• Das Gerät darf nur im Originalzustand ohne
Veränderungen, sowie in einwandfreiem
technischen Zustand betrieben werden. Alle
Schutzeinrichtungen müssen fehlerfrei arbei-
ten und frei zugänglich sein.
• Kinder jünger als 3 Jahre sind fernzuhalten,
es sei denn, sie werden ständig überwacht.
Kinder ab 3 Jahre und jünger als 8 Jahre dür-
fen das Gerät nur ein- und ausschalten, wenn
sie beaufsichtigt werden oder bezüglich des
sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen
wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefah-
ren verstanden haben, vorausgesetzt, dass
das Gerät in seiner normalen Gebrauchslage
platziert oder installiert ist. Kinder ab 3 Jah-
ren und jünger als 8 Jahren dürfen nicht den
Stecker in die Steckdose stecken, das Gerät
nicht regeln, das Gerät nicht reinigen und/
oder nicht die Wartung durchführen.
• Der Heizteppich darf nur auf einem ebenen
Unterboden verlegt und auf schwer entamm-
barem Untergrund betrieben werden.
• Der Heizteppich darf nicht überdeckt werden.
• Vor dem Betrieb muss der Heizteppich auf ein-
gedrungene Fremdkörper untersucht werden.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass keine scharfe Kanten,
herausragende Nägel oder Schrauben in den
Heizteppich gedrückt werden.
• Der Heizteppich darf nur in ausgelegtem Zu-
stand betrieben werden.
• Nicht durchlöchern und durchbohren.
• Punktuelle Druckbelastung z.B. durch den
Fuß eines Kastens vermeiden.
• Bei der Reinigung Netzstecker ziehen und kei-
ne scharfen Reiniger verwenden.
• Der Teppich ist NICHT gegen Öl bzw. Harze
beständig.
• Nicht in der Waschmaschine waschen oder
chemisch reinigen lassen.
• Das Produkt darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn
Anzeichen einer Beschädigung vorhanden
sind.
• Das Produkt darf nicht zum Wärmen von Tie-
ren benutzt werden.
• Bei Beschädigung der Netzanschlussleitung
oder beim Verschleiß der Teppichoberäche
darf dieser nicht mehr in Betrieb genommen
werden. Sie würden das Heizgewebe zerstö-
ren! Zur Reparatur ist der Teppich nach Rück-
sprache mit ETHERMA frei Haus einzusenden
oder zu verschrotten.
• Zum Sauber halten genügt entweder Staub-
saugen oder Abwischen.
ACHTUNG:Der Hersteller haftet
nicht, wenn die Hinweise und Anwei-
sungen nicht beachtet werden. Die
Geräte dürfen nicht missbräuchlich,
d.h. entgegen der vorgesehenen Ver-
wendung, benutzt werden.

TECHNISCHE DATEN
ACHTUNG: Elektrische und elektroni-
sche Altgeräte enthalten vielfach noch

auch schädliche Stoffe enthalten, die für

ANWENDUNG
ALLGEMEINE GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Der Heizteppich dient zur lokalen Erwärmung
unter einem Sitz- oder Stehbereich. Der Heiztep-
pich wird auf einem ebenen Untergrund aufgelegt
und mit dem Stecker an eine 230 V Steckdose an-
geschlossen. Wichtig ist, dass die Teppichheizung
nicht durch isolierende Gegenstände bedeckt
werden.

