Series systems
DESCRIPTION
A dedicated subwoofer system with 2x 15-in transducers in a
compact vented rectangular enclosure. The FR250z’s enclo-
sure also doubles as a stable pole mount base for use with
any of the FRz Series full range systems.
Tuned enclosure venting extends LF response and minimizes
driver strain. An appropriately configured external processor
can extend LF response and safeguard against cone excur-
sion damage while integrating the subwoofer with FRz Se-
ries full range systems.
APPLICATIONS
The FR250z provides high output sub bass response in a com-
pact, portable enclosure. Intended primarily for portable
applications, the system includes recessed handles, rubber
footpads and optional rear mounted casters.
For increased stability, the systems pole mount base reaches
to the bottom of the enclosure to leverage the system’s en-
tire weight. Furthermore, since it uses the enclosure’s widest
dimensions, the FR250z provides a remarkably solid pole
mount base. Six year warranty.
