ITALIANO STEP 1 - Montaggio scheda
1. Per eseguire il montaggio dell’interfaccia nelle centrali MP500 procedere nel seguente modo:
Sganciare la scheda madre dalla propria sede e ribaltarla;
Posizionare l’interfaccia sul fondo della centrale nella posizione Ae fissarla mediante le due
viti fornite a corredo;
Per collegarla, inserire un connettore del cavo flat sull’interfaccia e l’altro sul connettore della
scheda madre (J11);
Inserire il cavo ethernet LAN sul connettore RJ45 dell’interfaccia.
ATTENZIONE! Il collegamento e scollegamento delle opzioni e accessori devono
essere sempre effettuati a centrale non alimentata (rete e batteria sconnesse).

STEP 2 –Inizializzazione scheda
1. Prima di procedere impostare sulla Centrale i seguenti parametri:
 Menu Master ABILITA AVANZATE ACCESSO REMOTO = ABILITA
 Menu Master ABILITA AVANZATE DISATTIVA DA REMOTO = ABILITA
 Menu Tecnico MANUTENZIONE MODO D’USO = MODO 2 o MODO 0
 Menu Tecnico PROGRAMMAZIONI SETTORI CONFIGURA SETTORI = STANDARD o
AUTOINIBIZIONE *
(*)Operazione da effettuare su tutti i settori presenti).
2. Installare il software Hi-Connect (versione 3.70 o successive) su un PC. Per installarlo, seguire la
procedura descritta nel manuale “Hi-Connect Installazione e Gestione”.
ATTENZIONE! Il sistema operativo Windows XP non è supportato.
3. Collegare il cavo LAN del Web Server direttamente al PC.
4. Predisporre e impostare il PC modificando i parametri di scheda Ethernet utilizzata.
Procedere come segue:
a) Recarsi in "Start" e digitare: Pannello di controllo
b) Si aprirà una finestra, selezionare “Pannello di controllo”
c) Da "Pannello di controllo" selezionare "Centro connessioni di rete e condivisione"
Nota: Accertarsi che la voce “Visualizza per:” sia impostata su “Icone piccole”
d) Da "Visualizza reti attive" selezionare la rete visualizzata in "Connessioni:"
e) Si aprirà una finestra con le informazioni sulla rete, selezionare la voce "Proprietà"
f) Si aprirà una finestra con le proprietà della rete, doppio click su "Protocollo Internet versione 4
(TCP/IPv4)".
g) Selezionare “Utilizza il seguente indirizzo IP” ed inserire in “Indirizzo IP”: 192.168.1.10 e
in “Subnet mask”: 255.255.255.0
5. Eseguire il software Hi-Connect (PWD:123456).
6. Dopo aver effettuato l’accesso, si apre la finestra principale dei menu di Hi-Connect.
Cliccare sul tasto “INIZIALIZZA IT500WEB”.
Nota: Prima di procedere occorre individuare un indirizzo IP e il Gateway da assegnare al Web
Server. Queste informazioni possono essere individuate collegandosi al router (es. utilizzando la
connessione Wi-Fi dello PC), dove sarà installato il Web Server, utilizzando il comando IPCONFIG.
Procedere come segue:
a) Recarsi in "Start" e digitare: CMD
b) Si aprirà una finestra, selezionare “Prompt dei comandi”
c) Si aprirà una finestra, digitare: IPCONFIG e premere “Invio/Enter”
d) Sarà visualizzato l’elenco delle connessioni attive e i relativi parametri direte
e) Individuare i parametri della rete (es. Scheda LAN wireless…)
f) Utilizzare come Indirizzo IP per il Web Server l’indirizzo precedentemente individuato
incrementandolo dialcune unità (es. Indirizzo IPv4 visualizzato = 192.168.8.18; Indirizzo IP
Web Server = 192.168.8.98)
g) Utilizzare come Gateway per il Web Server il Gateway predefinito precedentemente individuato
(es. Gateway predefinito visualizzato = 192.168.8.1; Gateway predefinito Web Server =
192.168.8.1)
7. Inserire i dati richiesti dal wizard; quelli contrassegnati da un asterisco sono obbligatori. Proseguire
cliccando sul tasto “AVANTI” fino alla comparsa della finestra “INIZIALIZZAZIONE COMPLETATA!”.
8. Nella stessa schermata verranno visualizzati due campi compilati con il MAC Address ed il Codice
ID del Web Server inizializzato.
9. Salvare con i tasti “COPIA” i due codici su un file editor (Word o altro), poiché sono fondamentali
per la successiva registrazione sul Portale WEB (www.myelkronhome.com)
10. Proseguire cliccando sul tasto “FINE”.
11. Apparirà una finestra con “Salvare le modifiche effettuate?”. Selezionare “SI” per salvare i dati.
ATTENZIONE! Selezionando “NO”i dati inseriti in Hi-Connect andranno persi ma, il Web Server,
risulterà configurato con i dati inseriti. Nota: L’indirizzo IP di fabbrica del Web Server è
192.168.1.100.

