alinee los cojinetes exteriores con los
huesos de los tobillos y la parte posterior del posicionador justo arriba del talón,
después recorra la cinta a través de la hebilla (Fig. 6).
6. Jale la cinta a través de la hebilla hasta que se apriete o se logre un ajuste
confortable (Fig. 7).
7. Sujete la hebilla dteslizadora de tres barras y jale la cinta para apretar hasta que el
posicionador mantenga rmemente el pie sobre el reposapiés (Fig. 8). Ensarte la
cinta de regreso a través de la hebilla deslizadora de tres barras (Fig. 9).
8. Siga los pasos anteriores para el otro posicionador.
9. Si desea liberar el posicionador, siga los pasos anteriores en orden inverso. No
ajuste las cintas del puente de cintas a menos que quiera modicar la posición.

AVANT d’ajuster Poziform sur tout fauteuil roulant ou système de siège, veuillez
consulter le mode d’emploi du fabricant du fauteuil roulant/système de siège (ou
contacter directement le fabricant) an de déterminer s’il est possible de le faire.

1. Placez le pied ou la chaussure de l’utilisateur sur le repose-pied et positionnez la
courroie tissée le long du pied (Fig. 1) en l’alignant sur l’os de la cheville. Marquez
les emplacements des trous à percer.
2. Percez quatre trous dans chaque repose-pied en fonction de la méthode
d’assemblage choisie (Fig. 2 & Fig. 3).
3. Attachez la courroie tissée en utilisant le matériel de xation fourni.
4. Insérez le coulisseau à trois barres sur la sangle de positionnement de la cheville
et enlez la sangle par dessous la courroie tissée et dans le coulisseau (Fig. 5).
Nota : Ne serrez pas encore la sangle.
