EGi garantiza sus fabricados electrónicos y electroacústicos contra cualquier defecto de fabricación que afecte a su funcionamiento durante 36 meses a partir de la fecha de su producción
(indicada en cada fabricado), comprometiéndose a reparar o reponer los módulos defectuosos cuyo fallo, siempre a juicio de EGi, se deba a defecto de fabricación, sin cargos de repuestos.
Esta garantía no incluye gastos de envío de módulos, ni mano de obra de sustitución en la instalación de los citados módulos electrónicos y electroacústicos. En ningún caso la garantía
cubre los desperfectos o roturas de piezas embellecedoras (rejillas, embellecedores, carátulas, marquillos...).
Esta garantía se refiere únicamente al concepto de sustitución en fábrica de los módulos producidos por EGi, excluyéndose cualquier otra cobertura o responsabilidad
sobre el resto de materiales o el conjunto de la instalación puesta a disposición del usuario, pero que EGi no suministra ni ejecuta.
Por lo tanto no quedan cubiertas por esta garantía:
a. La instalación e interconexionado entre sus módulos.
b. Las consecuencias de abuso o mal uso del producto, incluyendo pero no limitado a:
b.1.No usar el producto para fines normales, o no seguir las instrucciones de EGi, para el correcto uso y mantenimiento del mismo.
b.2.La instalación o utilización de los productos de forma no concordante con las normas técnicas o de seguridad vigentes.
c. Las averías producidas por la incorrecta instalación de los módulos, o con cable que no sea el adecuado.
d. Las averías generadas por intervención de persona no autorizada por EGi.
e. Las consecuencias de mezcla con equipos de otro origen, así como adaptaciones, modificaciones, ajustes y/o tentativas de ajustes, irrespectivamente de que ello haya sido efectuado
de forma técnicamente correcta en principio, siempre que no exista expresa autorización por EGi.
f. Las consecuencias de accidentes, catástrofes naturales o cualquier causa ajena al control de EGi, incluyendo pero no limitado al rayo, agua y disturbios públicos.
En todos estos casos excluidos de la garantía, y siempre que los módulos no sean juzgados como defectuosos por parte de EGi, su remitente deberá hacerse cargo del importe
total de la reparación, y caso de producirse visita de nuestros técnicos, su solicitante correrá con los gastos originados sin causa justificada de garantía.
ATENCIÓN: Si Vd. observa algún problema en su instalación EGi nuestro Servicio de Atención al cliente le atenderá de 9h. a 13h.

