Functions and switches: (Please refer to above Diagram.)
There are many functions and switches are built in this transmitter, the following show how they work.
1. Self-check while power on: The transmitter will do Self-check while power is on, Transmitter will
alarm “Bi” sound once when system check is OK“, or continue “Bi, Bi, Bi…..” warning sound when
the self check is false. Please send it for repairing。
2. Low battery warning: The transmitter power indicator LED shows its batteries status: Green - OK,
Red - Need replacing, more over it will alarm “Bi, Bi..” sound to warn a MUST replacing. Urgent
land the plane and do it.
3. All channel reverse switches.: There are reverse switches for each channel, set it to match to your
airplane servos installation.
4. PPM shift switch: Special 72 MHz FM PPM shift switch,Switch it Upward to send out PLUS (+)
shift PPM control signal, downward for Negative (-) shift PPM control signal, check with your
receiver and set it correctly to match to your PPM receiver system. For avoiding mistake - switching
during operation, the switching will only take effect while next time power on.
5. Mixer switch: Mixer control switch is set as〝N〞position for no any mixer function setup,〝E〞for
“Elevon” mixing (CH1, 2 mixed,for tail-less plane)。〝V〞for V-Tail mixing (CH2, 4 mixed, for
V-Tail type plane). For avoiding mistake - switching during operation, the switching will only take
effect while next time power on.
6. Five Min. timer alarms:As switch up to “on” position, transmitter will alarm two short “Bi” sound
and start the timing. Up to 5 Min. it will alarm one long and one short “Bi” sound, one long and two
short ‘Bi’sound as it is 10 Min., one long and three short “Bi” sound as it is 15. constantly to 30 Min.
then circle again. Switch it off, it will response one short “Bi” sound then stop and reset the timing.
7. Trainer jack and switch: Instructor can use the trainer switch of his transmitter and a trainer core to
connect to student’s radio to fly the same airplane, and decide who is the controller for a safe training.
First, both radios must have the exactly same setup and the instructor’s transmitter must in the same
frequency band as the plane. Plug the trainer core into both radios, whole radio system except the
transmission will turn on automatically. Turn on Instructor’s radio and MUST keep the student’s
radio off. In normal condition, the plane is controlled by the instructor, who can push trainer switch
upward to give the control to the student, and release the switch to get back the control immediately.
Please notice that connecting wire must not entangle any thing or body cause pulled off.