STEP 3 - Verifica funzionale e primo accesso Web Server
1. Prima di accedere alla scheda Web server impostare sulla Centrale nel menu Tecnico, alla voce
MANUTENZIONE MODO D’USO, il MODO-2 oppure MODO-0 ; inoltre alla voce
PROGRAMMAZIONE SETTORI CONFIGURA SETTORI, togliere la funzione BLOCCO
ATTIVAZIONE per tutti i settori configurati.
2. Fare una verifica funzionale in rete LAN usando il browser del PC, digitando nella barra degli
indirizzi l’indirizzo IP assegnato durante l’inizializzazione della scheda Web Server.
(es. >> 192.168.xxx.xxx).
3. Quando avviene la connessione, apparirà una finestra di dialogo dove verrà richiesto di inserire
“User e Password” come primo accesso al Web Server.
Utilizzare le credenziali di fabbrica User = admin e Password = WebServer1.
Il Web Server è compatibile coi seguenti browser:
Google Chrome, dalla versione 36.0.1985.125 m
Firefox, dalla versione 30
Microsoft IE, dalla versione 9
Safari, dalla versione 5.1.7
ATTENZIONE! Dopo 2 minuti di inattività o attesa della pagina aperta, avviene l’uscita
automatica per Time-Out della stessa.
4. Appena effettuato l’accesso, il sistema obbliga a cambiare le credenziali User e Password.
Le stesse, sono da impostare con i criteri di sicurezza suggeriti nella pagina di registrazione:
Minimo 8 caratteri
Almeno un carattere maiuscolo
Almeno un carattere minuscolo
Almeno un numero
ATTENZIONE! Non sono ammessi accessi contemporanei.
5. Accedere con le nuove credenziali alla Homepage selezionando la sezione desiderata tra quelle
elencate.
6. Autenticarsi per poter accedere ai menu, con il codice MASTER della centrale di allarme MPxx
(lo stesso digitato sulle tastiere - di default: 111111).

STEP 4 - Configurazione telecamere (Saltare se non sono presenti telecamere)
ATTENZIONE! Le telecamere TC19 (80TC1U00133) e TC20 (80TC1V00133), pur
essendo marchiate Elkron, vanno configurate come telecamere “ALTRE”. Per la
configurazione fare riferimento allo “STEP 5”.
1. Utilizzare il CD-ROM in dotazione alla confezione della/e telecamera/e, inserirlo nel PC ed
installare il software IP Discovery. Lanciare l’applicativo che ricercherà e visualizzerà le
telecamere presenti sulla rete LAN Cablata (o WI-FI). Selezionare e cliccare su un indirizzo IP
dall’elenco telecamere che appare, e premere sul tasto CONNECT. A connessione avvenuta
sulla telecamera, verrà richiesto di digitare nome utente e password della telecamera stessa
(di fabbrica ut: admin, Psw: admin). Successivamente verrà visualizzata l’immagine della
telecamera sullo schermo.
2. Insieme all’immagine sarà presente anche il menu da cui selezionare la voce “Impostazioni”
“Rete” “Generale” e impostare IP Statico Netmask Gateway ed eventualmente
anche i DNS della rete (se si conoscono). Salvare e uscire dal menu.
3. Abilitare il codice tecnico sulla centrale (di fabbrica 000000), e dal codice Master,
“L’ACCESSO REMOTO”.
4. Dal PC chiudere IP Discovery e aprire l’applicativo Hi-Connect.
5. Selezionare da Gestione Impianti
6. Dalla lista degli impianti selezionare l’impianto in questione quindi Apri in Gestione.
7. Selezionare il TAB “Web Server”.
8. Verificare che la modalità di connessione presente è quella desiderata (esempio LAN
(IT500WEB Local) –192.168.xxx.xxx:xxxx).
9. Selezionare “Connetti”.
10. A connessione avvenuta, si accenderà il pallino verde presente nella finestra di dialogo:
selezionare dal menu che appare la voce Telecamere, spuntando nei campi presenti nella
finestra di Hi-Connect, il N^ di telecamera il TIPO (Elkron/Altre) e l’INDIRIZZO
(statico IP o dinamico DHCP). Salvare le impostazioni cliccando sull’icona a forma di
“Dischetto”.
11. L’indirizzo fisico IP di fabbrica delle telecamere è 192.168.1.200.
12. Ripetere la stessa impostazione per tutte le altre telecamere interessate e/o presenti
impostando un indirizzo IP diverso o adeguato.
13. Alla fine salvare cliccando sull’icona a forma di “Dischetto” e poi su “TRASFERISCI”.
14. A questo punto la scheda WEB Server si riavvia in automatico segnalando “Riavvio in corso
attendere prego”.
15. Attendere circa 6 minuti per il riavvio, al termine apparirà il seguente messaggio di conferma:
Procedura completata correttamente premere OK.
In seguito, avverrà automaticamente una RI-CONNESSIONE; disconnettersi e chiudere Hi-
Connect.
16. Accedere al browser del PC per la connessione con il Web server, aperta la pagina web,
autenticarsi (con le credenziali della scheda Web Server) e cliccare sulla voce 
Videocontrollo Videocamere e verificare la visione delle immagini delle telecamere
connesse al sistema.

