playback from USB units and SD/SDHC cards.

We recommend you to read this manual in order to enjoy your device safely and with maximum performance.
Care and maintenance
Do not expose your Tower 3 g2 to impacts, dust, humidity or high temperatures.
Do not use neither corrosive nor abrasive cleaning products.
Keep the device clean and free of dust using a soft and dry cloth.
Please do not dismantle the device. All repair works should be carried out exclusively by qualified staff of Energy
Sistem Technology, S.A.
Please make sure that your Tower 3 g2 is off if you are not using it.

The main power switch with two positions (indicated as "ON" - "OFF")

General overview
The Tower 3 g2 is a tower system that enables users to play music using Bluetooth technology, external memories (USB
or microSD cards), Line-In and RCA inputs as well as FM radio.
You will be able to pair it with tablets, smartphones, laptops, MAC, PC and any other Bluetooth device easily.
Switching on and off the device. Stand-by mode
Once the Tower 3 g2 has been plugged into a socket, move the power switch on the back side of the tower to the "ON"
position. At that moment, you will be able to switch it on and off using the remote control or keeping the 'Play - Pause
(5)' button on the top panel pressed for 2 seconds.
If you are not going to use the tower for a long period of time, we recommend, not only to switch it off from the top
panel but also to turn the power switch to the "OFF" position.
General functions
In order to select different functions, press 'Change mode (4)'. You will be able to see the selected function on the front
LED screen. If you are not using the rear 'USB' 'MicroSD' 'AUX1' or 'AUX2' inputs, the 'Change mode (4)' button will
change between FM Radio, Bluetooth, RCA (AUX1) or Line-IN (AUX2).
In case that you connect a device to any of these inputs, the Tower 3 g2 will change automatically to that function. If
one or all inputs are being used, the 'Change mode (4)' button will let you change between all the available functions.
Screen
The Tower 3 g2 features a backlit screen at the front upper part of the device (Hidden Display). You can see the Energy
Sistem™ logo on the top panel when turning on the device. Furthermore, you will be able to see the current mode on
the main screen of the Tower 3 g2.
Bluetooth pairing
In order to pair any Bluetooth device to your Tower 3 g2, you must activate Bluetooth mode first. To do so, press the
'Change mode (4)' button and the letters "bt" will appear on the LED screen (1). At this point you can start the pairing
process.
Press "connect" when you see "Tower 3 g2" on your Bluetooth device screen. The devices will be connected

immediately. You will hear a sound that confirms that both devices have been paired correctly.
If you want to pair your tower to another Bluetooth device, press and hold the 'Change mode (4)' button for 2 seconds
in order to carry out a new search.
Plus, your Tower 3 g2 features both Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) and AVRCP (Audio Video
Remote Control Profile) profiles. The former will let you listen to your music in stereo mode and the latter will allow you
to control playback.
SD and USB playback
In order to play MP3 files, insert a microSD card or an external USB unit in the corresponding slots, (10) and (11)
respectively.
At this point, the Tower 3 g2 will automatically play the contents from the inserted external memory.
Depending on the type of memory you are using, the words "USB" or "SD" will appear on screen.
If you turn off your Tower 3 g2 or remove any external memory, the built-in memory will save the moment when you
paused playback.
When you insert again the same external memory, playback will resume at the same moment you paused it.
To move to the previous or the following song, press the 'Next (7)' and 'Back (6)' buttons. Press the 'Change mode (4)'
button to browse through folders.
Playback mode
Keep the 'Change mode (4)' button pressed for 2 seconds or press the 'RPT' button on your remote control to select
between these 3 options:
1) ALL: All contents of your external memories will be repeated.
The folders of your external memories will be read in chronological order and the songs included in your folders will be
read in alphabetical order.
For example: if you copy two music folders to an external memory, namely "A" and "B", and you first copy folder "B"
and then folder "A", your device will play the first song in alphabetical order contained in folder "B" in the first place.

2) ONE: The song you are listening to will be repeated.