• The device may only be operated in its original,
unmodied, and technically perfect condition.
All protective devices must operate faultlessly
and be freely accessible.
• Children under the age of 3 should be kept
away unless under constant supervision. Chil-
dren between the ages of 3 and 8 may only
switch the device on and off if they are super-
vised or have been instructed regarding safe
use of the device and understand the result-
ing risks, as long as the device is placed or
installed at its normal place of use. Children
between the ages of 3 and 8 may not plug the
device in, control the device, clean it and/or
carry out maintenance.
• The foot warming mat should only be laid on a
level oor surface and be used on re-resist-
ant substrates.
• Do not cover the foot warming mat.
• Before use, the heated mat must be checked
for foreign bodies.
• Check that no sharp edges, protruding nails or
screws are pressed into the foot warming mat.
• The foot warming mat should only be used
when it is laid out.
• Do not perforate or pierce.
• Avoid pinpoint pressure loading, for example
from the foot of a cabinet.
• When cleaning, pull the main plug, and do not
use harsh cleaners.
• Do not put the carpet into the washing ma-
chine.
• No dry- or chemical cleaning
• The carpet is NOT resistant to oils and resins.
• It is okay to run over the mat with an ofce
chair.
• The product must not be used if there are signs
of damage.
• The product must not be used to warm ani-
mals.
• Do not use the heated carpet anymore, when
either the supply cable is damaged or the sur-
face is worn out, you would damage the heated
fabric. According to prior agreement with ET-
HERMA you may send in the heated carpet for
reparation at your own costs or discard it.
• In order to keep the carpet clean it is efficient
enough to vacuum, shampoo, dust or wipe it..
ATTENTION: The manufacturer shall
not be held liable if these notices and
instructions are not complied with.
Devices may not be used improperly
i.e. for purposes other than the in-
tended use.

ATTENTION: Many old electrical and

terials. However, they can also contain
harmful substances which were re-
quired for their operation and safety.
Such substances may damage the envi-
ronment if disposed of in residual waste or handled

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The heated carpet is used for local heating un-
der a seat or standing area. The heating carpet is
placed on a flat horizontal surface and connected
to the plug to a 230 V outlet. It is important that
the heating is not covered by carpet of insulating
objects.

• Het product mag uitsluitend in originele toe-
stand zonder wijzigingen en in correcte tech-
nische staat worden gebruikt. Alle veilig-
heidsvoorzieningen moeten zonder storing
functioneren en vrij toegankelijk zijn.
• Kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar moeten uit de buurt
worden gehouden, tenzij ze continu onder toe-
zicht staan. Kinderen vanaf 3 jaar en jonger
dan 8 jaar mogen het toestel enkel in- en uit-
schakelen, als ze onder toezicht staan of be-
treffende het veilige gebruik van het toestel
werden geïnstrueerd en de daaruit ontstane
gevaren hebben begrepen, op voorwaarde dat
het toestel in zijn normale gebruikstoestand
is geplaatst of geïnstalleerd. Kinderen vanaf
3 jaar en jonger dan 8 jaar mogen de stekker
niet in het stopcontact steken, het toestel niet
regelen, het toestel niet reinigen en/of het on-
derhoud niet uitvoeren.
• De verwarmde vloermat mag uitsluitend op
een vlakke vloer worden geplaatst en op een
vlamvertragend oppervlak worden gebruikt.
• De verwarmde vloermat mag niet worden af-
gedekt.
• Controleer vóór gebruik de verwarmde vloer-
mat op het binnendringen van vreemde voor-
werpen.
• Let erop, dat er geen scherpe randen, uitste-
kende spijkers of schroeven in de verwarmde
vloermat worden gedrukt.
• De verwarmde vloermat mag uitsluitend in vol-
ledig uitgevouwen toestand worden gebruikt.
• Niet perforeren en doorboren.
• Vermijd puntbelasting bijv. door de poot van
een kast.
• Trek vóór het reinigen de netstekker uit het
stopcontact en gebruik geen agressieve reini-
gingsmiddelen.
• De vloermat is NIET bestand tegen olie resp.
harsen.
• Niet in een wasmachine wassen of chemisch
laten reinigen.
• Het product mag niet worden gebruikt als er
tekenen van beschadiging aanwezig zijn.
• Het product mag niet worden gebruikt om die-
ren op te warmen.
• Als het netsnoer beschadigd is of het opper-
vlak van de vloermat versleten is, mag het pro-
duct niet meer worden gebruikt. Hierdoor zou
het verwarmingsweefsel beschadigd kunnen
raken! Na overleg met ETHERMA kunt u de
vloermat franco huis versturen voor reparatie
of deze weggooien.
• Voor het schoonmaken van de vloermat is stof-
zuigen of afvegen voldoende.
OPGELET: De fabrikant is niet aan-
sprakelijk als de instructies en aanwij-
zingen niet in acht worden genomen.
De toestellen mogen niet verkeerd,
d.w.z. anders dan voor het beoogde
gebruik, worden gebruikt.

