1、User Notes
User's attention
1.1 Before riding, please read the "Product Instruction Manual" carefully, and
carefully check whether the parts are in good condition to ensure your riding safety. If
you find any problems, please contact us in time.
1.2 Please abide by the city traffic laws and do not bring people; slow down in
rainy, snowy and slippery areas, and increase the braking distance when braking to
ensure safety.
1.3 The car is not afraid of rain and snow, but it cannot wade in water. When the
water level reaches the rear motor wheel, it will cause a short circuit in the internal
circuit of the whole vehicle and damage the electrical appliances. Please pay attention!
1.4 The battery used in this car is a safe power source, but the two metal contacts
of the battery box cannot be touched with wet hands at the same time, let alone
contact with the metal at the same time, otherwise a large short-circuit current will be
generated and cause an accident. Please pay attention!
1.5 Do not disassemble the disassembled parts by yourself. If you need to replace
them, please contact us to purchase standard parts.
1.6 For the safety of others, please do not lend your electric bicycle to someone

4.1 Body design features

4.1.1 The three-dimensional body is scientifically designed according to the

make your riding safer. Riding operation is easier.
4.1.3 Good gradeability: gradeability up to 15°。
4.1.4 To ensure your safety on the road, the power safety system will
automatically cut off the power when braking.
4.1.5 This car is designed in accordance with the speed limit requirements of the
national electric bicycle standard, with a rated maximum speed of 25km/h, which makes
the rider feel at ease and the family more at ease.
5、Installation Notes
When you receive the product, please carefully check the accessories list (see page
22 for the accessories list), pay attention to safety during installation, and assemble the
vehicle according to the following steps.
5.1 handlebar mount
5.1.1 First fold the folding riser, lock the folding handle, and fasten the safety
hook.
5.1.2Align the stem so that the handlebars are inserted at a 90-degree angle to the
folding stem, deeper than the highest safety line on the stem, then lock the quick
release handle on the folding stem.
5.1.3Adjust the handlebar to the correct position, then lock the quick release
handle on the riser.

5.2Front wheel installation
Make sure the front and
rear wheels are in line, then
start the installation. Pull
the wheel up first and place
the disc brake pads into the
front brake calipers.
Insert the quick release
lever into the shaft and lock
it. The handle of the quick
release lever is on the other
side of the disc.

5.3 lamp installation
Tighten the screws with an Allen
key and wrench.
Prepare the front fender
and remove the headlight
screw.
Put the headlight bracket and
fender bracket into the screws
and align them.

5.4 pedal installation
R L
Gently screw the left pedal
onto the left crank by hand,
turning it counterclockwise.
Then use a 15# open-end
wrench to tighten the pedal.
Check the chain. Rotate the
right pedal and crank toward
the rear of the bike as if you
were pedaling backwards.
Watch the chain to make sure
it runs smoothly through the
drivetrain (around the rear
cog, chain tensioner and front
chainring).
Find the right/left pedals
marked "R", "L", there should
be "R" "L" labels.
Gently screw the right pedal
onto the right crank by hand,
turning it clockwise. Then use
a 15# open-end wrench to
tighten the pedal.

5.5 Cushion installation
It is important to position the seat at the correct height for better pedaling, safety and
overall ride comfort. The length of the rider's legs is used to determine the seat position.
Your hips should be level as you pedal, and your legs should be almost fully extended
at the bottom of the pedal, but not hyperextended. To determine the correct seat for him,
sit on the e-bike with one pedal at its lowest point and put your foot on the ball on the
pedal. Your legs should be almost fully extended (not locked out) with a slight bend at
the knees.
Adjust the seat and seat head
so that they are parallel to the
top tube.
Close the quick release lever
with your palm or fingers.
Open the quick-release
lever fully and swing it out
to open the quick-release
lever.
Move the seat up and down
by sliding the seatpost in or
out of the seat tube. Do not
raise the seatpost past the
minimum insertion mark

6.1.2 Instrument function introduction
APP use:1. Open the app on Apple and Android phones, search for Key-Disp, and
click Download.
2. Open the APP to register the login information.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone (turn on the mobile network)
and turn on the display of the car.
4. Click the switch in the upper left corner of the mobile phone, click Add
Vehicle in it, then the icon of the vehicle will appear and click the link.
5. After the link is completed, click the "!" in the upper right corner to upgrade
the device at the bottom. We will continuously improve the APP, and you
can upgrade at any time.
6.2 transmission
6.2.1 When the right shift lever is shifted forward, the rear derailleur will move
inward, and the shifting chain will move from the small piece of the rear flywheel to the
large piece, which will reduce the riding speed during riding and reduce the pedaling
force of riding. ;
6.2.2 When the lever is at the maximum position, press the accelerator button on the
right shift lever, the rear derailleur will move from the inside to the outside, and at the
same time, the chain will move from the large piece of the flywheel to the small piece
position, which will increase the speed of riding and also increase the riding speed. The
pedaling force of the row is adjusted to realize the shifting process of the rear
derailleur.

