Primera conexión
1. Para encender el mando por primera vez, pulse la tecla .
El mando pasa a la posición bluetooth®encendiéndose el led azul para linkarse o vincularse con dispositivos bluetooth®.
Si parpadea rápido, es debido a que no dispone de ninguna memoria de vinculación bluetooth®.
Si parpadea lento, es debido a que el mando guarda en su lista interna equipos bluetooth®anteriormente conectados
o memorizados.
En caso de apagar o encender de nuevo (siempre y cuando este no se haya quedado sin suministro eléctrico) el mando volverá
siempre al volumen y entrada de audio que se haya usado anteriormente entre las entradas bluetooth®, TV o AUX.
En caso de perder el suministro eléctrico, al encenderse de nuevo el mando volverá siempre a la entrada bluetooth®inicial.
NOTA: Al activar bluetooth®el mando se visualiza para otros dispositivos como "EGi 1210.15 xxxx". El mando viene de
fábrica con la lista de equipos bluetooth®vacía. Este mando memoriza hasta 8 equipos para vinculación rápida o automática.
Para añadir algún equipo más, realice una pulsación corta en la tecla , para buscar un emparejamiento nuevo de otro
equipo bluetooth®.
De esta manera, el mando borrará siempre el menos utilizado de ellos, y añadirá a la lista uno nuevo (leer apartado 2.).
2. Si pulsa la tecla de emparejamiento o vinculación directa , el led azul pasará a parpadeo rápido, activando la visualización
del mismo por el resto de equipos bluetooth®, permitiendo la vinculación o emparejamiento con cualquier otro equipo emisor
bluetooth®de audio.
Al emparejarse, el mando memoriza este equipo en su lista, y el led azul pasará a azul fijo permitiendo indefinidamente la
reproducción de audio, hasta el apagado del mismo, cambio a otra entrada o desvinculación manual o por distancia máxima
sobrepasada, del equipo vinculado.
3. Estando desde cualquier posición, al pulsar la tecla , el mando pasa a la posición bluetooth®.
De esta forma, el led azul pasará a parpadeo lento buscando el último bluetooth®conectado de la lista de 8 posibles en su memoria.
Si pasados unos segundos no lo logra, este tratará de vincularse con el anterior equipo memorizado en la lista, y así
sucesivamente hasta llegar al final de la lista memorizada.
Para forzar de nuevo una conexión con uno de los equipos memorizados, vuelva a encender y apagar el mando pulsando
primero la tecla y luego la tecla .
En caso de realizar una desvinculación por el usuario o por pérdida de señal por distancia del equipo bluetooth®utilizado,
el mando pasará automáticamente a led azul parpadeando lentamente, buscando conectarse con un equipo ya vinculado.
NOTA: Para borrar la lista de los 8 equipos memorizados, mantenga pulsada la tecla durante un mínimo de 6 segundos.
Aún así, no es necesario ya que en el mando cada vez que se vincula un equipo nuevo, este lo almacena en memoria y borra
el equipo menos utilizado.