TECHNISCHE GEGEVENS
OPGELET: Afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische toestellen bevatten vaak
nog waardevolle materialen. Ze kunnen
echter ook schadelijke stoffen bevat-
ten die voor hun werking en veiligheid
noodzakelijk waren. In het restafval of
bij verkeerde behandeling kunnen deze stoffen
schadelijk zijn voor het milieu. Help ons het mi-
lieu te beschermen! Gooi daarom uw afgedankte
toestel nooit weg met het restafval. Verwijder uw
afgedankte toestel volgens de plaatselijke geldige
voorschriften. Verpakkingsmateriaal, eventuele
vervangen onderdelen of toestelonderdelen moet
u volgens de voorschriften als afval verwijderen.
TOEPASSING
ALGEMENE GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
De verwarmde vloermat dient voor het plaatselijk
opwarmen van de plek waar u zit of staat. De ver-
warmde vloermat wordt op een vlakke vloer ge-
legd en met de stekker op een 230 V stopcontact
aangesloten. Belangrijk: de verwarmde vloermat
mag niet wordt afgedekt door isolerende voor-
werpen.

• L’appareil ne doit être utilisé que dans son état
d’origine non modié, ainsi que lorsqu’il pré-
sente un état technique parfait. Tous les dis-
positifs de protection doivent fonctionner par-
faitement et être librement accessibles.
• Tenir à l’écart les enfants de moins de 3 ans,
sauf s’ils sont surveillés constamment. Les
enfants de 3 à 8 ans ne doivent allumer et
éteindre l’appareil que s’ils sont surveillés ou
s’ils ont été instruits dans l’utilisation sûre de
l’appareil et ont compris les risques qui en ré-
sultent, sous réserve que l’appareil soit posi-
tionné ou installé dans sa position d’utilisation
normale. Les enfants de 3 à 8 ans ne doivent
pas brancher l’appareil à une prise, procéder
au réglage de l’appareil, nettoyer l’appareil et/
ou réaliser son entretien.
• Le tapis chauffant ne doit être installé et uti-
lisé que sur un support plan et difcilement
inammable.
• Ne pas recouvrir le tapis chauffant.
• Avant toute utilisation, il convient de s’assurer
qu’aucun corps étranger n’ait pénétré dans le
tapis chauffant.
• Veiller à ne pas enfoncer d’arêtes tranchantes,
de clous ou de vis saillants dans le tapis chauf-
fant.
• Le tapis chauffant ne doit être utilisé que lors-
qu’il est étalé.
• Ne pas perforer ou percer.
• Éviter les charges ponctuelles, exercées par
ex. par les pieds d’un caisson.
• Lors du nettoyage, débrancher la che d’ali-
mentation et ne pas utiliser de détergent
agressif.
• Le tapis ne résiste PAS aux huiles ou résines.
• Ne pas mettre au lave-linge, ni au pressing.
• Le produit ne doit pas être utilisé s’il présente
des indices de détérioration.
• Le produit ne doit pas être utilisé pour tenir au
chaud les animaux.
• Ne pas mettre en service le tapis si son câble
d’alimentation est détérioré ou si sa surface
présente des traces d’usure. Cela détruirait
la toile chauffante ! Après concertation avec le
fabricant, retourner le tapis franco domicile à
ETHERMA pour réparation ou le mettre au re-
but.
• Nettoyer à l’aspirateur ou essuyer.
ATTENTION: Le fabricant décline
toute responsabilité si les consignes
et instructions ne sont pas respectées.
Toute utilisation abusive – c’est-à-
dire contraire à l’utilisation conforme
– des appareils est interdite.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES
ATTENTION : Les appareils usagés élec-
triques et électroniques contiennent
souvent des matières encore pré-
cieuses. Ils peuvent cependant aussi