6.3 car lights
Press and hold the "+" button for two seconds, the system defaults to turning on
the headlights. Press and hold the "+" button for two seconds when the headlights are
on, the system defaults to turning off the headlights。
6.4 Battery
6.4.1 Battery Charging Instructions
6.4.1.1 When the input and output terminals of the charger are connected, the
red indicator light of the charger will light up.
6.4.1.2 Standard charging time: Charge according to the time specified by the
special supporting charger. The ambient temperature is about 25 ℃, and the charging
time is 4-7 hours.
6.4.1.3 Charging in summer, the charging time should be 5-7 hours, if the battery
temperature exceeds 40 ℃, suspend charging, and continue charging after the
temperature drops. When charging in winter, it should be placed indoors for one hour
before charging, and the time should be 5-8 hours.
6.4.1.4 This charger has an overcurrent protection device, and long-term charging
(generally no more than 18 hours will not affect the life of the battery and charger.
6.4.2 Disassembly of the battery

When removing the battery: Be careful not to remove or damage the battery from
the bike. Avoid damaging exposed connector terminals and keep them away from
debris.
When installing the battery: Make sure the battery is turned off before placing the
battery in the frame, before installing the socket. Do not force the battery into the
socket; slowly align and push the battery down into the socket. Before each use, make
sure the battery is properly secured to the bike by carefully pulling up on the battery
with both hands to test the safety of the battery connection to the mount.
6.4.3 battery key location
Familiarize yourself with key ports and key locations before riding.
In key position 1, the battery is in the "locked" position, the battery is locked to the
frame, and the key can be removed.

Familiarize yourself with key interfaces and battery-powered locations before riding.
In key position 2, the battery is in the "locked" position, the battery is locked to the
frame, and the key is turned to position 3, the power to the battery is turned on, and the
bike can be ridden.
6.5 How to start the vehicle
6.5.1 Turn on the power switch of the battery first with the key.
6.5.2 Press and hold the power switch of the meter for 2 seconds to start the
electrical system; start the electrical system; for models with power assist function, as
the wheel turns, the vehicle also starts to run.
6.5.3 For models with pure electric function, rotate the speed control lever
downwards, and the vehicle will start running accordingly. The greater the rotation angle,
the faster the vehicle speed.
7、Precautions for use
7.1 Cycling Precautions
7.1.1 Inspection before riding
In order to ensure your driving safety, I hope you do a good job of checking before
riding:
7.1.1.1 Is the tire pressure normal?
7.1.1.2 Whether the front and rear wheels are locked, whether the front wheel
locking handle is in place, and the rear wheel nut tightening torque is not less than
70-75N.M.
7.1.1.3 The tightening torque of the handlebar and stem fastening nuts shall not
be less than 6N.m, and the insertion depth of the standpipe shall not be less than 2.5
times the diameter of the standpipe (the insertion depth shall not expose the safety line
of the standpipe).
7.1.1.4 The tightening torque of the saddle and saddle tube tightening nut shall not
be less than 18N.m, and the insertion depth of the saddle tube shall not be less than 2.5
times

the diameter of the saddle tube (the insertion depth shall not expose the safety
line of the saddle tube).
7.1.1.5 The chain tightening should be adapted to the distance between the
sagging and the tightening of the chain should be between 5-10mm.
7.1.1.6 Brake debugging should be reliable and flexible in reset, and the braking
distance should be increased in rainy and snowy days.
7.1.1.7 For all models with folding function, the quick release device must be
locked before riding!
7.1.2 Precautions while riding
7.1.2.1 When the vehicle is just started, it should accelerate slowly, so as not to
waste electric energy due to excessive starting current caused by instantaneous rapid
acceleration, it is better to start the auxiliary pedal.
7.1.2.2 In order to maintain the battery and motor, please use the pedal to assist
when starting the vehicle or climbing a hill.
7.1.2.3 On the premise of ensuring safety, drive at an economical speed as far as
possible. And try to reduce frequent braking and frequent starting to save power
7.1.2.4 During driving, it is necessary to avoid the phenomenon that the speed
regulating handle is still tightened after braking, so as to avoid excessive overload of the
motor and damage to other parts.
7.1.2.5 The controller of this vehicle is equipped with overload protection
function, which will automatically cut off the power supply when overloaded, and
automatically turn on the power supply when it returns to normal.
7.1.2.6 The maximum load of this vehicle is 85Kg (including the weight of the
rider). Do not drive overloaded.
7.1.2.7 Try to use human power when driving on muddy or uneven roads。
7.1.2.8 When you find that there is electricity and you cannot drive, you should
turn off the power and ride to avoid damage to the electrical appliance.
7.2 Charging precautions
7.2.1 When charging, keep it in a safe place out of the reach of children.
7.2.2 It should not be used without a full charge.

