Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Bitte lesen Sie sich die folgende Anleitung vor der Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch und
bewahren Sie sie gut auf. Im Falle einer Weitergabe des Gerätes geben Sie bitte die
Anleitung an den zukünftigen Nutzer weiter.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Personen-/Sachschäden, die durch einen nicht
bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch oder eine falsche Bedienung verursacht worden sind.
Zudem erlischt in solchen Fällen die Gewährleistung bzw. die Garantie.

Dieses Produkt wurde für bestimmte Anwendungen entwickelt. Wir weisen ausdrücklich
darauf hin, dass dieses Produkt nicht verändert und/oder in einer Weise eingesetzt werden
darf, die nicht seinem vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck entspricht.
Änderungen, die dem technischen Fortschritt dienen, können ohne Vorankündigung vom
Hersteller getätigt werden und sind eventuell in der Bedienungsanleitung noch nicht
berücksichtigt.
Sicherheitshinweise
Bitte beachten Sie zur Vermeidung von Fehlfunktionen, Schäden und gesundheitlichen
Beeinträchtigungen die folgenden Hinweise:
•Prüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch den Zustand des Werkzeugs, um etwaige
Verschleißspuren auszuschließen.
•Verwenden Sie keinen Schlagschrauber zum Betätigen der Spindel.
•Schmieren Sie vor Gebrauch des Werkzeugs die Spindel leicht ein.
•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile beschädigt sind oder fehlen.
•Tragen Sie bei der Verwendung des Abzieher-Satzes immer
Sicherheitshandschuhe und eine geprüfte Schutzbrille.
•Halten Sie Kinder oder andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.
•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen.
•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.
•Entfernen Sie vor Beginn der Reparatur den Zündschlüssel. So verhindern Sie ein
versehentliches Starten des Motors.
•Beachten Sie die Angaben des Herstellers in der Betriebsanleitung! Diese
Anleitung ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch oder sonstige
Herstellerangaben.

Bedienung
1. Bohren Sie mit einem passenden Bohrer durch den Käfig des Lagers.
2. Zerstören Sie den Käfig, sodass sich die Kugeln im Lager verschieben lassen und
ausreichen Platz für den benötigten Kugelkopf vorhanden ist.
3. Wiederholen Sie Schritt zwei für die gegenüberliegende Seite des Lagers.
4. Wählen Sie ein geeignetes paar Kugelköpfen aus, setzten Sie diese in das Lager
ein und drehen Sie die Kugelköpfe um 90°.
Hinweis: Bei korrekt ausgewählter Größe lassen Sie die Kugelköpfe nicht
mehr aus dem Lager herausziehen.
5. Schrauben Sie die Abzieharme, die Spindel und gegebenenfalls die
Verlängerungen an der Brücke fest.
6. Verbinden Sie nun die Abzieharme mit den Kugelköpfen.
7. Sobald alle Teile des Abziehers montiert sind, die Spindel leicht im Uhrzeigersinn
vorspannen.
8. Prüfen Sie den festen Sitz aller Bauteile des Abziehers.
9. Jetzt kann das Lager mithilfe von drehen der Spindel im Uhrzeigersinn abgezogen
werden.
Umweltschutz
Die Vermeidung von Umweltbelastungen sowie die Bewahrung der Umwelt sollten
immer im Mittelpunkt der Entsorgung stehen. Achten Sie daher bitte unbedingt auf
eine saubere Trennung übrig gebliebener Materialien, um ein sauberes Recyceln
sicherzustellen. Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer ortsansässigen Abfallbehörde über
lokal geltende Recyclingmaßnahmen.

General safety instructions
Prior to use, please read the following instructions carefully and store them where they can
be found easily. If the product is to be given to another party, please pass on the
instructions to the future user.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for personal injury/material damage caused by improper
or incorrect use. In such cases, the warranty or guarantee will be invalidated as well.
General information
This product is designed for specific uses. We would like to state explicitly that this product
may not be modified and/or used in a manner not in keeping with its intended use.
Changes gearedtowards technical improvement may be made by the manufacturer without
prior notice and may not yet be included in the instruction booklet.
Safety instructions
To prevent malfunctions, damage and adverse health effects, please follow the
instructions below:
•Prior to each use, check the condition of the product for any signs of wear.
•Do not use an impact wrench to operate the spindle.
•Apply a thin coating of grease to the spindle prior to using the tool.
•Do not use the tool if parts are damaged or missing.
•Always wear safety gloves and approved safety glasses when using the puller set.
•Keep children or other unauthorised persons away fromthe work area.
•Do not let children play with the tool or its packaging.
•Use the tool only for its intended purpose.
•Remove the ignition key prior to starting the repair. This will prevent the engine
from starting accidentally.
•Follow the manufacturer’s instructions in the instruction manual! This manual is in
no way intended to replace a workshop manual or other manufacturer’s
instructions.

Use
1. Using a suitable drill bit, drill through the bearing cage.
2. Destroy the cage so that the balls in the bearing can be moved and there is enough
space for the required ball head.
3. Repeat step two for the opposite side of the bearing.
4. Select a suitable pair of ball heads, insert them into the bearing and rotate the ball
heads 90°.
Tip: If the correct size has been selected, do not allow the ball heads to
be pulled out of the bearing again.
5. Screw the puller arms, the spindle and, if need be, the extensions onto the bridge.
6. Now connect the puller arms to the ball heads.
7. Once all parts of the puller have been fitted, gently pretension the spindle in a
clockwise direction.
8. Check that all parts of the puller are securely in place.
9. Now the bearing can be removedby turning the spindle clockwise.
Environmental protection
Prevention of environmental harm and preservation of the environment should
always be key concerns when it comes to waste disposal. Hence the importance of
ensuring clear separation of leftover materials to ensure proper recycling. Please
check local recycling measures with your local waste authority.

