Q: I have multiple bulbs, can i control them all at once?
A: Yes, you can create a group to control multiple lights at the
same time. Navigate to device settings -> create group ->
select your other bulbs you would like to be in this master
group -> set the group name, then you will see the new group
on your “All devices” page on the home screen.
Q: How to change the bulb to a different WiFi network?
A: Firstly, reset bulb by turning light on/off 5 times , Then you
connect your phone to the new WiFi and set up the bulb
again.
Q: The device cannot be previewed properly?
A: Check whether the network is normal, you can place the
bulb closer to the router, and if not, it is recommended to reset
the device and add it again.