4. Las teclas +y sirven para la regulación del volumen del mando, en 32 posiciones de 2 dB cada uno.
El volumen viene de fábrica en una posición media.
Una vez ajustado este por el usuario, el mando memoriza dicha posición y siempre al encenderse o apagarse vuelve a la
última utilizada.
Sin embargo, en caso de perder el suministro eléctrico, el mando al encenderse de nuevo vuelve a la posición de fábrica media.
NOTA: Recuerde que en la posición bluetooth®, el usuario también dispone de la regulación de volumen independiente
desde su equipo o dispositivo bluetooth®, desde el cual le recomendamos utilice dicho servicio, dejando el mando
prácticamente al máximo, no solo para sacarle el máximo rendimiento, sino para tener un control más cómodo del mismo.
5. Al pulsar la tecla TV > AUX, el mando pasa de posición bluetooth®a posición de entrada de audio de TV por la parte trasera
del mismo, colocándose el led en color verde.
Seguidamente, si vuelve a pulsar dicha tecla TV > AUX, el mando pasa a posición AUX de la entrada frontal Jack de 3.5 mm.
estéreo, colocándose el led en color amarillo.
Si sigue pulsando la tecla TV > AUX, el mando pasará de posición TV a posición AUX Jack sucesivamente.
6. La entrada de avisos con prioridad PIN, se activa ÚNICAMENTE a través de la entrada trasera PIN, con una señal MILLENNIUM
de +3 V~ de audio más una +7 V de señal continua con respecto a la masa 4.
De esta manera, estando el mando en la posición que esté (apagado, encendido, en bluetooth®, TV o AUX) siempre dará
prioridad al aviso, pasando el led a luz roja y activando los altavoces al máximo, reproduciendo la entrada de audio de
la entrada PIN hasta la desaparición de dicha señal, volviendo al estado en el que se encontraba.
Esta opción es recomendable mediante la utilización de equipos MILLENNIUM, concretamente con los amplificadores
1308.1, 1310.1 ó 1304.1A.
Antes de comenzar a utilizar el mando, la alimentación debe estar conectada y activada entre 12 y 15 V .
Al recibir alimentación por primera vez, o tras un corte de suministro y vuelta del mismo, el mando se queda en posición apagado/stand-by, con el led apagado a la espera
de su encendido y uso.
Incluso con el mando encendido, si este sufre un apagón de red eléctrica, a la vuelta del suministro de red, el mando siempre se queda en modo apagado o stand-by.
Recuerde que antes de encender el mando, los altavoces deben estar correctamente conectados sin cortocircuito alguno, respetando la polaridad y la impedancia mínima
requerida, para que suene correctamente.

Posible solución
Compruebe si el mando está recibiendo por la entrada y +, corriente
eléctrica de 15 V .
Compruebe si los altavoces están correctamente conectados a las salidas
L+ / L y R+ / R de la parte trasera, que no exista cortocircuito y que la
línea dispone de la impedancia mínima de 11 a 16 Ohms. Asegúrese de
haber vinculado un equipo bluetooth®, o entrada TV o AUX, subiendo el
volumen al máximo por si acaso.
Revise que su equipo se encuentra en posición Bluetooth activada, o si el
mando ha pasado por todos los equipos memorizados. En caso contrario,
habrá que volver a encender y apagar el mando pulsando primero la tecla
y luego la tecla . Para forzar una vinculación nueva pulse la tecla .
Revise que las conexiones de salida de TV son analógicas con al menos
250-500 mV de sensibilidad a la entrada trasera TV, o la entrada AUX frontal
por Jack de 3.5 mm estéreo, del mando 1210.15.
EGi garantiza sus fabricados electrónicos y electroacústicos contra cualquier defecto de fabricación que afecte a su funcionamiento durante 36 meses a partir de la fecha de su
producción (indicada en cada fabricado), comprometiéndose a reparar o reponer los módulos defectuosos cuyo fallo, siempre a juicio de EGi, se deba a defecto de fabricación, sin
cargos de repuestos.
Esta garantía no incluye gastos de envío de módulos, ni mano de obra de sustitución en la instalación de los citados módulos electrónicos y electroacústicos. En ningún caso la garantía
cubre los desperfectos o roturas de piezas embellecedoras (rejillas, embellecedores, carátulas, marquillos...).
Esta garantía se refiere únicamente al concepto de sustitución en fábrica de los módulos producidos por EGi, excluyéndose cualquier otra cobertura o responsabilidad sobre el
resto de materiales o el conjunto de la instalación puesta a disposición del usuario, pero que EGi no suministra ni ejecuta.
Por lo tanto no quedan cubiertas por esta garantía:
a. La instalación e interconexionado entre sus módulos.
b. Las consecuencias de abuso o mal uso del producto, incluyendo pero no limitado a:
b.1. No usar el producto para fines normales, o no seguir las instrucciones de EGi, para el correcto uso y mantenimiento del mismo.
b.2.La instalación o utilización de los productos de forma no concordante con las normas técnicas o de seguridad vigentes.
c. Las averías producidas por la incorrecta instalación de los módulos, o con cable que no sea el adecuado.
d. Las averías generadas por intervención de persona no autorizada por EGi.
e. Las consecuencias de mezcla con equipos de otro origen, así como adaptaciones, modificaciones, ajustes y/o tentativas de ajustes, irrespectivamente de que ello haya sido efectuado
de forma técnicamente correcta en principio, siempre que no exista expresa autorización por EGi.
f. Las consecuencias de accidentes, catástrofes naturales o cualquier causa ajena al control de EGi, incluyendo pero no limitado al rayo, agua y disturbios públicos.
En todos estos casos excluidos de la garantía, y siempre que los módulos no sean juzgados como defectuosos por parte de EGi, su remitente deberá hacerse cargo del importe total
de la reparación, y caso de producirse visita de nuestros técnicos, su solicitante correrá con los gastos originados sin causa justificada de garantía.

