Description
The ES-3316P is an energy saving network switch with sixteen integrated 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet ports. The
power saving function saves resources and is light on the pocket, meaning the ES-3316P is an ideal solution for
homes and small businesses.
200Mbps Full Duplex Transmission
The ES-3316P complies with IEEE 802.3/IEEE 802.3u 10/100Mbps Ethernet standard and also supports IEEE
802.3x full duplex transmission. The full duplex feature can double the network throughput on every port and is
used for high speed server or switch-to-switch connections. The ES-3316P boasts a maximum throughput of
200Mbps for every port.
Supports Wire Speed and Flow Control
The ES-3316P’s built-in non-blocking and store-and-forward architecture equips your network with full-wire
speed connections. It accommodates flow control for full duplex mode and back pressure for half-duplex mode;
ensuring reliable data transfer and preventing data loss. Use the ES-3316P to create high-speed networks and
benefit from exceptional performance and reliability.
Supports Auto-MDI/MDI-X and Auto Sensing
The ES-3316P supports PnP (plug and play) installation and auto-MDI/MDI-X, meaning you can connect to
computers or Ethernet devices without configuration hassles. For your convenience you can use either straight-
through or cross-over Ethernet cables and connect both 10 and 100Mbps devices to the ES-3316P. The switch
intelligently detects the correct cable and speed for your device.
IEEE Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE)
The ES-3316P offers environmental efficiency together with Fast Ethernet speeds which are critical for next-
generation network applications. To comply with the IEEE802.3az standard, the ES-3316P provides power
saving functions to reduce costs and energy consumption.