STEP 5 - Configurazione telecamere “ALTRE” (Telecamere non Elkron)
ATTENZIONE! Nel caso in cui si volesse procedere con l’installazione di telecamere
non Elkron (“ALTRE”), bisogna verificare che queste siano in grado di rispondere ad
una richiesta HTTP fornendo snapshot in formato JPEG con risoluzione massima di
1280x720.
Nota: Per il corretto funzionamento, occorre utilizzare “IP statico”.
Un esempio di telecamere che possono essere utilizzate sono le telecamere URMET serie
“BOOST” (modelli: 1093/139M2 – 1093/141M2 –1093/142M2 –1093/176M2 –1093/177M2 –
1093/178M2).
Le seguenti indicazioni sono valide anche per le telecamere Elkron TC19 (80TC1U00133) e
TC20 (80TC1V00133).
Se si utilizzano queste telecamere procedere come segue:
ATTENZIONE! Assicurarsi che le telecamere siano aggiornate con versione firmware
“1.1.9” o superiore. Qualora la telecamera presentasse una versione inferiore,
rivolgersi al Servizio Clienti (mail: [email protected] richiedendo l’aggiornamento).
ATTENZIONE! Assicurarsi che il Web Server sia aggiornato alla versione firmware “2.0”
o superiore. Qualora il Web Server presentasse una versione inferiore scaricare
l’aggiornamento dal sito Elkron.
ATTENZIONE! Assicurarsi di avere le ultime versioni di IP-Connect (V1.10 o superiore)
o Hi-Connect (V3.70 o superiore). Qualora le versioni non fossero aggiornate scaricare
l’aggiornamento dal sito Elkron.
1. Collegare il cavo LAN della telecamera direttamente al PC
2. Predisporre e impostare il PC con il seguente indirizzo IP e parametri di rete:
IP:192.168.1.10 -- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Nota: L’indirizzo IP di fabbrica della telecamera è 192.168.1.168
3. Tramite il browser Internet Explorer accedere alla programmazione della telecamera
(192.168.1.168, nome utente: admin, password: admin)
4. Settare Indirizzo IP, Subnet Mask e Gateway (Per scegliere l’Indirizzo IP, Subnet Mask e
Gateway predefinito della telecamera, è necessario collegarsi al router della propria rete e
verificare la modalità di gestione degli indirizzi IP).
5. Settare la risoluzione del main stream a 1280 x 720, salvare ed uscire.
6. Collegare la telecamera alla propria rete.
7. Reimpostare i parametri di rete del PC per il funzionamento sulla propria rete
8. Avviare Hi-Connect o IP-Connect
9. Configurare la telecamera (vedi Step 4)
10. Impostare i seguenti parametri di programmazione:
- Indirizzo IP
- Nome Utente e Password
- In “Full Image URL” inserire la seguente stringa:
“/Snapshot/1/RemoteImageCapture?ImageFormat=2”
- In “Image URL” inserire la seguente stringa:
“/Snapshot/1/RemoteImageCapture?ImageFormat=2”
- Salvare e trasferire la programmazione al Web Server.

