Calibration
1. Enter programming menu → enter calibration(cal) sub menu. The gross LED(s) will flash.
2. With no weight on the scale press ZERO.
3. Put a known weight on the scale and use the UP or DOWN arrow to adjust the displayed weight
to the appropriate gross weight value. Remember to include the weight of the tank/cylinder.
The EI-2000 uses the left side buttons for channel 1 and right side buttons for channel 2.
4. Exit/step out of the calibration menu.
Configuration
1. Enter programming menu → enter configuration(cfg) sub menu.
2. Parameters are listed in numerical order, the EI-1000 alternates displaying the parameter
number and its value, the EI-2000 displays the parameter on the left display and its value on the
right display.
Quick parameter reference
•P001: Operating mode. 1=manual, 2=adjustable remaining, 3=automatic(default),
4=adjustable tare, 5=adjustable remaining, 6=gross only
•P100,200 etc: cale selection. 1 and up=factory default for a particular scale model, user=full
scale configuration(P110-117) by user, cy-1=copy channel 1 configuration. P200 should be
OFF on EI-1000 indicators.
•P113,213 etc: Auto Zero. et to OFF for day tank or filling operation. low filling can
potentially be zeroed out automatically otherwise.
•P600: 4-20 output type. rE=remaining, Gr=gross, Gt=gross total from all channels,
nt=remaining total from all channels
•P610,620 etc: Full scale for channel 1,2 etc. The number displayed is the value for the full
scale (20 mA output).