Primera conexión
Antes de comenzar a utilizar el mando, la alimentación debe estar conectada y activada entre 115 y 230 V~ 50/60Hz.
1. El mando al recibir alimentación automáticamente se activa el modo de carga a través de USB y pasa a quedarse en stand-by en caso de no existir ningún dispositivo
conectado.
Al conectarse a cualquier dispositivo mediante toma USB, el módulo comienza a cargar e indica al dispositivo el tipo de cargador que es y la máxima carga que puede
aplicar; así hasta la carga total del dispositivo donde finalmente el equipo pasará a modo stand-by.
2. La toma HDMI no depende de la alimentación, al ser una conexión directa traspasa toda la información directamente del conector frontal al conector trasero.
3. El servicio bluetooth®si que depende de la alimentación y para su control dispone de un led y un pulsador.
Al ser un receptor de audio bluetooth®este es emparejable o vinculable con equipos bluetooth®y perfil de audio A2DP.
La salida de audio se efectuará por las regletas traseras como Pre-Out (Ly R) con una sensibilidad de 500 mV referidos a masa GND.
NOTA: Dicha salida NO SIRVE para conexión directa a altavoces, ni dispone de activación en continua PIN para etapas EGi.
4. La funcionalidad del bluetooth®se divide en los siguientes pasos:
Con "led azul apagado" cualquier dispositivo ya emparejado anteriormente o que se encuentre en su lista de 8 vinculaciones se podrá conectar a él y mandar audio
al equipo. El resto de equipos que nunca se hayan conectado no lo podrán visualizar ni conectar.
 Al pulsar una vez la tecla bluetooth®, el led azul parpadeará rápido y la función bluetooth®estará visible y emparejable para cualquier dispositivo emisor.
 Una vez el bluetooth®esté emparejado o vinculado, el led azul estará fijo y el equipo preamplificará el audio recibido.
5. Funcionalidad de la tecla bluetooth®:
Con una pulsación corta el equipo pasa a modo visible y emparejable para cualquier dispositivo bluetooth®. Dispone de 1 minuto para realizar dicha operación, si
pasado ese tiempo no se ha vinculado con ningún dispositivo, el led se apagará y volverá al estado anterior.
 Con una pulsación larga de más de 5 sg., el led azul indicará 3 destellos largos y el equipo borrará la lista memorizada de sus últimas 8 vinculaciones.
Resolución de incidencias
Problema
El mando no enciende la luz bluetooth®.
El mando se enciende pero no se oye nada.
El mando parpadea lentamente en color azul, pero no se vincula con mi
equipo ya memorizado.
El mando se encuentra conectado en carga a un dispositivo USB, pero no
se activa la carga en el dispositivo.
Posible solución
Compruebe si el mando está recibiendo por la entrada Ly N, corriente eléctrica
alterna de 115 a 230 V~ de 50/60 Hz.
Compruebe que la línea de audio de salida Pre-Out está correctamente
conectada a las salidas L, R y GND de la parte trasera. Compruebe que no
exista cortocircuito en la línea y que dispone de conexión a la entrada de
un TV o amplificador. Asegúrese de haber vinculado un equipo bluetooth®
subiendo el volumen del dispositivo al máximo, por si acaso.
Revise que su equipo se encuentra en posición Bluetooth activada, o si el
mando ha pasado por todos los equipos memorizados. En caso contrario,
pulse la tecla bluetooth®.
Revise que el cable USB esté bien conectado, no esté dañado o
cortocircuitado.

El signo del rayo con la punta de flecha, alerta contra la presencia de

EGi guarantees its electronic and electroacoustic products against any manufacturing defect that affects its operation for 36 months from the production date (indicated
in every manufacture), taking the commitment of repairing or replacing the faulty modules which failure, always to the discretion of EGi, is caused by a manufacturing defect,
without any charge for spare parts.
This guarantee does not include charges for the shipping and handling of the modules, nor the labour charges for the replacement in the installation of the aforementioned electronic
and electroacoustic modules. The guarantee will not cover in any case the damages or breakings of the trimming pieces (lattices, trims, masks, frames...).
This guarantee refers only to the concept of replacement in factory of the modules produced by EGi, excluding any other cover or responsibility on the rest of the
materials or the whole of the installation that is put at the user disposal, but that is not supplied nor executed by EGi.
Therefore this guarantee does not cover:
a. The fitting up and the interconnection between the modules.
b. The results from the abuse or misuse of the product, including but not limited to:
b.1.Not using the product for usual purposes, or not following the instructions from EGi for the correct use and maintenance of the product.
b.2.The installation or use of the products in a way that is not concordant with the technical or security rules now in force.
c. The malfunctions caused by the wrong installation of the modules, or by an installation with inappropiate cables.
d. The malfunctions caused by the intervention of a person non-authorised by EGi.
e. The consequences of mixing with equipment from other sources, and also adaptations, modifications, adjustments and/or adjustment attempts, irrespectively of those
that have been performed in a technically correct way, provided that there is not an express authorisation by EGi.
f. The consequences of accidents, natural catastrophes or any cause beyond EGi control, including but not limited to lightning, water and public disturbances.
In all these cases that are excluded from the guarantee, and every time that the modules are not considered as faulty by EGi, the sender should take responsibility of the
full amount of the repair, and in the event of a visit from our technicians, the requesting person will bear the expenses originated without a cause justified in the guarantee.

