1. PRESENTATION
Scheme of the Integrated Management System
The integrated management of the thermal system and heat pump
(HP) is carried out through an innovative SMART-MT regulator sup-
plied with it. The SMART-MT is connected to the HP management
electronics (PCB-Main) by a special PCB-Terminal Block board,
where the various inputs and outputs of the parts that make up the
system can be connected.
The SMART-MT allows you to customize residential comfort, accord-
ing to the various needs of using energy sources and terminal units.
Using the SMART-MT, in addition to the normal commands on the
mode and operating status of the HP, all the parameters relating to
the plant management algorithms can be set.
To complete the functions present in the SMART-MT it is possible to
connect, to the PCB-Terminal Block, a normal room thermostat for
the consent of the circulator and activation of the heat pump or, a
remote management panel "FEBOS 4.0" ( CRONO, WiFi) (optional ac-
cessory) which, in addition to the function of controlling the temper-
ature and room humidity of the main room of the residence, allows
the setting of user-managed parameters, to activate the main states
and operating modes of the HP and to report the main displays of
the SMART-MT.

1. PRESENTATION
FEBOS 4.0
Is a new modular Hardware / Software platform developed for the
management of the MIRAI SMI heat pump and the control of room
comfort and the related flows and energy costs of the residence.
This platform consists of the following field devices:
Febos-Crono (BASIC/WiFi), Febos-Energy, Febos-Power and
Febos-Relay and a Cloud dedicated to their management.

360° connectivity.
This is what makes the Febos-Crono world truly complete, the
plug in WiFi. The presence of the WiFi module allows performance
and independence, making it suitable for any type of installation.
In this way the room comfort system can be totally controlled
remotely (both user and service side) through a simple dedicated
web-app, using common devices such as smartphones, tablets
or PCs.

FEBOS-CRONO WiFi user terminals differ from FEBOS-CRONO
Basic only due to the presence of a special internal plugin that
allows connectivity to the "Febos 4.0” System and allows control
from a dedicated web portal.
In the FEBOS-CRONO WiFi the internal information is transmitted
with Wireless technology to the home ADSL router that sends
them to the MT-CLOUD.
In this way the data is always updated and can be consulted at
any time on any device connected to the internet and wherever
you are using the appropriate WebAPP.

The FEBOS-CRONO must be installed at a height of 1.5m from the floor in a dry place free of air currents, away from heat sources (
radiators , air conditioners, windows) in a position significant for the control of the room comfort as follows. Avoid installation in the
vicinity of electromagnetic fields or disturbances.
Fix the support base
to the wall by letting
it pass the connectors,
previously connected
to the electrical circuit.
3.3 Wall mounting
The FEBOS-CRONO can be fixed to the wall in two ways: flush with the wall or on a recessed box.

address between 11 and 19. ATTENTION:
There must be a unique match between the Modbus (Slave)
addresses assigned on the Master and the Modbus addresses
configured on each Slave.
It is absolutely forbidden to configure more than one Slave with
the same Modbus address, in which case the company declines
any civil liability and proper operation of the systems built.
Access the settings by pressing the icon

4.2.3 Centralized Slave
If Centralized Slave is selected, the consents from Thermostat and
Humidistat, in addition to supplying power to the relay outputs
(24Vdc max 20mA), are sent to the Heat Pump, which then comes
into operation.
The operating mode (cooling or heating) cannot be selected as it
must necessarily be the same as the Master's.
4.2.4 Independent Slave
If Independent Slave is selected, the consents from Thermostat
and Humidistat supply power only to the outputs
relay (24Vdc max 20mA). The Heat Pump is not involved, therefore
the operating mode
(cooling or heating) may be different from that of the Master.
