estensione, cambiamento delle metodiche di accesso ecc...) Questo dispositivo è stato progettato, costruito e collaudato con la massima cura, adottando procedure di
controllo in conformità alle normative vigenti. La piena rispondenza delle caratteristiche funzionali è conseguita solo nel caso di un suo utilizzo esclusivamente limitato
alla funzione per la quale è stato realizzato, e cioè:

I processi produttivi sono sorvegliati attentamente per prevenire difettosità e malfunzionamenti; purtuttavia la componentistica adottata è soggetta a guasti in percentuali
estremamente modeste, come d’altra parte avviene per ogni manufatto elettronico o meccanico. Vista la destinazione di questo articolo (protezione di beni e persone)
invitiamo l’utilizzatore a commisurare il livello di protezione offerto dal sistema all’effettiva situazione di rischio (valutando la possibilità che detto sistema si trovi ad
operare in modalità degradata a causa di situazioni di guasti od altro), ricordando che esistono norme precise per la progettazione e la realizzazione degli impianti destinati
a questo tipo di applicazioni.
Richiamiamo l’attenzione dell’utilizzatore (conduttore dell’impianto) sulla necessità di provvedere regolarmente ad una manutenzione periodica del sistema
almeno secondo quanto previsto dalle norme in vigore oltre che ad effettuare, con frequenza adeguata alla condizione di rischio, verifiche sulla corretta funzionalità
del sistema stesso segnatamente alla centrale, sensori, avvisatori acustici, combinatore/i telefonico/i ed ogni altro dispositivo collegato. Al termine del periodico
controllo l’utilizzatore deve informare tempestivamente l’installatore sulla funzionalità riscontrata.
La progettazione, l’installazione e la manutenzione di sistemi incorporanti questo prodotto sono riservate a personale in possesso dei requisiti e delle conoscenze
necessarie ad operare in condizioni sicure ai fini della prevenzione infortunistica. E’ indispensabile che la loro installazione sia effettuata in ottemperanza alle norme
vigenti. Le parti interne di alcune apparecchiature sono collegate alla rete elettrica e quindi sussiste il rischio di folgorazione nel caso in cui si effettuino operazioni di
manutenzione al loro interno prima di aver disconnesso l’alimentazione primaria e di emergenza. Alcuni prodotti incorporano batterie ricaricabili o meno per l’alimentazione
di emergenza. Errori nel loro collegamento possono causare danni al prodotto, danni a cose e pericolo per l’incolumità dell’operatore (scoppio ed incendio).

FOR THE INSTALLER: Please follow carefully the specifications relative to electric and security systems realization further to the manufacturer’s prescriptions indicated
in the manual provided. Provide the user the necessary indication for use and system’s limitations, specifying that there exist precise specifications and different safety
performances levels that should be proportioned to the user needs. Have the user view the directions indicated in this document.
FOR THE USER: Periodically check carefully the system functionality making sure all enabling and disabling operations were made correctly. Have skilled personnel
make the periodic system’s maintenance. Contact the installer to verify correct system operation in case its conditions have changed (e.g.: variations in the areas to
protect due to extension, change of the access modes, etc…) This device has been projected, assembled and tested with the maximum care, adopting control proce-
dures in accordance with the laws in force. The full correspondence to the functional characteristics is given exclusively when it is used for the purpose it was projected
for, which is as follows:

Any use other than the one mentioned above has not been forecasted and therefore it is not possible to guarantee the correct functioning of the device. Similarly, any
other use of this technical manual other than the one it has been compiled for - that is: to illustrate the devices technical features and operating mode - is expressly
prohibited.
The manufacturing process is carefully controlled in order to prevent defaults and bad functioning. Nevertheless, an extremely low percentage of the components used
is subjected to faults just as any other electronic or mechanic product. As this item is meant to protect both property and people, we invite the user to proportion the
level of protection that the system offers to the actual risk (also taking into account the possibility that the system was operated in a degraded manner because of faults
and the like), as well reminding that there are precise laws for the design and assemblage of the systems destinated to these kind of applications.
The system’s operator is hereby advised to see regularly to the periodic maintenance of the system, at least in accordance with the provisions of current legi-
slation, as well as to carry out checks on the correct running of said system on as regular a basis as the risk involved requires, with particular reference to the
control unit, sensors, sounders, dialler(s) and any other device connected. The user must let the installer know how well the system seems to be operating,
based on the results of periodic checks, without delay.
Design, installation and servicing of systems which include this product, should be made by skilled staff with the necessary knowledge to operate in safe conditions in
order to prevent accidents. These systems’ installation must be made in accordance with the laws in force. Some equipment’s inner parts are connected to electric
main and therefore electrocution may occur if servicing was made before switching off the main and emergency power. Some products incorporate rechargeable or
non rechargeable batteries as emergency power supply. Their wrong connection may damage the product, properties and the operator’s safety (burst and fire).

