a. Charge the battery
b. Assemble Swift by connecting the handle and chassis together [see point 4]
CHARGING AND CARE OF THE BATTERY
Prior to the first and after every use charge the Battery. The battery and
charger come with an easy connection system.
Important: - The battery must be charged at least over night before its first use.
a. Always recharge the battery as soon as possible after use, no matter how
short the period of use. Your battery will charge best, lying flat, in a warm
and air flowing location. Note: In winter, it is best charged off any
concrete floor and preferably in a warm location within the house.
b. During play, minimize the drain on the battery by avoiding taking your
Swift into the rough whenever possible.
c. Avoid as much as possible using Swift to pull you up the hills.
d. In between use, always leave the charger connected to the battery with power on.
e. If you are not playing golf for some time, you may disconnect the battery
once it is charged. The battery will need recharging at least every 3
months and must be recharged prior to use. The battery should be
stored in a dry and warm environment.
f. The battery is a sealed battery. If you are intending to take your buggy
and battery on air travel, we advise that you make contact with your
airline prior to travel.
g. Be very careful not to drop your battery. The battery casing is easily
cracked and the battery’s subsequent life will be severely compromised.

FITTING THE BATTERY
Once charged, the battery can be fitted to EAGLE GOLF TROLLEY X4/X5
a. Connect your battery with extended cables and
put in the pocket of golf bag
b. Connect battery cables with battery connector in the handle
c. LED button light is on and flicker slowly

ASSEMBLING GOLF TROLLEY
a. Wheel Assembly
a.1 make sure direction of arrowhead in tire is face to the front. Then can distinguish
left wheel and right wheel.
a.2 Push the quick release button on the rear wheel, and install the wheel with axle.
a.3 Make sure align the 4 knobs on the inside of the wheel with the same four on the drive
dog on the axle.
When wheel locked, there is a cluck sound
b. Free Wheel Mode
Swift uses a freewheeling gear system. This means that drive will only occur when the
speed control is turned on. If for some reason your buggy stops operating during your golf
round, your Swift uses a freewheeling gear system. This means that drive will only occur
when the speed control is turned on. If for some reason your Swift stops operating during
your golf round, your Swift can free wheel by pushing Swift forward.
Also as a freewheeling golf trolley, it is important that when Swift is stopped, Swift is
positioned so that it cannot roll forward. Both models will not easily roll backwards

SPEED CONTROL FEATURE
1. Plug in the battery when the potentiometer at 0 point, LED will flash quickly one time
then flash slowly one time and continues, now the cart is in braking condition.
2. Start: when the cart is in braking condition, press and release the button to finish
braking condition, then the speed can be adjusted by the potentiometer. The LED will be
solidly on.
3. Plug in the battery when the potentiometer is not at 0 point, LED will flash quickly,
now the cart is not in braking condition.
4. Start: turn the potentiometer back to 0 point, the speed can be adjusted by the
potentiometer, LED will be solidly on.
5. Stop: when cart is moving forward, press and release the button to stop the cart, now
cart is stand by, LED solidly on.
6. Stop: when cart is moving forward, decrease the speed by turning the potentiometer
back till 0 point, LED will flash quickly one time then flash slowly one time and continues,
now the cart is in braking condition.
7. When the cart is in braking condition, press and release the button to finish braking
condition, LED solidly on.
8. Press and release the button to activate the braking again.
9. When the cart is stand by, press and hold the button until LED flash quickly, release
the button now the cart will move forward for 10 seconds and stops automatically, this is
DCF.

ALIGMENT SYSTEM
When golf trolley is not going straight, we have to adjust the location of front axle
1. Loosen this big nut in the front wheels
2. And loosen this bolt as well as tighten another bolt in other side
3. Then tighten this big nut to finish alignment
