CAUTIONS:
1. To locate the phone set base in a dry and ventilated place without corrosive air.
2. Before operation pls check if you had imply caller ID service to telecom office. Otherwise,
the phone set fails to receive the incoming call number normally. But this can not effect
the use of its normal function.

OPERATION:
1.Function setting:
Press and hold SET key to enter menu setting, the phone LCD will display SET 1 DATE,
press UP key to select different options. Press SET key again to confirm. Use UP key to
select the mode you need. After completing the setting, press SET key to go to the next item.
To exit menu, press DEL key.
By pressing SET key (in the on-hook mode), you can select the following:
SET ITEM
OPERATIONS
DATE/TIME
LCD panel displays SET 1 DATE, press SET key to enter this mode.
The year value would flash, use UP key to select value, then press SET
key to move to next item.
AREA CODE
LCD panel display SET 2 CODE, press SET key to confirm, LCD
display CODE, press SET key to enter this mode. Use UP key to select
value, then press SET key to move to next item.
Area Code is used to filter the number for incoming calls. E.g. Area
code = 75 when there’s incoming call with 75 6554556, it will be
displayed as 655 4556 only.
PABX CODE
LCD panel display SET 3 PCODE, press SET key to enter this mode.
LCD displays PCODE, use UP key to select value, then press SET key
to confirm.
To activate this feature, while on-hook, dial the number then press
REDIAL/BACK. When the first number matches the PCODE, the

telephone will dial the first number followed by a pause then continue
with the rest of the number.
AUTO-IP
LCD display SET 4 IP, press SET key to enter this mode. LCD display
AUTO IP OFF and OFF will flashes, use UP key to select value. When
LCD displays AUTO IP ON, press SET key. Then the LCD will display
INPUT CODE for you to enter the IP numbers. Use DEL key to correct
any wrong input. After entered all IP number, press SET key to confirm.
After you have set a number on Auto IP, e.g. 1455. If you need to call
any number that starts with 14550, just type 0 to represent 1455 then
follow by the subsequent numbers. To illustrate:
1. Press 0 288888 follow by REDIAL button
2. The telephone will call out 1455 0 288888.
4. FUNCTION KEY OPERATION
UP key
In any mode, press UP key to check all the incoming numbers. If there is no incoming number,
the unit will display END.
RD key
In the off-hook mode, press this key to redial the last dialed number. In on-hook mode,
pre-dial the numbers and press this key to dial out using hands free speakerphone.
When the line busy,press this key,the unit will auto dial the number till success.
FLASH / BRT key
In the on-hook mode, press FLASH/BRT key, the phone LCD will display LCD 1-5, which
means there are 5 contrast levels. In the off-hook mode, press this key to auto-hang up, after
that you can press REDIAL key or dial out another number.
5. ADDITIONAL NOTES
INCOMING CALL LCD INDICATOR
When there is incoming call, the unit will be automatically display the caller number, date and
time, and also display its serial number. If the incoming call is in private mode, it will display
“__p__”; it will display “__0__” if exchange cannot determine the number; it will display
“—E—“ if the call signal contains error.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
(Q) I do not hear any dial tone from the handset.
(A) Ensure the handset cord is connected correctly from the handset to the handset cord jack
at the base. Ensure you have plug in the telephone cable from the telephone to the wall
socket correctly. If the problem persists, please check with your local dealer.
(Q) I could not see the caller’s number on the LCD when there is incoming call.
(A) Ensure that you have subscribed Caller ID service from your local telecom provider.

MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty does not limit the rights granted to consumers by specific national rules on
consumer goods. The period of time during which this warranty is valid is limited to 24 months
starting from the first date of purchase of the product. If it is used for professional purposes,
the period is reduced to 12 months. During the warranty period, the national distributor
Easyteck indicated at the bottom of this certificate, will, at its own expense and within a
reasonable time, remove any interferences that may be encountered, and caused by
manufacturing defects. Except as required by applicable law, the defects found by assistance
personnel will be resolved by repair or, at the discretion Easyteck, through the replacement of
the Product.
This limited warranty is only valid in the European country for which the product is intended and
is the sole responsibility of the national distributor of reference for that country and which is
identified in the bottom of the certificate. Some limitations in assistance services covered by
this warranty may arise from the presence of specific components for a country.
Warranty referred to accessories and spare parts contained in the package
The package for the product covered by this warranty may contain accessories or spare parts
that have a different warranty period since they are consumables, the warranty periods are
summarized as follows:
- 24 months for cell phones
- 12 months for non-consumable accessories
-6 months for batteries, headsets, memory cards or other.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
-The manuals and/or packaging
-User contents, configurations downloaded into the product or third party software
-Costs related to shipping the product to and from an authorized service center
-Deterioration caused by normal wear and tear including batteries
-Breakage due to accidental causes or inexperience and all damages caused by any
external agent.
-Damage caused by improper use as described in the manual supplied with the product.
-All failures caused by use of non-original accessories, by viruses, or by connections to
computers and networks.
-All defects caused by exposure to moisture and/or steam, from use under extreme thermal
or environmental conditions or in the presence of corrosion, oxidation, food, liquid or
chemical spills.
Limits of Liability:
-This warranty is the protection given to the consumer by Easyteck through the reference
dealer and is not intended to limit guarantees to the consumer which the retailer must
ensure in accordance with the laws of the different countries.

-This warranty will be honored only and exclusively at authorized service centers or at
retailers that are responsible for selling Easyteck brand products.
-The terms of the Guarantee shall not be extended under any circumstances and will be
effective only from the date the product is first sold to the final consumer, as certified by a
valid receipt.
-The faulty parts replaced during repairs under warranty are the sole property of Easyteck
and cannot be demanded by the consumer in any way.
-To the extent permitted by applicable law and in the absence of fraud, no liability is
attributable to Easyteck for damages due to loss of user data caused by any defect
covered by the warranty.
-The consumer, to be able to obtain the repair, must always deliver the product to the
authorized service center at his own expense, devoid of any lock or security code that
limits or prevents use.
-Loss of profit, losses caused by non-use of the product or loss of revenues for any direct,
indirect, special or consequential damages are also excluded from the liability.
-The responsibility of Easyteck is always limited to the purchase value of the product and
the consumer is always responsible for keeping a copy of the personal data and software
stored in the phone’s memory.
-For faults which, for the reasons listed above, are not attributable to the terms of this
warranty the consumer who does not want to have the repair carried out, will be required to
pay the corresponding amount requested by the service center. Easyteck shall in no way
be held responsible for this request because it is not under warranty.
CAUTION: The warranty is not valid if any attempts have been made to open or tamper
with the product, including remove and/or obliterate labels and/or the IMEI code of the
product.

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT
INFORMATION FOR USERS
pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree of 25 July 2005, No. 151 "Implementation of
Directives 2002/95/EC, Directive 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC on restricting the use of
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and the disposal of waste"
The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin shown on the equipment or on the packaging indicates
that the product, at the end of its useful life, must be collected separately from other waste. The
recycling of this equipment at the end of life is organized and managed by the manufacturer.
The user who wishes to dispose of this equipment should contact the manufacturer and follow
the system that it has adopted to allow for the separate collection of at end of life.
Appropriate separate collection in order to send old equipment for compatible recycling,
treatment and disposal helps to prevent potential negative effects on the environment and on
health and promotes the reuse and/or recycling of the materials of which the equipment is
composed.
Illegal disposal of the product by the owner will result in the application of administrative
penalties provided by law.
CORRECT DISPOSAL OF PRODUCT BATTERY
(Applicable in THE European Union and other European countries with separate battery
collection systems)
The marking on the battery or on documentation or packaging indicates that the battery in
this product should not be disposed of with other household waste at the end of the life cycle.
Where marked, the chemical symbols Hg, Cd or Pb indicate that the battery contains mercury,
cadmium or lead in quantities above the levels referred to in the EU Directive 2006/66.
If the battery is not properly disposed of, these substances can cause harm to human health
or the environment.
