BEFORE USE
Read these instructions fully and keep them for future reference. Check whether the mains voltage in your home
corresponds to that of the appliance. Only connect this appliance to an earthed socket.
Remove any stickers. Wash all parts in soapy water before use (except for the heating base) and rinse thoroughly.
Do not use any sharp objects in the pot or on the baking sheet as these may damage the appliance.
OPERATION
Set the switch to the “OFF” position of the appliance and insert the plug into the power socket.
Place the chocolate into the pot and turn the switch to “MELT” function. If the chocolate is in lack of butter/
fat, add butter or oil to obtain a fluid texture.
Usually it takes about 15-20 minutes to heat. When the chocolate reaches to approx. 60°C , turn the switch to
the “WARM” function. It will keep the temperature around 30-40°C to make the chocolate not to be dried.
TIPS
You can use a variety of foods, chocolates or sauces with your chocolate pot to create the flavor you desire.
You can use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate.
Add liqueurs for specific flavors when to dip strawberries, marshmallows, apple wedges, cookies, ice cream
balls, peanuts, etc.
You can use cheese! Dip grapes, apples, breads, crackers, pretzels, etc.
Bar-B-Q sauces work well too! Use your favorite sauce and prepare chicken cubes, pork cubes to dip. Use wine,
liquor or other liquids to dilute the sauce if it’s too thick.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug the appliance and allow cooling before moving and/or cleaning.
2. All surfaces can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth.
3. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects (e.g. scrubbing brush or knife) for cleaning.
4. Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