Troubleshooting
Problem
The bluetooth®sound unit, does not turns on with the blue light.
The sound unit is turn it on with the blue light, but it doesnt hears anything.
The control slowly blinks in blue color, but is not associated with my
memorized device.
The control is connected load charge to a USB device, but there is no
charge identificaction on the device.
Possible solution
Check if the sound unit is well connected to the main power through the input
Land N, to altern current from 115 to 230 V~ with 50/60 Hz.
Check that the Pre-Out audio line output is properly connected to the L, R
and GND strips at the rear side. Check that there is no short circuit on the line
and that it has connection to the input of a TV or amplifier. Make sure you
have linked a bluetooth®device, up to the maximum volume.
Check that your computer or device is on Bluetooth activated position, or if
the command has pass through all the stored equipment. Otherwise, press
the bluetooth®key.
Check that the USB cable is connected properly, and is not damaged or
short-circuited.

Please read these "Safety instructions" carefully before using any EGi product.
The lightening-shaped arrow warns of the presence of dangerous voltage.
To minimise the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover.
The lightening signs near the amplifier output terminals warn of the
danger of electric shock in normal usage conditions (Terminals dangerous
to touch). Do not touch these terminals while the device is in operation.
This symbol indicates that the product must not be treated as normal
domestic waste, but must be handed over to the corresponding collection
point for electrical and electronic equipment.
The smark means European Conformity and is a European mark
for certain groups of services or industrial products.
The mark must be displayed by a product if it is within the scope

Operation
Definition
The USB charger module is compatible with Android and Apple devices. It works at 5 V and 1 A. It automatically indicates the type of charger it is for each device.

Bluetooth®4.1 receiver with A2DP audio-sink, list up to 8 devices paired with delete option list.
Bluetooth®audio output at 500 mV through rear stereo strips.
First connection
Before you start using the sound unit, the power must be connected and activated between 115 and 230 V~ 50/60Hz.
1. The sound unit once it receives the main power, automatically starts on the charge mode, through the USB connector. This way in case of absence, passes at
stand-by mode and waiting to another charge.
When it connects to any device via USB port, the module begins loading and indicates on the device the type of charger it is, and the maximum load that can be applied;
this way it will continue charging until the total load of the device is charged, so finally will go to stand-by mode
2. The HDMI connector does not depends on main power, being a direct connection and runs directly through all the information from the front connector to the rear connector.
3. Bluetooth®service really depends on the main supply and for it control has a LED and a key.
As a bluetooth®audio receiver, this is linkable with bluetooth®equipment devices with A2DP audio profile.
The audio output is connected by the rear strips as Pre-Out audio (Land R) with a sensitivity of 500 mV, referred to ground GND.
NOTE: This output doesnt works as a direct connection to speakers, or such a continuous activation for PIN and EGi stages.
4. Bluetooth®functionality is divided into the following steps:
With "blue led off" any device previously paired or memorized on the list of 8 links, can be connected to it and send audio to the computer. The other devices that
have never been connected, they can not view it or be connected.
Once is pressed the bluetooth®key, the blue LED will blinks fast, and the bluetooth®receiver function will be visible and linkable for any bluetooth®transmitter device.
 Once the bluetooth®is paired or connected, the blue LED will be fixed and the sound unit will pre amplify the received audio.
5. Bluetooth®key functionality:
With a short press, the unit switches to visible mode and linkable mode to be visualized by any bluetooth®device. It has one minute to make this operation, and
after this time has finished, it will not link with any device, and the LED will turn off and return to the previous state.
 With a long press of more than 5 sec., the blue LED will indicate 3 long flashes and the sound unit will erase all the memorized list of the last 8 linkages.
ATTENTION: If you notice any problem in your EGi installation, our Customer Support Service will attend you from 9h. to 13h (Central European Time).
For use in Mexico, the operation of this equipment is subject to the following
two conditions:
1. It is possible that this equipment or device does not cause harmful interference and
2. this equipment or device must accept any interference, including interference
that may cause undesired operation.