STEP 6 - Registrazione al portale Elkron
1. Per l'utilizzo del Web Server da remoto è necessario registrare il dispositivo sul portale “My
Elkron Home”.
2. Per registrare il Web Server occorre innanzitutto registrarsi come installatore. Per effettuare la
registrazione accedere al portale all’indirizzo www.myelkronhome.com e selezionare
“REGISTRATI ADESSO”.
ATTENZIONE! Utilizzare sempre le credenziali fornite durante la prima registrazione!
Non occorre registrarsi più volte come installatore!
3. Se si è già effettuata la registrazione come installatore, per aggiungere un nuovo Web Server,
accedere al portale all’indirizzo www.myelkronhome.com inserire le credenziali installatore
scelte. Selezionare “Accedi”.
4. Selezionare “AGGIUNGI DISPOSITIVO” inserire i dati del Web Server (“Codice ID” e “MAC
Address”), “Indirizzo web” e “Indirizzo mail” concordato con il cliente.
5. Selezionare “Verifica”, se i dati inseriti sono corretti verrà visualizzato un “modulo” con i dati
dell’utente.
6. Se l’indirizzo mail inserito per la registrazione non era già stato utilizzato precedentemente, si
può procedere in due modi diversi:
Inserire almeno tutti i dati obbligatori (contrassegnati da un asterisco) e selezionare
“Registra”.
Non inserire nessun dato e selezionare “Registra”.
In entrambi i casi verranno inviate al cliente due mail:
Una con le credenziali assegnate, da utilizzare per accedere al portale “My Elkron Home”.
Una con un link per completare l’attivazione del dispositivo.
ATTENZIONE! Se l’indirizzo mail inserito per la registrazione era già stato utilizzato
precedentemente, sarà inviata solo una mail con un link.
Per terminare la procedura sarà necessario confermarla cliccando sul link ricevuto.
Cliccando sul link ricevuto, il cliente dovrà accedere al portale e completare la procedura
inserendo i suoi dati o confermando quelli inseriti dall’installatore durante la registrazione.
7. Le credenziali del cliente si utilizzano solo sul portale My Elkron Home per:
- Modificare i propri dati
- Vedere lista Web Server
8. Le credenziali dell’installatore si utilizzano in:
Portale My Elkron Home per:
- Modificare i propri dati
- Aggiungere Web Server
- Gestire Web Server
Hi-Connect per:
- Effettuare la gestione/programmazione dell’impianto e/o Web Server da remoto (VPN).

STEP 7 - Uso e gestione
É possibile gestire il sistema allarme MP500/xx, sia da rete locale LAN che da remoto via WEB,
attraverso un PC o da telefono mobile.
1. Gestione da PC con connessione locale via LAN
Aprire un browser sul computer tra quelli compatibili (Crome, Firefox, IE, ecc…) e inserire
sulla barra degli indirizzi l’indirizzo IP assegnato alla scheda Web Server (di fabbrica
192.168.1.100).
Quando si apre la pagina, è necessario autenticarsi (default: Username = admin –Password
= WebServer1). Procedere con la creazione delle proprie credenziali.
Ad autenticazione avvenuta, si aprirà la pagina inerente alla gestione della centrale
MP500/xx in uso.
Selezionare la sezione di interesse tra quelle visualizzate per iniziare la gestione
dell’impianto.
ATTENZIONE! Non sono ammessi accessi contemporanei da più utenti.
2. Gestione da PC con connessione remota via WEB
Aprire un browser sul computer tra quelli compatibili (Crome, Firefox, IE, ecc…) e inserire
sulla barra degli indirizzi il nome creato e registrato sul portale myelkronhome.com
(…xxxxx….myelkronhome.com ) .
Quando si apre la pagina, è necessario autenticarsi (default: Username = admin –Password
= WebServer1). Procedere con la creazione delle proprie credenziali.
Ad autenticazione avvenuta, si aprirà la pagina inerente alla gestione della centrale MP500 in
uso.
Selezionare la sezione di interesse tra quelle visualizzate per iniziare la gestione
dell’impianto.
ATTENZIONE! Non sono ammessi accessi contemporanei da più utenti.
3. Gestione Mobile da remoto (Android / IOS-Iphone)
La procedura è similare come quella da remoto da PC.
Aprire un browser del telefono tra quelli in uso (Android e/o IOS Iphone) e inserire sulla
barra degli indirizzi il nome creato e registrato sul portale myelkronhome.com
(…xxxxx….myelkronhome.com ).
Quando si apre la pagina, è necessario autenticarsi (default: Username = admin –Password
= WebServer1). Procedere con la creazione delle proprie credenziali.
Ad autenticazione avvenuta, si aprirà la pagina inerente alla gestione della centrale
MP500/xx in uso.
Selezionare la sezione di interesse tra quelle visualizzate per iniziare la gestione
dell’impianto.
ATTENZIONE! Non sono ammessi accessi contemporanei da più utenti.

