Thank you for your trust in our company and for buying the new Home Speaker 8 Lounge. We hope you enjoy
the product.
This speaker allows you to enjoy your music like never before via Bluetooth, USB sticks, microSD cards, 3.5 mm
jack audio-in or FM radio. It also features optical and coaxial digital audio inputs to enjoy Hi-Fi sound.
Before you start using your Home Speaker 8 Lounge we strongly recommend reading this manual to get used to
it.
Care and maintenance
Do not expose your Home Speaker 8 Lounge to humidity or high temperatures.
Do not use neither corrosive nor abrasive cleaning products.
Do not disassemble the device. All repair works should be carried out exclusively by qualified staff of Energy
Sistem Technology, S.A.

Turn off your Home Speaker 8 Lounge when you're not using it.

home.
Two interchangeable grills to choose the one that best matches your home decor.
Wireless sound. Transfer your music wirelessly thanks to Bluetooth technology.
Don't let the music stop. Play MP3 files stored on your USB sticks or microSD cards (up to 128 GB), use the 3.5
mm jack audio-in or listen to your favourite radio stations thanks to its built-in FM radio with automatic tuning.
Optical and coaxial digital audio inputs to listen to your music with Hi-Fi quality.
Several EQ modes to adjust sound according to your preferences.
Touch controls on top of the speaker and remote control to control all functions in an easy and simple way.

Main functions
Switching on and off the device
First of all, connect the charger to the power connector (15).
To turn on the device, press and hold On/ Off (1) on the speaker display for two seconds or press the same button once
on the remote control. You will see the display and the LED (5) indicator light up. At this point, you will hear a
confirmation sound.
To turn off the device, press and hold On/ Off (1) on the speaker display for two seconds or press the same button once
on the remote control. You will hear a confirmation sound and the display will turn off.
Playback control
You can control music playback on the speaker display or using the remote control.
To select the preferred playback mode, press Playback mode (2) until you find the mode you want. Take a look at the
LED (5) colour to identify the different playback modes: Bluetooth (blue), MicroSD (orange),USB (orange) , FM Radio
(green), Audio-in: optical or coaxial inputs (white)
To start, pause or resume playback, press Play/ Pause (4).
Press Vol - (8) and Vol + (9) to adjust the volume level according to your preferences. You will hear a warning sound
when reaching the maximum and minimum volume levels.
To switch to the previous/next song, press Back (6)/ Next (7). Press and hold the very same buttons if you want to fast-
forward/ rewind the song.
Press and hold Play/ Pause (4)on the speaker display or Repeat mode (18) on the remote control for two seconds to
choose the repeat mode for your songs: repeat all, repeat one or random playback.
If you prefer to switch to another folder, press Next folder (16) on the remote control or press and hold Playback mode
(2)on the speaker display for two seconds.
Equalizer
The Home Speaker 8 Lounge features five preset EQ modes to enjoy sound quality to the fullest according to your music
style. Press EQ mode (3) to select one of the 5 modes available: Pop, Rock, Classic, Flat and Jazz.
Bluetooth connection (BT)
Press Playback mode (2) until the LED (5) lights up blue to select Bluetooth mode while your Home Speaker 8 Lounge is
on.
Once your Home Speaker 8 Lounge appears on your device display, press "connect". The devices will be connected
immediately and without codes. You will hear a sound that confirms both devices have been paired correctly.
At this point, you will be able to start music playback on your smartphone or tablet. The Bluetooth wireless connection
range is up to 10 metres.
Your Home Speaker 8 Lounge will be automatically paired when you turn it on once again, provided that Bluetooth is
enabled on your smartphone or tablet. Press and hold Playback mode (2) for 2 seconds to disconnect the current device
and pair it with a new one.

Removable storage units (USB sticks/ MicroSD cards)
Plug a removable USB stick or insert a microSD card into the corresponding connections: USB playback/ charging port
(12) and MicroSD slot (14) to play MP3 or WAV files. The Home Speaker 8 Lounge will enable this playback mode
automatically. Once the external storage unit has been read, music playback will start. It will only take a few seconds.
Do not remove the storage unit while the reading process is in progress.
If you turn off the Home Speaker 8 Lounge while the device is playing the files of the removable storage unit, the
internal memory will save the moment where playback stopped. If you connect the same removable storage unit once
again, playback will resume from the point where it stopped.
To start, pause or resume playback, press Play/ Pause (4).
Press Vol - (8) and Vol + (9) to adjust the volume level according to your preferences. You will hear a warning sound
when reaching the maximum and minimum volume levels.

Important: We recommend not to remove the external storage unit while the reading process is in progress. Before
doing that, please change mode or turn off the speaker.
Audio-in for 3.5 mm jack
Plug your music player into the 3.5 mm jack audio-in (11) on the rear side of the speaker using the provided audio cable
with 3.5 mm jack connector to enjoy your Home Speaker 8 Lounge.
Optical/ Coaxial audio inputs
Your Home Speaker 8 Lounge has a Coaxial input (10) and Optical input (13) to connect any external device featuring
an optical or coaxial digital output. This way, you can enjoy Hi-Fi music playback without losing sound quality.
FM radio
Before using the FM radio function, it is necessary to carry out a search of all stations available. The radio stations will
be saved to the speaker internal memory. It is therefore not necessary to carry out a new search each time you switch
it on. You will only have to do this if you place the device in a new location or if you change the frequency of the saved
radio station.
Press Playback mode (2) until the LED (5) lights up green to select FM Radio mode.
To carry out a search of all radio stations, press and hold Playback mode (2) for 2 seconds. An automatic search of radio
stations will start. The process may take a few minutes. Once the search is completed, use Next (7) or Back (6) to
switch between the different presets.
Warranty
Energy Sistem Technology, S.A. is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time the goods are purchased
during a period of 36 months. Batteries are excluded from the 36 month warranty, having a warranty period of 24
months.

This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials and does not cover any product failure due to accidents,
misuse or alteration made by an unauthorized person.
The special 36 month warranty is valid for the European Union. For other countries please refer to your specific
legislation or your local distributor.
