Instructions
1. Remove carton and all other packaging
material fixing the machine to the
timber pallet.

2. Open machine top cover and remove
moisture absorption sachets, box limit
bracket and Power Cord.
3. Remove the protection film from the top
cover if desired. Fit box limit bracket to
machine top cover as shown and close
the top cover.

4. Remove plastic hand
wheel and outer ring
holder.
5. Place the coil of strap on
the inner coil holder.
Pay attention to the
yellow arrows. Strap
feeds off the coil in a
clockwise direction.
6. Refit outer roll holder
and hand wheel. Run
strap through the brake
roller as shown in
picture.
7. Run strap through the
lower roller and pull
approx. 50cm of strap.
Fit the strap up through
the metal guide plate
and into the upper roller
until strap is feed
through the head and
can be seen on the top
cover as shown.

8. Plug machine into 240V power and
switch machine ON via the switch
mounted on the front panel. If you
press button number 2 it will manually
cycle and reset the machine. If you
press button number 3 it will feed strap
whist you are holding the button. Dial
number 4 adjusts the amount of strap
feed out after each cycle.