4. Gestione Mobile tramite App My Elkron home
Scaricare dallo Store dello smartphone o dal tablet, l’applicazione My Elkron Home se si desidera
una gestione del sistema per accedere a tutte le funzioni dell'impianto. Inoltre verificare lo stato di
rilevatori, uscite, telecamere e sistemi diversi collegati alla centrale antintrusione.
Seguire in modo guidato le impostazioni di alcuni parametri richiesti dall’applicazione e
successivamente, è possibile in modo diretto, gestire totalmente via WEB l’impianto di
Antintrusione, di Domotica e di Videosorveglianza senza l’ausilio del browser.
All’interno della App, saranno elencati e numerati tutti gli impianti che si saranno memorizzati in
modo da poter richiamare direttamente.

Pulsante SW1
LED 1
Note –Reset Web Server
É possibile resettare i parametri dell’interfaccia Web Server (IT500WEB) agendo sul pulsante
locale.
1. Reset credenziali di accesso
Quando si necessità di riportare le credenziali al default
(default: Username=admin / Password=WebServer1), procedere come segue:
Porre la centrale in manutenzione (Codice TECNICO ->Manutenzione)
Aprire la centrale
Premere e tenere premuto il pulsante SW1 per 7 lampeggi del LED1.
Rilasciare il pulsante SW1, entrambi i LED lampeggeranno per indicare il riavvio
dell’interfaccia.
Verificare l’effettiva cancellazione delle credenziali.
Chiudere la centrale.
Uscire dalla manutenzione.
ATTENZIONE! La centrale è alimentata, evitare di toccare la piastra!
2. Reset parametri di fabbrica
Quando si necessità di riportare l’interfaccia ai parametri di fabbrica (Indirizzo IP di fabbrica del
Web Server è 192.168.1.100), procedere come segue:
Porre la centrale in manutenzione (Codice TECNICO -> Manutenzione)
Aprire la centrale
Premere e tenere premuto il pulsante SW1 per 32 lampeggi del LED1.
Rilasciare il pulsante SW1, entrambi i LED lampeggeranno per indicare il riavvio
dell’interfaccia.
Verificare l’effettiva cancellazione dei parametri.
Chiudere la centrale.
Uscire dalla manutenzione.
ATTENZIONE! La centrale è alimentata, evitare di toccare la piastra!

STEP 1 - Board installation
1. To install the interface in MP500 control panels proceed in the following manner:
unclip the motherboard from its seat and tilt it;
position the interface at the bottom of the control panel in position Aand secure it with the two
supplied screws;
to connect it, insert one flat cable connector in the interface and the other in the motherboard
connector (J11);
plug the LAN Ethernet cable in the RJ45 connector of the interface.
WARNING! The connection and disconnection of the optional parts and accessories must
always be carried out while the control panel is not electrically live (power line and battery
disconnected).