Lea detenidamente estas "Instrucciones de seguridad" antes de utilizar cualquier producto EGi.
El signo del rayo con la punta de flecha, alerta contra la presencia de voltajes

Los signos del rayo cerca de los terminales de salida del amplificador alertan del

First connection
1. Press key to turn on the sound unit for the first time.
Bluetooth®mode will be selected and the blue led will start to blink quickly.
That means its ready to be paired with other device.
If the paired device list is empty, the sound unit will blink quickly.
If the sound unit has a previous link with other device (i.e. Paired Device List is not empty), it will blink slowly.
Audio source selection and volume level are stored when the device is turned off. In case of power failure, it will
return to Bluetooth mode when turned on.
NOTE: When the sound unit is at bluetooth®mode and visible/pairable, it´s displayed to other devices as
"EGi 1210.15 xxxx". Paired device list is empty when the sound unit comes from factory. The unit can store up
to 8 paired devices.
A short press on , key will make the sound unit visible/pairable, so that a new device can be paired with it.
When the Paired Device List is full, the oldest connection device (i.e. the least used) will be erased from it, and
replaced for the new one (see paragraph 2.).
2. If key is pressed, the blue LED will blink quickly. It shows that the sound unit is visible for other bluetooth®devices,
and therefore can be paired with any bluetooth®audio source..
Once paired with a new device, the audio unit stores its data in the paired device list. Then the blue led will light continuously
and the unit will be playing audio indefinitely until it is turned off, another audio source is selected, the user disconnects it
manually, or maximum distance between the unit and the device is exceeded.
3. When key is pressed, the sound unit will go to bluetooth®mode, regardless of its previous state.
Blue LED will blink slowly and the unit will try and reconnect to the last connected Bluetooth device.
If it fails, itll try to reconnect with the following device from the paired device list, and so on until it reaches the end of the list.
Press twice the ON/OFF key to force a new search .
If the device is disconnected by the user or by exceeding the maximum distance, the blue led will start to blink slowly.
That means that the unit can be connected to any device of the paired device list.
NOTE: To clear paired device list, please hold the key pressed for 6 seconds.
Normally it is not necessary, because every time a new device is paired, the unit erases the least used device from the list
to store the new one.

