I. Product introduction
1. Description
FixiTime Fun – 2G kids smartwatch-phone with GPS/A-GPS/
LBS/GLONASS-tracking, voice calling capability and a SOS
button. FixiTime Fun is designed to track your child’s location
as well as make and receive calls and send/receive messages.

3. Charging the watch
Before you set up the watch, you need to charge the battery.
Use the USB charging cable provided with your watch to
charge its battery. On a full charge, the watch has a battery
life of up to 48 hours. Battery life and time to fully charge your
device may vary with use and other factors. When the battery
level indicator on the activity sensor shows an empty battery,
you need to charge the device.

II. SIM card installation
1. Turn the device o and remove the SIM card tray from the
device.
2. Install the nanoSIM card into the tray with metal contacts
facing up.
3. Plug the SIM card tray back into the SIM card slot.

Warning: if your SIM card requires a PIN code input, this
feature should be deactivated before installing the SIM card
into FixiTime Fun.
To disable PIN-lock on your SIM:
1. Install the SIM card into a phone.
2. Navigate to the SIM card settings.
3. Select the option to disable the PIN code input requirement.
4. Save the settings onto the SIM card.
5. Remove the SIM card from the phone and install it into
FixiTime Fun.
Make sure that SIM card has positive balance and can access
the Internet, receive/make calls and messages. FixiTime Fun
works in 2G networks (GSM/GPRS 900/1800 или 850/1900).

III. App installation
Application download
Find and install ELARI SafeFamily (free) in Google Play
or App Store. Or just scan the QR code for the Google Play
or App Store link.
Registration process
• Open the ELARI SafeFamily app and click “Register”.
• Read and choose if you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.
• Input login and your email address.

• Receive an email with registration code and enter this code
into the App.
• Input your mobile phone number. Make sure you have cor-
rectly entered the phone number using the “+” and country
code: <+><country code><phone number>. For example
[phone]. Don’t use symbols like ‘(‘, ‘)’, ‘-’, ‘ ‘,‘<‘,‘>‘.
• Create a password and confirm it.
IV. Connecting to the smartphone
1. Install the SIM card into the watch (see more in II).
2. Register in the ELARI SafeFamily app.
3. Connect FixiTime Fun to the new profile in the App:
a) Turn the watch ON. You should see the watch’s QR code on
the screen. If not please check the FAQ on our website.
b) Start Add New tracker binding process in the ELARI Safe-
Family app.
c) Scan QR code from the watch’s screen using the app. If
there is no internet on the SIM card, the application will inform

you about it. You can also find the QR code in the watch “Set-
tings”. Select the “Settings” option from the menu and press
“IMEI“. You will be able to scan the QR code with the ELARI
SafeFamily app and bind the watch to the smartphone.
Note: the first user who scanned the QR code becomes the
Administrator. Other family members can scan the QR code
generated in the Administrator’s app or be invited to become
«family members» in the App
d) Complete the watch user’s profile: add the watch’s phone
number, child image, nickname, etc.
Note: please make sure to enter the watch’s phone number
correctly with required country code.
e) When binding is complete, the app will display the real-
time location of the watch on the map.

V. Warnings
1. Do not let small children and pets play with FixiTime Fun.
The device contains small parts, which can cause harm.
2. FixiTime Fun is water resistant. The device is protected from
drips of water, rain, sweat, but the smartwatch should be
removed before swimming or taking a shower.
3. Staying indoors, atmospheric conditions, as well as other
signal distortion sources can harm the GPS tracking accuracy.
4. Keep away from fire and high temperatures.
5. Do not allow dust or dirt to enter the device.
6. Do not drop, hit or shake the device. Careless handling can
lead to damage of the integrated board and mechanical
parts.
7. Charger output must be: 5 V, 1 A (included USB charging
device).
8. Make sure to input the correct phone number including the