STEP 2 –Board initialization
1. Before proceeding set the following parameters in the Control Unit:
•Master Menu ENABLE ADVANCED REMOTE ACCESS = ENABLE
•Master Menu ENABLE ADVANCED REMOTE UNSETTING = ENABLE
•Installer Menu MAINTENANCE USAGE MODE = MODE 2 or MODE 0
•Installer Menu PROGRAMMING SECTORS CONFIGURE SECTORS = STANDARD or
SELF-INHIBITION *
* Operation to be performed on all sectors present.
2. Install the Hi-Connect software (version 3.70 or later) on a PC. To install it, follow the procedure
described in the manual “Hi-Connect Installation and Management”.
WARNING! Windows XP operating system is not supported.
3. Connect the Web server LAN cable directly to the PC.
4. Prepare and set the PC by changing the parameters of the Ethernet card used. Proceed as follows:
a) Select "Start" and type: Control panel
b) A window opens, select “Control panel”
c) From "Control panel" select "Network and sharing centre" Note: Make sure that the item
“View by:” is set to “Small icons”
d) From "Display active networks" select the network displayed in "Connections":
e) A window with the information on the network opens, select "Properties"
f) A window with the network properties opens, double click on "Internet protocol version 4
(TCP/IPv4)".
g) Select “Use the following IP address” and, in “IP address”, type: 192.168.1.10 and in “Subnet
mask”: 255.255.255.0
5. Run the Hi-Connect software (PWD:123456).
6. After logging in, the main window of Hi-Connect menus opens.
Click on “INITIALISE IT500WEB”.
Note: Before proceeding, it is necessary to identify an IP address and the Gateway to assign to the
Web Server. This information can be identified by connecting to the router (e.g. using the Wi-Fi
connection of your PC), where the Web Server will be installed, using the IPCONFIG command.
Proceed as follows:
a) Select "Start" and type: CMD
b) A window opens, select “Command prompt”
c) A window opens, type: IPCONFIG and press “Enter”
d) The list of the active connections and relevant network parameters is displayed
e) Identify the network parameters (e.g. Wireless LAN card…)
f) For the Web Server, use the IP Address previously identified and increase it by a few
units (e.g. displayed IPv4 Address = 192.168.8.18; Web Server IP Address = 192.168.8.98)
g) For the Web Server, use the default Gateway previously identified
(e.g. displayed default Gateway = 192.168.8.1; Web Server default Gateway = 192.168.8.1)
7. Enter the data prompted by the wizard, those marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Continue by
clicking on “NEXT” until the “INITIALISING COMPLETED!” window is displayed.
8. The same screen displays two filled-in fields specifying the MAC Address and the ID Code of the
initialised Web Server.
9. Use “COPY” to save the two codes in a file editor (Word or other), as they are essential for
subsequent registration on the WEB Portal (www.myelkronhome.com)
10. Continue by clicking on “END”.
11. A window with “Save changes made?” is displayed. Select “YES” to save the data.
WARNING! If “NO” is selected, the data entered in Hi-Connect will be lost, but the Web
Server will be configured with the data entered.
Note: The factory IP address of the Web Server is 192.168.1.100.

STEP 3 - Functional check and first Web Server access
1. Before accessing the Web server board, set in the Technical menu of the Control panel, in the
item MAINTENANCE OPERATION MODE, the MODE-2 or MODE-0; and in the item
PROGRAMMING SECTORS CONFIGURE SECTORS, remove the BLOCK ACTIVATION
function for all the configured sectors.
2. Perform an operational check on the LAN network using your PC browser, by typing in the
address bar the IP address assigned during the initialisation of the Web Server board.
(e.g. >> 192.168.xxx.xxx)
3. Once connection is established, a dialogue box will be displayed where you will be prompted to
enter your "User Name and Password" for first access to the Web Server.
Use the factory credentials User = admin and Password = WebServer1.
The Web Server is compatible with the following browsers:

WARNING! After 2 minutes of open page inactivity or waiting time, the page will be timed
out and automatically quitted.
4. Immediately after logging in, the system requires that User Name and Password credentials be
changed. These credentials should be set according to the security criteria recommended in the
registration page:
Minimum 8 characters
At least one uppercase character
At least one lowercase character
At least one digit
WARNING! Simultaneous accesses are not allowed.
5. Access the Homepage with your new credentials by selecting the desired section among those
listed.
6. Log in order to access the menus, by using the MASTER code of the alarm control panel MPxx
(the same code typed on the keypads - the default code being: 111111).

STEP 4 - Configuring cameras (Skip if there are no cameras)
WARNING! Even if TC19 (80TC1U00133) and TC20 (80TC1V00133) cameras are
branded Elkron, they must be configured as “OTHER” cameras. For configuration, refer
to “STEP 5”.
1. Use the CDRom included in the camera package and insert it in your PC slot, then install the IP
Discovery software. Launch the application that will search for and display the cameras available
in the wired LAN (or WI-FI) network. Select and click on an IP address from the displayed list of
cameras, then press the CONNECT button. After establishing a connection with a camera, you
will be prompted to type a user name and password for that camera (factory username: admin,
Psw: admin). Then, the camera image will be displayed on the screen.
2. Together with the image, a menu will be shown from which to select the "Settings" "Network"
"General" items and then set the Static IP Netmask Gateway and (if they are known)
the network DNS, too. Save and exit the menu.
3. Enable the technical code on the control panel (factory setting 000000), and from the Master
Code, the "REMOTE ACCESS" option.
4. From your PC close down IP Discovery and open the application Hi-connect.
5. Select Manage Systems.
6. On the list of systems, select the concerned system and then Open to Manage.
7. Select the “Web Server” TAB.
8. Check that the present connection mode is the required one (e.g. LAN (IT500WEB Local) –
192.168.xxx.xxx:xxxx).
9. Select “Connect”.
10. After a connection is established, the green dot in the dialogue box will illuminate: select from the
displayed menu the item Cameras, by ticking the fields in the Hi-connect window, the 
camera NUMBER, TYPE (Elkron/other) and ADDRESS (static IP or dynamic DHCP). Save
your settings by clicking the icon shaped like a "floppy disk".
11. The factory physical IP address of the cameras is 192.168.1.200.
12. Repeat the same setting procedure for all the other cameras concerned and/or present by setting
a different or suitable IP address.
13. After completing the procedure, save by clicking the "floppy disk" icon and then "TRANSFER".
14. At this point, the WEB server board will restart automatically reading "Restarting. Please wait".
15. Wait approximately 6 minutes for the reboot; at the end, the following confirmation message will
appear: Procedure correctly completed press OK.
Re-connecting will then be performed automatically; log out and close down Hi-connect.
16. Access the browser of your PC for connection to the Web server, open the web page, log in
(with the credentials of the Web Server board) and click on the item Video surveillance 
Video cameras to check image viewing via the cameras connected to the system.

