The Online Manual is available in an environment with

When installation is complete, an EPSON
Manuals icon is created on the desktop of the
computer being used.

Select Online Manual from the screen displayed.
The Web browser launches, and the Online
Manual top page is displayed.
Click the manual or item you want to view.

Online Manual, or click the following blue text to view
the manuals.

This section uses the Adobe Acrobat Reader as an
example to explain the basic operations for viewing the
PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

BEach time it is clicked the bookmarks are hidden or

Click [+] to open the titles lower in the hierarchy.

EYou can input and search for keywords, such as the
names of items you want to confirm.
For Windows
Right click on a page in the PDF manual and select
Find in the menu that is displayed to open the search
toolbar.
For macOS
Select Edit in the Find menu to open the search
toolbar.
FTo enlarge the text in the display that is too small to
see well, click . Click to reduce the size. To
specify a part of an illustration or screenshot to
enlarge, do the following.
For Windows
Right click on the page in the PDF manual and select
Marquee Zoom in the menu that is displayed. The
pointer changes to a magnifying glass, use it to
specify the range of the place you want to enlarge.
For macOS
Click View menu - Zoom - Marquee Zoom in this
order to change the pointer to a magnifying glass.
Use the pointer as a magnifying glass to specify the
range of the place you want to enlarge.

Front section
AAirflow vents
Lets out air from the printer. Do not block the airflow vents. Leave a gap of at least 15 cm when installing near a
wall.
BPrinter cover
Open when cleaning the inside of the printer.
CCartridge cover (left)
Open when replacing or shaking ink cartridges.

DPlaten
A plate for loading T-shirts. As well as the platen supplied with the printer, there are five optional platens available
to suit the size and purpose of the print job.

EMovable base
Moves the platen to the print position and the T-shirt loading position.
FHooks
Use this to hang the frame removed from the platen.

GPlaten installation plate
A plate that supports the platen. Insert the platen here.
HPlaten gap adjustment lever
Adjusts the distance between the platen and the print head (platen gap). The height can be selected from 17 levels.

IFixing lever
Fixes the platen gap adjustment lever in place. You can adjust the angle of the lever.

JSpacer b
Changes the platen gap adjustment range in combination with spacer a.

LCartridge cover (right)
Open when replacing or shaking ink cartridges.

MTweezer holder
Stores the supplied tweezers. Do not place the tweezers in here when moving or transporting the printer.
NInk cartridges
Install ink cartridges into all slots.

Interior
AScale
Guides the print head when it is operating. Except when performing maintenance, do not touch this as it could be
damaged or soiled which may cause a malfunction.

BCarriage shaft
A shaft that supports the carriage. Do not touch this during maintenance; otherwise, a malfunction could occur.
CFlushing pad
The ink is ejected to here during flushing. The flushing pad is a consumable product. Replace it if a message is
displayed.

DAir filter
The air from the printer passes through this filter during operation.
Replace it if a message is displayed.

EPrint head
Fires ink while moving left and right to print.