4. Volume is controlled by +and keys. It has 32 steps of 2dB each one.
Volume is set from factory to a medium level.
The unit memorizes the volume level selected by the user, so that it is restored when the unit is turned on.
However, after a power failure, the volume level is restored to its factory setting.
NOTE: Remember that bluetooth®devices have an independent volume control. Therefore, we recommend adjusting unit
volume near to its maximum and using device volume control. This way, maximum performance is achieved while the user
has a more comfortable volume control.
5. By pressing TV > AUX key, the unit switches from bluetooth®to TV mode. Audio from rear connection is selected and led
changes to green.
Then, if TV > AUX key is pressed again, the unit will switch to AUX mode. Audio from front 3.5mm jack will be selected
and led will change to yellow.
If TV > AUX key is pressed again, TV mode will be selected and so on.
6. Priority audio input (PIN) is activated ONLY by a Millennium signal. It consists of a +3 V~ audio level superimposed to a
+7 V level (referred to 4).
Regardless of the control unit state (ON, OFF, bluetooth®, TV or AUX), if PIN input is activated, audio from this input will
be selected, led will switch to red and volume control will go to maximum level. This unit will remain at this state until PIN
input is deactivated, returning to its previous state.
We recommend the use of MILLENNIUM equipment (1308.1, 1310.1 or 1304.1A) to utilize this function.
The sound unit must be connected to a mains voltage between 12 and 15 V , prior to being used.
The sound unit remains at OFF/Standby state when powered for the first time or after a power failure (even if it was ON before).
Even with the sound unit in ON position, if it suffers a blackout of power grid, at the return of the mains supply the sound unit mode, always stays on OFF or stand-by
position.
To obtain the best sound quality, check speaker connections before turning on the device (no short-circuits, correct polarity and minimum impedance).
Troubleshooting
Problem
The sound unit doesnt turn on.
 The sound unit turns on, but theres no sound.
The blue led blinks slowly, but the unit doesnt connect with a paired
device.
 The unit is at TV or AUX mode, and theres no sound.
Possible solution
Check if the sound unit is powered. A voltage between 15 V must be applied
to and +terminals.
Check that the speakers are properly connected to L+ / L and R+ / R
outputs. Verify the absence of short-circuits and check that line impedance
is above 11 ohms. Make sure that a bluetooth®device is connected, or a
signal is present at TV or AUX inputs. Set volume level to maximum.
Check that your device has Bluetooth connectivity enabled. Press twice the
ON/OFF key to force a new search through the paired device list . To force
a pairing process, press key.
Verify that an analog signal with a level around 250-500 mV is present at TV
(rear terminals) or AUX (front 3.5 mm jack) inputs.
EGi guarantees its electronic and electroacoustic products against any manufacturing defect that affects its operation for 36 months from the production date (indicated in every
manufacture), taking the commitment of repairing or replacing the faulty modules which failure, always to the discretion of EGi, is caused by a manufacturing defect, without any charge for
spare parts.
This guarantee does not include charges for the shipping and handling of the modules, nor the labour charges for the replacement in the installation of the aforementioned electronic and electroacoustic
modules. The guarantee will not cover in any case the damages or breakings of the trimming pieces (lattices, trims, masks, frames...).
This guarantee refers only to the concept of replacement in factory of the modules produced by EGi, excluding any other cover or responsibility on the rest of the materials or the
whole of the installation that is put at the user disposal, but that is not supplied nor executed by EGi.
Therefore this guarantee does not cover:
a. The fitting up and the interconnection between the modules.
b. The results from the abuse or misuse of the product, including but not limited to:
b.1. Not using the product for usual purposes, or not following the instructions from EGi for the correct use and maintenance of the product.
b.2.The installation or use of the products in a way that is not concordant with the technical or security rules now in force.
c. The malfunctions caused by the wrong installation of the modules, or by an installation with inappropiate cables.
d. The malfunctions caused by the intervention of a person non-authorised by EGi.
e. The consequences of mixing with equipment from other sources, and also adaptations, modifications, adjustments and/or adjustment attempts, irrespectively of those that have been
performed in a technically correct way, provided that there is not an express authorisation by EGi.
f. The consequences of accidents, natural catastrophes or any cause beyond EGi control, including but not limited to lightning, water and public disturbances.
In all these cases that are excluded from the guarantee, and every time that the modules are not considered as faulty by EGi, the sender should take responsibility of the full amount of
the repair, and in the event of a visit from our technicians, the requesting person will bear the expenses originated without a cause justified in the guarantee.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This system has been designed and manufactured in compliance with the latest safety

 Disconnect the Mains supply before carrying out any work on the installation.
 Do not expose the equipment to direct sunlight.

The user should abstain from carrying out any alterations or repairs on the product,
reserving these actions for qualified personnel.
 Only use accessories supplied by EGi.
EGi will not be held liable for any damage arising from misuse of the product or usage
other than what is was designed for (See Guarantee section).
An exclamation mark inside a triangle indicates important operation
and maintenance instructions and the existence of components that
may affect safety if replaced.

IMPORTANT
Please read these "Safety instructions" carefully before using any EGi product.
The lightening-shaped arrow warns of the presence of dangerous voltage.
To minimise the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover.
The lightening signs near the amplifier output terminals warn of the danger
of electric shock in normal usage conditions (Terminals dangerous to touch).
Do not touch these terminals while the device is in operation.
This symbol indicates that the product must not be treated as normal domestic
waste, but must be handed over to the corresponding collection point for
electrical and electronic equipment.
The smark means European Conformity and is a European mark for
certain groups of services or industrial products.
The mark must be displayed by a product if it is within the scope of the
approximately 20 "New Approach" Directives and can be sold and put into
service legally within the countries of the EU. If the product complies with
the provisions of applicable European Directives and the is displayed
on the product, member states cannot prohibit, restrict or impede the
placement of the product or service on the market. Thus, the mark can
be considered as a passport for commercialising a product in EU countries.
