1. Theinterface asshowninFig. 1, whichisaccessedafterthesystemisturnedon, iscalledthemaininterfaceinthe
followingtext.

ØSat08:35:00:indicatestheweekdayandtimeofthenexttimeschedule.
ØSource:Built-inAudio:indicatestheaudiosource ofprogramplayedcurrentlybythesystem.
ØCurrenttime:indicatesthecurrentdateandtimeofthesystem.
ØPowersupply:indicatestheon/offstatusofcurrenttimerpowersupplyandprogramcontrolstatus.
Ø“1 off 2 off…”:indicatestheon/offstatusofcurrentzone.
Thefollowing operationcanbeperformedunderthemaininterface:

timeschedule”interface asshowninFig. 5.
Theinformationofatimeschedulecanbeeditedinthisinterface.Press the “”or “”keytohighlightthe
desiredoption,andpress the “Ok”key.Press the “”or “”keytoadjustthenumberoroption.Aftersetting
atimeschedule,press the “Ok”keytoconfirmsetting.
Requiredinformationfora timeschedule:
Sat:Thisoptionistheweekdayofatimeschedule, rangingfromMon toSun.
No:Thisoptionisthenumberofatimeschedule, andthetimescheduleisarrangedaccordingtothenumbersoftime
schedulesofoneday.
Powersupply:Thisoptionisusedtoedittheon/off statusofthepoweroutputsocket.Theoutputpowersupplywill
turnonoroff automaticallywhenthetimescheduleisexecuted.
Time:Thestartingtimeofatimescheduleisaccuratetoasecond.
Zonesetup:Thisoptionisusedtosettheon/off statusofazonewhenatimescheduleisexecuted.Thezonewillturn
onoroffautomaticallywhenthetimescheduleisexecuted.
Onlyoneaudiosource selectable:Selecttheaudiosource inatimeschedulefrom “TUNER”, “INNER.MP3”,
“Stop”and “…”. The “TUNER”referstothebuilt-intuner, the “INNER.MP3”referstothebuilt-in MP3program, the
“Stop”refersthatthetunerorMP3programplayedcurrentlywill bestoppedwhenthetimescheduleisexecuted,and
the “…” refersthatthestatusbeforethetimescheduleisexecutedismaintained.
Audiosource setup:Thisoptionisusedtosettheprogramtobeplayedwhenatimescheduleisexecuted.Selecta
storagenumberofaradiostationstoredinthebuilt-intuner,orthenumberofprogramstoredinthebuilt-inMP3
player.
Add:Toedit atimescheduleoftheday,press the “Add”keytoaddablanktimescheduleandthenedit it,orpress
thiskeytoadd atimescheduleafteranother.
Delete:Deletesthehighlightedtimescheduleinthetimescheduleeditioninterface.
Deleteall:Deletesall timeschedulesofthehighlighteddayinthetimescheduleeditioninterface.
Return:Thiskeyisusedtoreturntothe “Operationoptions”interface.Pressthiskeytoreturnaftertheedition ofa
timeschedule.
Setting ofaudio source programoftimeschedule:
Tosetprogramoftimescheduleforbuilt-inMP3audiosource:pressthe “”or “”inthe “MP3timer
setup”interfacetohighlightthesettingoption,press the “”or “”toadjusttheoption,andpress the “Ok”

ØSelecttrack:Select3tracksinthebuilt-inMP3programmemorytoplayforatimeschedule,and selectthe
directoryandtrackindependently.Thesetting oftheoptionrelatestotheaudiosource selectedinthetime
schedule.
Setthedirectoryintheprecedingboxinthe “”,and setthetrackinthesucceedingbox. If nodirectory
existsinthememory,theprecedingboxcanbesetto “00”.Whenaprogramofbuilt-inMP3isset,theprogram
currentlyplayedthatisstoredintheexternalMP3playerwill bestopped.Aftersetting,exit fromtheSetup
interface, andpress the “EXT.MP3”keytoaccess theplay interface ofexternalMP3 playerandrestartplaying.
ØRepeatmode:Thisoptionisusedtosettheplaymodeofthe3tracks.Three optionsareavailable,i.e. “Repeat”,
“Off”and “Normal”.
②Press the “”or “”keyinthe “Radiotimersetup”interface tohighlightthesetting option,press the “”
or “”toadjusttheoption,andpress the “Ok”keytoconfirmthesetting.AsshowninFig.8, theoptionstobe

ØChannelselection:Thisoptionisusedtoselectastoredchanneloftuner.
6. Timesetting
Thisoptionisusedtoadjustthesystemtimethatisthebaseofatimescheduleexecuted.
AsshowninFig.9, selectthe “Settime”optioninthe “Operationsetup”interface,press the “”or “”key
tohighlightthedesiredoption,press the “”or “”toadjust, andpress the “Ok”keytofinishsetting.
7. Copy schedule
Thisoptionisusedtocopyatimescheduleofonedaytoanotherday.
Selectthe “Copyschedule”optioninthe “Operationsetup”interface,andpress the “Ok”keytoaccess the “Copy
schedule”interfaceasshowninFig.10. Setthedesiredweekday(e.g.Mon),highlighttheweekdaytobecopied,
and press the “Ok”key.Whena “√” appearsafterthenumber, press the “Ok”keytofinishcopying.

“Systemsetup”interface.Twooptions,i.e. “Backlightstatus”and “Selecttimerplan”,areavailableinthis
interface.
ØBacklightstatus:Thisoptioncanbesetto “Always”or “Auto”.Ifthe “Always”isset,thebacklightisalwayson;
ifthe “Auto”isset,thebacklightwillbeautomaticallyoffafteracertainperiod oftime,andcanturnonagain
whenanykeyispressedoratimescheduleisexecuted.
ØSelecttimerplan:The1st or2nd timerplanisselectable.Upto100 timeschedulesofeachweekdayand7
weekdaysofschedulesarestorableforeachplan.Afteroneplanisselected,all editionandchangeofatime
scheduleareautomaticallysavedintheschedule.Anyoneoftheplanseditedcanbecalledforuse.
Note:Beforeediting a timeschedule, thescheduleplanshouldbeselectedfirst.
9. ChangingprograminbuiltinUSBdisk
Thebuilt-inUSBdiskismountedonthesmall ironplateontherearpanel.Tochangetheprograminit,remove
thescrewsontheironplatewithascrewdriver,removetheironplateandtheUSBdiskwill beexposed.After
changingtheprogramintheUSBdisk,reinstall thediskandmounttheironplate.Topreventunauthorized
removalofUSBdisk, sealtheironplateon therearpanelsecurely. Makesurethata programexistsintheroot
directoryoftheUSBdisk, andtheMP3 programshouldbestoredundertherootdirectory.
10. Useofmicrophone
Pleaseturndownthemicrophonevolumebeforeplugging themicrophoneplug.
Themicrophonejack supportsa6.35 mmmicrophoneplug.Thevolumecanbeadjusted by thevolumeknob, and
shouldnotbeturnedtoohigh.