7.2.3 Do not use other brands of chargers to charge, and other types of batteries
should not be used with this charger.
7.2.4 The charger contains high-voltage circuits, please do not disassemble it
without authorization.
7.2.5 During use and storage, prevent liquid and metal chips from penetrating
into the charger, and beware of falling and impact to avoid damage.
7.2.6 Do not cover anything while the charger is charging.
7.2.7 This charger is for indoor use, please use it in a dry and well-ventilated
environment。
7.2.8 When you smell peculiar smell or the temperature is too high during
charging, please stop charging immediately and contact us.
8、Product Care Instructions
8.1 vehicle maintenance
8.1.1 Contents of regular maintenance self-inspection
8.1.1.1 Are the front and rear wheel screws tight?。
8.1.1.2 Whether the pattern of the tire is worn or cracked. Whether the front and
rear tires are properly inflated. Whether the drive system is smooth.
8.1.1.3 Whether the joints of various parts are normal: whether the brake cable
zipper is used in a lubricated state.
8.1.1.4 If you do not use the car for a long time, please pay attention to regular
charging (usually about two months apart) to maintain your battery.
8.1.2 Maintenance and cleaning instructions
8.1.2.1 It is forbidden to rinse with water, so as to avoid the hidden danger of
accidents caused by the soaking of internal electronic components and circuits.
8.1.2.2 Please use a neutral detergent, gently wipe the dirt on the surface of the
paint or plastic parts with a rag, and then try it with a dry cloth.

8.1.2.3 Please use lubricating oil to wipe the metal parts of the car body for
maintenance.
8.1.2.4 It is strictly forbidden to oil the front and rear brakes, wheel steel and
tires.
8.2 battery care
8.2.1 After the electric bicycle drives a certain distance every day, the battery
must be charged in time on the same day, otherwise the service life will be reduced.
8.2.2 When the vehicle is not in use for a long time, please remove the battery for
recharge before use, and store it in a place away from high temperature, without gas
and out of reach of children. The lithium battery should be fully discharged and fully
charged every six months for maintenance.
8.2.3 It is normal for the battery capacity to decrease slowly during use.
End-of-life cannot be recovered.
8.2.4 In winter, every time the temperature drops by 1°C, the driving mileage
will drop by about 0.4 km (recorded at 25°C). Please pay attention to adjusting the
driving distance and charging time.
8.3 other maintenance
8.3.1 About the maintenance of electric bicycles and the adjustment of the
braking system
8.3.1.1 Lubrication is an important part of the maintenance of electric vehicles.
The front axle, center axle, flywheel, and front fork shock absorber rotation fulcrum
should be scrubbed every six months, and butter or oil should be added as needed.
8.3.1.2 Adjustment of the braking system: Loosen the screws on the fixed seat of
the brake wire, then tighten or loosen the brake wire so that the average distance
between the brake blocks on both sides and the rim is 1.5mm-2mm, and finally tighten
the screws.

8.3.1.3 After riding the electric bike for a period of time, sometimes the chain will
loosen. The adjustment method is as follows: Loosen the nuts on both sides of the rear
axle, and tighten the chain adjustment nuts until the chain is properly tight. At the same
time, pay attention to the plane of the rear wheel and the frame being parallel, and then
tighten the nuts on both sides. . If the chain is too tight, do the reverse operation
according to the above method. The chain is tight and tight (sag 10mm-15mm)
8.3.1.4 When adjusting the height of the handlebar, pay attention that the safety
line on the main tube should not be exposed. And note that the tightening torque of the
core screw is not less than 18N. m. The tightening bolt torque of the cross bar is not less
than 18N. m.
8.3.1.5 When adjusting the height of the saddle, pay attention that the safety
wire on the saddle should not be exposed, and pay attention that the tightening torque
of the saddle nut and the saddle tube clamping bolt is not less than 18N.m.
8.3.1.6 The brakes should be checked frequently for good performance, paying
attention to increasing the braking distance in rain, snow and downhill riding.
