INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Description: Contains the necessary hardware to mount the turbine inlet to the exhaust manifold. The hardware is constructed of
high-quality stainless steel and can be used with any Garrett T25 or T28 Turbocharger.
•INSTALLATION:
1. Hand tighten the 1.45” long studs into the exhaust
manifold, with the shorter threads towards the manifold
(See Fig. 1).
2. When attaching the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold,
and the turbo outlet elbow to the turbocharger, use an 8mm
washer under each nut, and hand tighten the 8mm x 1.25
nuts onto the studs.
3. Torquethe8mmx1.25nutsto190inch/lbs.(approximately
16 ft/lbs).
