Quick Start Guide –
Charging Terminal
for EHRLE-CarWash-Key
Unpack everything (dispose of holding carton and plastic packaging)
Combine the power supply and plug it into the table charging station and power supply.
Insert enclosed paper roll (outside direction display)
Power on - small red button (top left of the keyboard)
o The charging station starts automatically with a self-test (Piep)
o The customer name according to programming appears at the top of the display.
o Further at the bottom of the display date and time
o There is a short message "Insert card / On load" = Ready for use
INITIALIZE NEW BONUS-KEY
Take NEW or NOT initialized keys and keep them close to the display
o Possibly now comes an error message "He. 12 Card Access - Remove Card"
o This message comes when the key was to short on the display
o Solution: hold a little longer and center to the display
o Please new attempt
 The "NEW" card ID number now appears on the display
 In the middle "Add Application Successfully Completed"
o Thus, the key is initialized and works with the key readers on the respective system
BONUS LOADING ON BONUS KEY
Take initialized keys and keep them close to the display
o Possibly now comes an error message "He. 12 Card Access - Remove Card"
o This message comes when the key was to short on the display
o Solution: hold a little longer and center to the display
o Please new attempt
 The existing key/card value is displayed
 At the top of the display, the card ID number is also briefly displayed
o Enter the desired amount using the keyboard (Attention: enter 00 by comma)
o Confirm the process with "ENTER" and immediately hold the key back to the display.
You now have 13 seconds to transfer
If the key is not loaded, a "piep-piep"
the operation is then aborted
o Please try again
o When the transaction is finished get your receipt by pressing „ENTER“ 2x.

INTERNAL ACCOUNTING EVALUATION
Fast acess to revenues Entrance by „Menu“ button
o "Password" appears on the display and below a number field > confirm again with "MENU"
o The display with "Sums" will be released immediately
Move with
01) On the display, the card sales are displayed as totals
02) The shown revenues can be printed.
03) Reset can be confirmed > without function
04) Print und Reset can be confirmed> without function
Choose and confirm always with enter.
Individual evaluation of sales Entrance by „Menu“ button
o "Password" appears on the display and below a number field > confirm again with "MENU"
o The display with the possible submenus appears
o With key arrow till 13 „LOG Daten“ and the confirm with „ENTER“
o The display displayed at the bottom left appears
Access to each key transaction as follows
01) On the display the LOGS n= e.g. 13 are displayed as a
quantity after a short time the individual transactions are shown
02) The displayed transactions can be printed
01) Last (after actual reset)
02) Start Index = ALL
03) Reset can be pressed > but is without function
04) ERROR can be operated > but is without function
Exit from the different menus always with "CANCEL"

RESET DAILY COUNTER
Entry via „Menu“ button
o "Password" appears on the display and a number field below it
o Enter the existing password (e.g. 102) and confirm with "ENTER"
o ATTENTION: FROM NOW ON, OTHER CHANGES CAN ALSO BE MADE!
Please do not make unnecessary attempts via different menu items –
a factory provision takes some time and is subject to a charge!
o The display with the possible submenus appears
o Use key arrow to submenu 11 „Summen“ and press „ENTER“
o The display below appears
Total information with full control
01) On the display, the card sales are displayed as totals
02) The displayed sales can be printed
03) Reset can be pressed > with function now!
Press „ENTER“ to confirm
The adjacent display is displayed
01) „Resettable“
> Confirm with „ENTER“
> Display „Reset Summen“
> „Resettable Continue?“
> Confirm with „ENTER“ an the revenues are deleted
02) „Historically" are the "non-delusiable total sales"
Attention: Deleted sales are irretrievably lost! No liability can be
accepted for data loss!
Exit from the different menu with „CANCEL“
Because the key charging system is a radio transmission, multiple attempts are not considered errors!