3) RAND: Random playback of all the contents of your external memory.
FM radio
Before using the FM radio function, you have to tune in the radio stations. This way, they will be saved to the built-in
memory and you will be able to select them later. It is not necessary to repeat this search unless you change location or
radio stations.
Keep the 'Change mode (4)' button pressed while the device is in FM radio mode to tune in the radio stations.
All radio stations detected will be saved to the built-in memory of your device. The process can take a few minutes.
In order to select one stations form the ones stored in the built-in memory, you just have to press the 'Next (7)' and
'Back (6)' buttons. Keep the 'Next (7)' and 'Back (6)' buttons pressed to select a radio station manually.
RCA Audio-In (AUX 1)
Your Tower 3 g2 features a 'RCA Audio-In (AUX) (8)' which allows you to connect your music player using a RCA audio
cable.
This audio-in is situated in the top panel, with the name "Aux 1". It is a RCA stereo input. This input has been conceived
to connect your TV or music system permanently. You will be able to enable and disable the use of this input through
the 'Change mode (4)' button.
To use this function, connect the RCA cable end (L and R) to the stereo audio-in '(8)' (L and R respectively) and the 3.5
mm jack cable end to the audio-out of the device you want to use (MP3, laptop, smartphone, etc).
Press 'Change mode (4)' and select "Aux 1" mode while your Tower 3 g2 is on. You will see "AUX1" on the LED screen
'(1)' of the top panel.
When the "Aux1" playback mode is enabled, your Tower 3 g2 is in speaker mode. This means that the content played
by your audio device (external player) as well as all volume, equalizer or track changes will be heard through the Tower
3 g2.
To start, pause or resume playback use the 'Play - Pause (5)' button.
Keep in mind that you will not be able to change the song with the 'Next (7)' and 'Back (6)' buttons while the auxiliary
audio-in is in use. Instead, you must do it through the audio device (external player) connected.
3.5 mm Audio-In (AUX 2)
Your Tower 3 g2 features a '3.5 mm Audio-In (AUX) (9)' which allows you to connect your music player using a 3.5 mm
jack audio cable.
To use the "Line-In" function, connect one end of the provided audio cable to the '3.5 mm Audio-In (9)' and the other
end to the device audio-out (Mp3 player, laptop, smartphone, etc.). Once you connect the cable to the '3.5 mm Audio-In
(9)', the "Line-in" mode will be automatically enabled and "AUX 2" will be displayed on the screen.
When the "Line-in" playback mode is enabled, your Tower 3 g2 is in speaker mode. This means that the content played
by your audio device (external player) as well as volume, equalizer or track changes will be heard through the Tower 3
g2.
To start, pause or resume playback use the 'Play - Pause (5)' button.
Keep in mind that you will not be able to change the song with the 'Next (7)' and 'Back (6)' buttons while the auxiliary
audio-in is in use. Instead, you must do it through the audio device (external player) connected.
Sound equalizer
This device has two controllers at the back to adjust equalization:
Adjust Mid/Treble.
Adjust Bass.

You can also select 1 of the 5 preset equalizers by pressing the (EQ) button on the remote control:
EQ 0: Normal.
EQ 1: Pop.
EQ 2: Rock.
EQ 3: Jazz.
EQ 4: Classic.
Charging devices
Your Tower 3 g2 includes two "DC OUT" (8) to connect an USB cable and charge other devices such as smartphones,
tablets or MP3 players, even if you playing music from any of them.
"DC OUT" technical specifications:
Voltage = 5V
Current = 2A
Any device that requires more than 5 V voltage cannot be charged.
Note: Keep a distance between the FM antenna and the charging cable to prevent interferences while charging devices
and using the radio mode.
Remote control
You can select all functions of your Tower 3 g2 using its remote control.
Red button (top left): Turn the device on and off.
'MODE' button: Change mode (USB, SD, AUX1, AUX2, FM radio, Bluetooth®) through the X button.
"Mute" button (top right): mute all modes, except Bluetooth mode.
Buttons to control Volume, Play - Pause, Next and Previous songs/FM stations.
Equalization (preset EQ) for USB and SD modes.
EQ 0: Normal.
EQ 1: Pop.
EQ 2: Rock.
EQ 3: Jazz.
EQ 4: Classic.
'BROWSE' button: Browse through your folders in USB and SD modes.
'RPT' button: Repeat modes for external USB units/microSD cards. Change between these modes: "repeat all",
"repeat one" or "random".
Number buttons to select a song or station number (USB, SD and FM radio modes).
Warranty
Energy Sistem Technology, S.A. is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time the goods are purchased
during a period of 36 months.
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover any product failure due to
accidents, misuse or alteration made by an unauthorized person.
The special 36-month warranty is valid for the European Union. For other countries please refer to the specific
legislation or your local distributor.
