Caution
Before using your eScooter, it is imperative to read and follow
all instructions and warnings in the operating instructions:
Precautions for use

familiarize yourself with the acceleration, braking, turning ...
DuringtherstusepleaseusetheH102eScooteratlowspeed,andwhenyouare
condent,graduallyincreaseyourspeed.
Do not use the scooter with one hand,
Donotturnothescooterwhiledriving.
Use H102 eScooter only on a smooth surface, without bumps or holes more than 2 cm
high / deep. In case of hole / hump more than 2 cm, the scooter could crash, causing the
user to fall.
Before use, check the braking system. In case of brake failure, do not use by scooter and
contact your dealer.

Regulations
Please follow the local regulations in the country of use in relation to use
on the road, Cycle paths or foot paths. The regulations are changing constantly,
and it is the responsibility of the user to familiarize him/herself with the regulations
in force and adhere to them. eScooter/4S Services sprl declines all responsibility for
improper use or any contravention of regulation.
Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended as well as wearing elbow pads, knee
pads, gloves,
The use is forbidden to people under 12,
Use in rainy weather is strongly discouraged,
Useinareasatriskofreorexplosionsuchasfueldispensingstationsis
prohibited,
Theuseoftwopeopleeven,ifwithinthemaximumweightisprohibited.
Always be sure to adjust your speed according to the weather conditions or
environment you are in.
Vibrations and shocks
Theuseofelectricscooterscancausesignicantvibrationsandshocksdependingon
the surface on which it is used. Reduce your speed when riding on uneven surfaces.
Do not use your scooter too long, and in case of vibration disturbance, immediately stop
using it.

Electrical Risk
Chargers are subject to high voltages. It is therefore strictly forbidden
to disassemble the charger, as well as the battery pack of the eScooter H102.
Lighting
Although the scooter is equipped with LED lights, it is imperative in case of night use to
wearappropriateuorescentvests/clothestobeclearlyvisible/seen.
This product must be used in accordance with regulation.
Responsibility
The company 4S Services sprl - eScooter declines any responsibility in case of improper
use of the H102 eScooter to the applicable legislation in the country in force.
When purchasing a product of the eScooter H102 ESCOOTER, users or their
representatives acknowledge having read the terms of use and cannot in any case turn

Display
Display shows speed; ODO; battery
capacity; under voltage; lights; cruise
control and error code.
There are two speed range for this
system.Themaximumspeedlimitis
25KM/h;Aerridingataconstantspeed
for 8 seconds, it will automatically enter
a constant speed cruise mode and the
cruise control light up, if any operation
will cancel this mode automatically.
Locking and unlocking may only be done via the key.
In the event of the eScooter not being used for some time, it goes into security mode.
Any movement from the eScooter will trigger the alarm.To unlock when in security
mode, Press the Lock button and then the power on button.

3. Assembly and Setup
Open the package and take out the product, and follow the instructions
carefully.
Set the folding tube upright

5. Riding Training
The beginner has the risk of falling and injury, please wear a helmet and protective gear
alltheway,asshowningure.
Before starting: Stand one foot on
the pedal board and the other is on
the ground.
When the scooter is starting up
to 3.km/h, the other foot is on the
pedal board and stable, press the
throttle.
When turning, you need to lean
slightly toward the steering, and turn
the throttle slowly.
Press the brake throttle to slow down,
both the front wheel electronic brake
and the rear wheel mechanical will

Folding
Conrmthattheelectricscooteristurnedo,pushupthefoldinglockandpulldown
the folding wrench, lower the folding tube on the back fender and then slide the hook
into the buckle from the side.
Carrying
Carry on the vertical tube by one hand or both hands.
Transporting with Front Handle
Use the front handle to move the eScooter by rolling it
much like a suitcase. Be careful of your surroundings.

Electric scooter clean and storage
If the electric scooter surface dirty, use
asoclothanddipitinasmallamount
ofwatertowipe.Ifthesurfaceisdicult
to clean, apply mild detergent and use a
sobrushtocleanrepeatedly,thenusea
wet cloth to clean the plastic body.
Tip: do not use alcohol, gasoline,
kerosene or other corrosive chemical
solvents, otherwise it will seriously
damage the body’s appearance and
internal structure. Prohibit the use of
High Pressure water jets, and ensure the
electricscooterwasturnedo,andhave
already pulled out charging cable and
the rubber cover for the charging port is
xedsecurely,otherwiseyoumaygetan
electric shock or due to internal water
cause serious trouble.
Store electric scooters in a dry, cool place
in the room, avoid long outdoor storage
whennotuse.Sunexposure/overheated
can accelerate the appearance of electric
scooters and the aging of tires and
reduce the life of electric scooters and
their battery packs.
Battery Maintenance
Do not use other mode or brand battery,
otherwise has the risk of safety.
Do not touch the battery connector,
disassemble or puncture the shell avoid
metal objects contact cause short circuit
battery , Otherwise may cause cell
damage or casualties, Can only use the
original charger, otherwise has the risk of
damageorre.
Improper disposal of used batteries may
seriously pollute the environment .Please
comply with local regulations when using
this battery pack. Please do not discard
this battery pack to protect the natural
environment.Aereachuse,please
recharge the battery and store it, which
will help to prolong the battery life.
Don’t place the battery in the above 40C

risk. If not used for more than 30 days,
please recharge, store it in a cool and
dry place, otherwise it may damage the
battery, and this damage is not covered
by warranty.
Avoid full battery drain recharging,
as far as possible with charge, which
can greatly prolong the battery life. In
addition, the battery pack can play a
higher range and performance at room
temperature. And if below 0C to use, the
battery life and performance will decline.
Typically, in – 4°C environment, half range
may only when the normal temperature
or lower. When temperature rises, the
battery’s range will recover. Battery
performance is impacted by colder
weather and will decline.
Tip: Scooters run out of battery power
aer120to180dayswhichfullof
electricity. A smart chip records the
battery charge and discharge, Long time
without charging damage will not be
able to recharge, if not timely charge,
leadtoexcessivedischargethebattery
is damaged, the damage is irreversible,
and unable to enjoy free warranty.(note:
non-professionals are not allowed to
disassemble the battery pack at will,
otherwise it may cause serious safety
accidents due to shock or short circuit.)
Adjust Disc
If the brake too tight, use 4MM Allen wrench
lose the screw anticlockwise, push the brake
wire to shorten and lock the screw; If the
brake too loose, loosen the screw, pull the
brakewiretoextendthewireandlockthe
screw.
Tiller waggles adjust
If the vertical tube waggles in riding, open the
plastic cover ,use the Allen wrench to tight
thescrewasthegureshown.