Consignes de sécurité
Afin d’éviter tout dysfonctionnement, tout dommage ou toute atteinte à la santé,
veuillez respecter les consignes suivantes :
•Avant chaque utilisation, veillez à vérifier l’état de l’outil afin d’exclure toute trace
d’usure.
•N’utilisez pas de clé à chocs pour actionner la broche.
•Lubrifiez légèrement la broche avant d’utiliser l’outil.
•N’utilisez pas l’outil si des pièces sont endommagées ou manquantes.
•Veillez à toujours porter des gants de sécurité et des lunettes de protection
homologuées lorsque vous utilisez le jeu d’extracteurs.
•Tenez les enfants ou toute autre personne non autorisée à l’écart de la zone de
travail.
•Ne laissez pas les enfants jouer avec l’outil ou son emballage.
•N’utilisez l’outil que dans le but prévu.
•Retirez la clé de contact avant de commencer la réparation. Cela vous permettra
d’éviter un démarrage accidentel du moteur.
•Veuillez respecter les indications du fabricant dans le mode d’emploi ! Ces
instructions ne remplacent en aucun cas un manuel d’atelier ou d’autres
indications du fabricant.

Fonctionnement
1. Percez la cage du roulement à l’aide d’un forêt adapté.
2. Détruisez la cage de manière à ce que les billes puissent se déplacer dans le
roulement et qu’il y ait suffisamment d’espace pour la tête sphérique nécessaire.
3. Répétez l’étape 2 pour le côté opposé du roulement.
4. Choisissez une paire de têtes sphériques appropriées, insérez-les dans le
roulement et tournez-les de 90°.
Remarque : Si vous choisissez la bonne taille, vous ne pourrez pas
extraire les têtes sphériques du roulement.
5. Vissez les bras d’extraction, la tige et les extensions éventuelles sur le pont.
6. Reliez ensuite les bras de l’extracteur aux têtes sphériques.
7. Une fois que toutes les pièces de l’extracteur sont montées, serrez légèrement la
broche dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.
8. Vérifiez que tous les composants de l’extracteur sont bien fixés.
9. Vous pouvez maintenant extraire le roulement en tournant la broche dans le sens
des aiguilles d’une montre.
Protection de l’environnement
La prévention de la pollution et la préservation de l’environnement devraient
toujours être au cœur de la gestion des déchets. Veillez donc à bien séparer les
matériaux restants afin de garantir un recyclage propre. Renseignez-vous auprès
de l’autorité locale chargée de la gestion des déchets sur les mesures de recyclage
locales applicables.

Istruzioni di sicurezza
Per evitare malfunzionamenti, danni e rischi per la salute, si prega di osservare le
seguenti informazioni:
•Controllare le condizioni dello strumento prima di ogni uso, verificando che non vi
siano segni di usura.
•Non utilizzare un avvitatore elettrico per azionare il mandrino.
•Prima di utilizzare l'attrezzo, lubrificare leggermente il mandrino.
•Non utilizzare l'attrezzo se le parti sono danneggiate o mancanti.
•Indossare sempre guanti di sicurezza e occhiali di sicurezza approvati quando si
utilizza il set estrattore.
•Tenere i bambini o altre persone non autorizzate lontano dall'area di lavoro.
•Non consentire ai bambini di giocare con l’attrezzo o la sua confezione.
•Utilizzare lo strumento solo per lo scopo previsto.
•Rimuovere la chiave di accensione prima di iniziare la riparazione. In questo modo
si impedisce l'avviamento accidentale del motore.
•Osservare le istruzioni del costruttore contenute nel manuale d'uso! Il presente
manuale non sostituisce il manuale di riparazione o le specifiche di altri produttori.

Funzionamento
1. Utilizzando una punta da trapano adatta, trapanare attraverso la gabbia del
cuscinetto.
2. Distruggere la gabbia in modo che le sfere nel cuscinetto possano essere spostate
e vi sia spazio sufficiente per la testa a sfera richiesta.
3. Ripetere il passo due per il lato opposto del cuscinetto.
4. Selezionare un paio di teste a sfera adatte, inserirle nel cuscinetto e ruotarle di
90°.
Avvertenza: Se la dimensione è selezionata correttamente, non
consentire l'estrazione delle teste a sfera dal cuscinetto.
5. Avvitare i bracci dell'estrattore, il mandrino e, se necessario, le prolunghe al ponte.
6. Ora collegare i bracci dell'estrattore alle teste a sfera.
7. Una volta montate tutte le parti dell'estrattore, precaricare leggermente il
mandrino in senso orario.
8. Controllare che tutti i componenti dell'estrattore siano insediati saldamente.
9. A questo punto è possibile rimuovere il cuscinetto ruotando il mandrino in senso
orario.
Protezione dell'ambiente
La prevenzione dell'inquinamento ambientale e la salvaguardia dell'ambiente
devono sempre essere prioritarie al momento dello smaltimento. Pertanto, è
importante garantire una separazione accurata dei materiali rimanenti per
garantire un riciclaggio pulito. Per informazioni sulle modalità di riciclaggio locali,
rivolgersi alle autorità locali competenti in materia di rifiuti.
