Charge the internal battery using any micro-USB power supply capable of 5V, 1A (max) or a docking /
charging station (sold separately). Once the LED light turns GREEN, the internal battery is fully charged.

wrist band or belt loop and begin using it.

When the distance between two units falls below 1.2m / 3.94ft, RED
and the unit will vibrate every second, accompanied by an inter mittent sound alert.

and the unit vibrates every 1 second. When this occurs recharge.