STEP 5 - “OTHER” camera configuration (non-Elkron cameras)
WARNING! To install non-Elkron (“OTHER”) cameras, check that they can reply to a
HTTP request providing a snapshot in JPEG format with maximum resolution 1280x720.
Note: Use of “Static IP” is recommended.
For example, URMET “BOOST” cameras can be used (models: 1093/139M2 – 1093/141M2 –
1093/142M2 – 1093/176M2 – 1093/177M2 – 1093/178M2).
The following instructions are valid also for Elkron TC19 (80TC1U00133) and TC20 (80TC1V00133)
cameras.
Proceed as follows, if these cameras are used:
WARNING!Check that the camera firmware is “1.1.9” or higher. If the camera firmware
version is lower, contact Customer Service (mail: [email protected] and ask for an update).
WARNING!Check that the Web Server firmware is “2.0” or higher. If the Web Server
firmware is lower, download the update from the Elkron website.
WARNING!Make sure you have the latest versions of IP-Connect (V1.10 or higher) or Hi-
Connect (V3.70 or higher). If the versions are not up-to-date, download the update from
the Elkron website.
1. Connect the LAN cable to the camera directly to the PC.
2. Prepare and set up the following IP address and network parameters on the PC:
IP:192.168.1.10 -- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Note: The default IP address of the camera is 192.168.1.168
3. Using Internet Explorer access the camera programming
(192.168.1.168, user name: admin, password: admin)
4. Set IP address, Subnet Mask and Gateway (to select the default IP address, Subnet Mask
and Gateway of the camera, connect to the router of your network and check the IP
address mode).
5. Select main stream resolution to 1280 x 720, save and quit.
6. Connect the camera to your network.
7. Reset the PC network parameters for operation on your network.
8. Start Hi-Connect or IP-Connect.
9. Configure the camera (see Step 4)
10. Set the following programming parameters:
IP address
User Name and Password
In “Full Image URL” enter the following string:
“/Snapshot/1/RemoteImageCapture?ImageFormat=2”
In “Image URL” enter the following string:
“/Snapshot/1/RemoteImageCapture?ImageFormat=2”
Save and transfer the programming to the Web Server.

STEP 6 - Registration with the Elkron portal
1. To use the Web Server remotely, you must register the Web Server on the portal “My Elkron
Home”.
2. To register the Web Server you must first register as an installer. To register, log on to the portal
at www.myelkronhome.com and select “REGISTER NOW”.
WARNING! Always use the credentials provided during the first registration! You will not
need to register more than once as an installer
3. If you have already registered as an installer, to add a new Web Server, log on to the portal at
www.myelkronhome.com and enter the chosen installer credentials. Select “Log in”.
4. Select “ADD DEVICE” and enter the Web Server data (“ID Code” and “MAC Address”), “Web
Address” and “E-mail Address” agreed with the customer.
5. Select “Check”, if the entered data are correct, a “form” containing the user data will appear.
6. If the e-mail address entered for recording had not been used previously, you can proceed in two
different ways:
Enter at least all mandatory data (marked by an asterisk) and select “Register”.
Do not enter any data and select “Register”.
In both cases two emails will be sent to the customer:
One with the assigned credentials to be used to access the “My Elkron Home” portal.
One with a link for completing activation of the device.
WARNING! If the email address entered for registration was already used, a single email
will be sent with a link. To complete the procedure you will need to confirm it by clicking on
the link received. Click on the received link, log onto the portal and complete the procedure
by entering your data or confirming the data entered by the installer during registration.
7. The client's credentials are used exclusively on My Elkron Home portal to:
- Edit your data
- See the Web Server list
8. The installer's credentials are used in:
The My Elkron Home portal to:
- Edit your data
- Add Web Server
- Manage Web Server
Hi-Connect to:
- Manage and/or program the system and/or Web Server remotely (VPN).