country code. For example: + (country code) xxxxxxxxxx.
Do not use symbols such as ‘(‘, ‘)’, ‘-’, ‘’.
9. FixiTime Fun works on 2G networks. Photo sharing and call-
ing functions can consume a large amount of data. Choose
the appropriate carrier plan and set the Wi-Fi passwords for
frequently visited places if applicable.
VI. Storage and transportation
The device should be stored in dry, ventilated storage spaces
with the temperature ranging from -10°С to +40°С and humid-
ity from 15 to 85 % (without condensation). Whilst storing and
transporting, the handling markings printed on the box should
be followed. Whilst transporting any hits and movement of the
package in the transporting vehicle should be avoided.
VII. Rules of disposal
After the end of its lifetime, the device should be utilized
according to norms, rules and ways that are established in

the place of utilization. The accurate information regarding
utilization can be found from the appropriate government
sources, according to the country of your residence. Manu-
facturer and authorized person of the manufacturer relieve
themselves of responsibility from the possible harm caused by
the incorrect usage of the device or not following the operat-
ing rules, setting up the device, intentional or careless actions,
as well as any events related to weather or man-made force
majeure circumstances.

The device is IP67 rated and water will not cause damage in
case of submersion. However, the device is not intended to be
used under water or to be continuously submerged in water.
In order to avoid damage and to ensure the continuous func-
tioning of the device, we recommend the following:
– In case of submersion, remove the device from the water
immediately, switch it o and clean with a dry cloth;
– Do not submerge the device again and avoid further
submersion if possible;

– Do not submerge the device into salt water.
The manufacturer holds the right to change the construction,
included accessories and contents of the box, or the manu-
facturing technique without any notice in order to improve
any properties of the device, given that this does not void any
quality standards and laws of the country of manufacturing/
transit/sale.

XI. Warranty card
Dear customer!
Thank you for choosing ELARI FixiTime Fun
Distributor warrants that during the Warranty Period
the Distributor or Distributor’s Authorized Service Center
(hereinafter Service Center) will, at its sole discretion, remedy
the defects in materials or workmanship free of charge by: a)
repairing or b) replacing or c) refunding, subject to the terms
and conditions of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty
is only valid and enforceable in the country of purchase,
unless local law stipulates otherwise.
Warranty Period
The Limited Warranty Period starts at the date of original
retail purchase of the product. The Warranty Period is
designated according to the Consumer Rights Legislation of
the Distributor’s country/territory, unless otherwise specified.

The Warranty Period for accessories (including but not
limited to wireless sensors and transmitted, chargers, cables,
rechargeable batteries, straps, bracelets and hoses) is also
designated according to the Consumer Rights Legislation of
the Distributor’s country/territory, unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
1. a) normal wear and tear such as scratches, abrasions of
the color and/or material of non-metallic straps, b) defects
caused by rough handling, c) defects or damage resulting
from use contrary to intended or recommended use, improper
care, negligence, and accidents such as dropping or crushing;
2. Printed materials and packaging;
3. Defects or alleged defects caused by use with any product,
accessory, software and/or service not manufactured or
supplied by Distributor;
4. Non-rechargeable batteries.

Distributor does not warrant that the operation of the Product
or accessory will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the
Product or accessory will work with any hardware or software
provided by a third party.
This Limited Warranty is not enforceable if the Product or
accessory:
1. Has been opened beyond intended use;
2. Has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts; modified
or repairedby unauthorized Service Center;
3. Has been exposed to the eects of chemical elements;
4. Serial number/IMEI number has been removed, altered or
made illegible in any way, as determined at the sole discretion
of Distributor;

You must provide proof of purchase to access Distributor
warranty service. For instructions of how to obtain warranty
service, visit www.elari.net, contact your local authorized

Distributor retailer, or call Distributor Contact Center.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory
laws, this Limited Warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy
and is lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
Distributor shall not be liable for special, incidental, punitive
or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of
anticipated benefits, loss of data, loss of use, cost of capital,
cost of any substitute equipment or facilities, claims of third
parties, damage to property resulting from the purchase or
use of the item or arising from breach of the warranty, breach
of contract, negligence, strict tor, or any legal or equitable
theory, even if Distributor knew of the likelihood of such
damages. Distributor shall not be liable for delay in rendering
warranty service.

for ensuring that the SIM card is removed from any returned
products and for saving any stored data, for either in guaran-
tee and out of guarantee products.
