2. MOUNTING YOUR WING AND A CAMERA

Align your Wing with your tripod’s
3/8”-16 screw.
Rotate clock-wise holding Wing
by the textured base.
If you’re using a tripod head with
a 3/8”-16 mounting port, you will
need to attach the included
adapter.
Mount a head to the top of Wing
by rotating clock-wise.
Remember to use light weight
heads with your Wing 3.

Do not try to tighten your Wing by holding the body of the Wing. (Use textured
base ring to tighten)
3. PRECAUTIONS
Lock your Wing while not in use for safety. (Turn and tighten the friction
adjustment to lock)

Loosen the friction/locking mechanism
and extend the arm to its fullest.
Lock the system by increasing the
friction.

Align the camera for dolly shots (a) or
regular slide (b) shots.
Set the friction as needed to start to
slide.

Operate by holding the camera and moving with your whole body. This gives you
more consistent speeds.
You may also operate by holding from anywhere on your Wing or tripod head.
Adjust the friction as needed for consistent slides.
