IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:
* Read all instructions carefully before you use the
appliance.
* Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is
left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning
* This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
* Appliances can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
* Children shall not play with the appliance.

mixer.
* Remove beaters from the hand mixer before washing
them.
* Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The
motor may overheat. The continuous operating time must
be less than 5 minutes.
* Do not use the appliance to mix too stiff or too sticky
ingredients.
* The use of attachments not recommended or sold by
the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
* Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
* Do not let cord hang over edge of the table or counter.
* Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or
plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
* Do not put it in water.
* Do not use outdoors.

FOLD or MIX
This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such
as flour (Maximum 1376g, proportion: 800g flour per 576g
water), butter and potatoes, and for mixing cakes, cookies
and quick breads, and for beating eggs.
Note: Use the muddlers to mix thick sticky ingredients. Use the forks
to beat eggs.

USING YOUR HAND MIXER
1. Fit the Forks (6) or Muddlers (5) to the beater hole
Beater Holes.
2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Hold the mixer handle. Lower the
Forks or Muddlers into ingredients.
4. Switch on (3) and select the speed desired. The mixer begins to
mix the ingredients in the bowl.
5. When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the
speed button to “0” immediately.
6. Wait until the Forks or Muddlers have stopped revolving; press
the Ejector Knob (2) to remove the Forks or Muddlers. “Switch
off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching
which move in use.”
7. Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing. Clean the
Forks and the Muddlers with water. Make them dry, store in the
box together with the main body.
CLEANING
1. Do not put the main body into water, only clean it by dry cloth.
2. Wash the Forks and the Muddlers with water after using.
3. Make them dry with cloth, store in the box.
WARNING:
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
