Practical handling
Repositioning users with or at risk of pressure injuries and determine the individual’s frequency of repositioning is strongly
recommended by international experts. Inability to make postural adjustments independently can lead to many negative health
implications, e.g. pressure injuries and body shape deformity. LeanOnMe can be used to support the body and extremities, and thus
achieve a relieving and calming body position.
Below is only suggestions on how to use LeanOnMe, it should always be the user’s special needs that dene the choice of cushion/
cushions and/or combinations and nally positioning.

Immedia LeanOnMe roll
The roll can be bent, shaped and adjusted exactly to user
needs. It can also be shaken so that it becomes fuller in some
areas and thinner on others. In lateral side position it can
shaped to support the head, back and legs. Is very suitable for
neorological users, people with decreased body awareness or

Users with brain damaged or as well as hemiplegia patients as it
provides a good tactile stimulation.
Immedia LeanOnMe w/channels
The channel-sewn pillow is a exible pillow that protects,
supports and relieves. The pillow can be rolled depending on
the application. The pillow can be shaped and placed under the
leg/s, between the legs, under the calves to relieve the heels,
support an arm or in lateral position, the pillow can be placed
in the back or between the legs to protect exposed areas. In the
sitting position, the pillow is placed in the back as a support by

The backrest cushion with wing is used lateral position. The user
lies on the wing so that the user’s own weight holds the pillow
in place. Then the back is supported precisely and stable. The
cushion can also be used supine to support the arms or
to protect exposed body parts from pressure from bed rails.

Immedia LeanOnMe XXS
A functional small support cushion, which is placed where
smaller gaps occur between body and mattress when a
person is positioned. Typically, at the ankle and knee. Applying
the cushion has a relaxing effect on the body part, which
propagates to the rest of the body. The small cushion is the
professional replacement for the duvet clip - but it does not

A positioning cushion with a high side is used to provide stable
support in different positionings. The solid lling shapes itself to
the body and gives an even pressure. The pillow can be used to
