Disconnect spinner hydraulics

1. Disconnect hydraulic hoses from spinner.
- Keep hose with crimped fitting.
- Remaining fittings not required.
2. Install S74-0809 fitting and R81-08F (female quick coupling) provided.
Remove existing chaff spinner

Remove hydraulic hose p-clamps

Fit Rear Hitch Frame

Lift main frame up (Item 8) and secure with bolt
provided.

Assemble Deck Support Frame
Main frame (Item 8) already installed.
Fit the left & right under-deck frames (Items 5 & 6)
Fit the adjuster turnbuckles (Item 7) but leave
them loose
TIP:
At this stage, it is easier to fit one of the hydraulic
hoses in the kit. There will be one with two male
quick couplers on each end (H3). Get the hose,
find the centrepoint, start clamping it on from the
centre, then down each under deck frame.

Drill four x 6mm holes and tighten bolts.
Fit rear curtain

electrical harness on underside of sieve chute.
Item 15 used to secure Item 14.

Install Item 16 using fasteners as shown.

rubber sheet.
Share existing fasteners

Drill two x 8mm holes and tighten bolts.

Install Item 12 using existing fasteners that
mounted spinner bracket (which would have
been removed as part of prep).
Repeat for Right-Hand Side of machine.
Fit sieve chute bracket