• È consentito utilizzare l’apparecchio solo nello
stato originale senza apportare modiche ed
in perfette condizioni tecniche. Tutti i disposi-
tivi di protezione devono garantire un perfetto
funzionamento e non presentare ostacoli al
loro accesso.
• È necessario tenere fuori dalla portata dei
bambini con meno di 3 anni d’età a meno che
non ci sia un’eventuale supervisione costante.
Ai bambini con un’età compresa tra i 3 e gli
8 anni è consentito solo attivare e disattivare
l’apparecchio se sono sottoposti al monito-
raggio degli adulti o se sono stati informati in
merito all’impiego in sicurezza dell’apparec-
chio comprendendone le eventuali situazioni
di pericolo derivanti, a condizione che l’appa-
recchio non risulti disposto o installato nella
sua normale posizione d’impiego. Ai bambini
con un’età compresa tra i 3 e gli 8 anni non è
consentito inserire la spina elettrica nella pre-
sa di corrente, regolare l’apparecchio, pulire
l’apparecchio e/o eseguire la manutenzione
dell’apparecchio.
• È consentito posare il tappeto termico solo su
un sottofondo piano ed utilizzarlo su superci
scarsamente inammabili.
• Non è consentito coprire il tappeto termico.
• Prima dell’impiego è necessario vericare la
presenza di corpi estranei penetrati nel tappe-
to termico.
• Prestare attenzione a non premere bordi ta-
glienti, chiodi o viti sporgenti nel tappeto ter-
mico.
• È consentito utilizzare il tappeto termico per i
piedi solo secondo le condizioni previste dalla
progettazione.
• Non perforare e traforare.
• Evitare di applicare una pressione locale con-
centrata su un unico punto, come ad esempio
il piede di un armadio.
• Per la pulizia, scollegare la spina elettrica e
non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi.
• Il tappeto NON è resistente all’olio o a resine.
• Non sottoporre a lavaggio in lavatrice o chimi-
co.
• Non è consentito utilizzare l’apparecchio in
presenza di segni di eventuali danni.
• Non è consentito utilizzare l’apparecchio per il
riscaldamento degli animali.
• In caso di eventuali danni al cavo di allaccia-
mento alla rete o di usura della supercie del
tappeto, non è più consentito metterlo in fun-
zione perché si comprometterebbe la mem-
brana riscaldante. D’intesa con ETHERMA, è
necessario spedire franco domicilio il tappeto
al servizio di riparazione o procedere alla sua
rottamazione.
• Per garantirne la pulizia, è sufficiente utilizza-
re l’aspirapolvere o effettuarne la pulizia con
un panno.
ATTENZIONE! L’azienda produttrice
non risponde in caso di violazione del-
le indicazioni e delle istruzioni ripor-
tate di seguito. Non è consentito l’uso
improprio delle apparecchiature, cioè
contrario all’impiego previsto.

SPECIFICHE TECNICHE
ATTENZIONE! Le apparecchiature elet-
triche ed elettroniche usate contengono
ancora molti materiali preziosi. Tutta-
via possono contenere anche materiali
dannosi necessari per il funzionamento
e la sicurezza. Se gettati nei riuti rici-
clabili o in caso di trattamento errato, questi ma-
teriali possono risultare nocivi. È possibile fornire
il proprio contributo alla tutela dell’ambiente con
un corretto smaltimento. Per questo motivo non
gettare in nessun caso gli apparecchi usati nei
riuti non riciclabili. Procedere allo smaltimento
degli apparecchi usati ai sensi della disposizio-
ne vigente a livello locale. Smaltire il materiale
dell’imballaggio, i pezzi di ricambio o i componenti

APPLICAZIONE
CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI GARANZIA
Il tappeto termico si utilizza per il riscaldamento
localizzato sotto una seduta o ad un’area di so-
sta. Il tappeto termico si dispone su una super-
cie piana e si collega con una spina ad una presa
di corrente elettrica da 230 V. È importante non
coprire il riscaldamento a tappeto con oggetti iso-
lanti.