STEP 7 - Use and Management
It is possible to manage the alarm system MP500/xx, both from the local network LAN and remotely
via the Web, through a PC or mobile phone.
1. Management from PC with local connection via LAN
Open a browser on your computer by selecting one of the compatible options (Chrome,
Firefox, IE, etc.) and type the IP address assigned to the Web Server board in the address
bar (factory 192.168.1.100).
When you open the page, you need to log in (default credentials: Username = admin -
Password = WebServer1). Now create your own credentials.
Once you are logged in, a page will open concerning the management of the MP500/xx
control panel in use.
Select the section of interest from those displayed to start system management.
WARNING! Simultaneous access by multiple users is not allowed.
2. Management from PC with remote connection via WEB
Open a browser on your computer by selecting one of the compatible options (Chrome,
Firefox, IE, etc.) and type the name created and registered on the portal myelkronhome.com
(…xxxxx….myelkronhome.com ) in the address bar.
When you open the page, you need to log in (default credentials: Username = admin -
Password = WebServer1). Now create your own credentials.
Once you are logged in, a page will open concerning the management of the MP500 control
panel in use.
Select the section of interest from those displayed to start system management.

3. Mobile management from remote (Android / IOS-iPhone)
The procedure is similar to that described for remote PC management.
Open a browser on your phone by selecting one of the options in use (Android e/o IOS
iPhone) and type the name created and registered on the portal myelkronhome.com
(…xxxxx….myelkronhome.com ) in the address bar.
When you open the page, you need to log in (default credentials: Username = admin -
Password = WebServer1). Now create your own credentials.
Once you are logged in, a page will open concerning the management of the MP500/xx
control panel in use.
Select the section of interest from those displayed to start system management.

4. Mobile management via the App My Elkron home
With your smartphone or tablet, download from the App Store the application My Elkron Home if
you wish to manage the system to access all functions. Also check the state of detectors, outputs,
cameras and different systems connected to the burglar control system.
Follow the guide to enter the settings of some of the parameters required by the application, and
then, it will be possible to directly and comprehensively manage the Burglar control, Home
automation and Video surveillance systems via WEB without a browser.
In the app, all the stored systems will be listed and numbered to be able to directly retrieve them.
WARNING! Please note that for security reasons the application does not allow the
storage of user name and password.

Notes –Web Server Reset
It is possible to reset the Web Server interface parameters (IT500WEB) using the local button.
1. Access credential reset
When it is necessary to reset the credentials to default (default: Username=admin /
Password=WebServer1), proceed as follows:
Set the control unit to maintenance mode (INSTALLER Code -> Maintenance)
Open the control unit
Press and hold the SW1 button for 7 flashes of LED1.
Release the SW1 button, both LEDs will flash to indicate the interface restart.
Check the actual credential deletion.
Close the control unit.
Quit maintenance mode.
WARNING! The control unit is powered, do not touch the plate!
2. Reset factory settings
When it is necessary to reset the interface to factory settings (factory IP address of Web
Server is 192.168.1.100), proceed as follows:
Set the control unit to maintenance mode (INSTALLER Code -> Maintenance)
Open the control unit
Press and hold the SW1 button for 32 flashes of LED1.
Release the SW1 button, both LEDs will flash to indicate the interface restart.
Check the actual parameter deletion.
Close the control unit.
Quit maintenance mode.

ÉTAPE 1 - Montage de la carte
1. Pour effectuer le montage de l'interface sur les centrales MP500, procéder comme suit :
décrocher la carte mère de son logement et la retourner ;
positionner l’interface sur le fond de la centrale dans la position Aet la fixer à l'aide des deux
vis fournies à cet effet ;
pour vous connecter, Insérer un connecteur du câble plat sur l'interface et l'autre sur le
connecteur de la carte mère (J11) ;
brancher le câble Ethernet LAN au connecteur RJ45 de l'interface.
ATTENTION ! Le branchement et le débranchement des options et des accessoires
doivent toujours être effectués alors que la centrale n'est pas alimentée (secteur et