AVVERTENZE PER LO SMALTIMENTO
INFORMAZIONI AGLI UTENTI
Ai sensi della Direttiva 2012/19/UE, relativa allo smaltimento dei rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche
(RAEE), si precisa che il dispositivo AEE è immesso sul mercato dopo il 13 agosto 2005 con divieto di conferimento all'or-
dinario servizio di raccolta dei rifiuti urbani.

NOTE IMPORTANTI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
1. L'installazione consigliata prevede l'utilizzo dell'alimentatore TLC/ALVS2 (ALI38002) o TLC/AL4
(ALI38001) connesso alla telecamera con il suo jack di uscita.
2. La telecamera deve essere alimentata in POE 802.3af o con 12Vcc +/-10%. L'alimentatore stabilizzato
deve erogare più di 1A. Non utilizzare un alimentatore per antifurto: potrebbe danneggiare irreparabilmente la te-
lecamera.
3. Il grado di protezione IP viene garantito solo se la telecamera viene installata seguendo scrupolosamente
le indicazioni contenute nel manuale tecnico.

According to Directive 2012/19/EU on the Waste of Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), it is here specified that
this Electrical-Electromechanic Device started to be commercialized after 13th August 2005, and it shall be disposed of
separately from ordinary waste products.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CAMERAS INSTALLATION
1. The use of TLC/ALVS2 (ALI38002) or TLC/AL4 (ALI38001) power unit is recommended: it shall be con-
nected to the camera through its output jack.
2. Cameras shall be powered with POE 802.3af or be supplied 12Vdc+/-10% power. The stabilized power
unit shall supply more than 1A. DO NOT USE a power unit for burglar systems: it may cause irreparable damage
to the camera.
3. The IP protection class is granted only if the camera is installed according to the indications provided in
the technical manual.

1. GENERALITA’
La Speed Dome IR e-Vision è la nuova telecamera speed dome con standard video Full-HD. È dotata di illuminatori LED
IR ad alta potenza con portata massima 100m che la rendono perfetta in applicazioni di videosorveglianza notturna o in
condizioni di illuminazione scarsa o assente. L’elevata qualità e la fluidità delle immagini sono garantite da un sensore
CMOS 1/2,9” da 2,43 Megapixel e da un frame rate di 25 fps real time in risoluzione Full-HD.
La telecamera offre elevate performance meccaniche nella velocità di movimento, è caratterizzata da zoom estremamente
performante ed è dotata di corpo in alluminio con classe IP66.
2. INSTALLAZIONE DELLA TELECAMERA
Per l’installazione, seguire attentamente le istruzioni illustrate negli schemi riportati di seguito.

1) Passare i cavi all'interno della staffa
2) Fissare la staffa al corpo telecamera
3) Praticare i fori per i tasselli, inserirli e fissare la staffa sui tasselli con le viti.
AVVERTENZA
PER IL MONTAGGIO NON E’ NECESSARIA L’APERTURA DELLA TELECAMERA!!!

Non installare con l’utilizzo di un tubo da soffitto o pensilina: l’acqua potrebbe entrare

3. ACCESSO AL SISTEMA
Prima di accedere al sistema, è necessario effettuare la ricerca dei dispositivi connessi.
Per ricercare i dispositivi, lanciare il programma DEVICE SEARCH.
Nella cartella Tool > IP Search Tool > DeviceManagerTool selezionare il file DeviceManagerTool.exe.
Si aprirà la seguente finestra:
Selezionare l’opzione <IPC> e poi la funzione DISCOVERY.
Saranno rilevati i dispositivi connessi:
Selezionare la telecamera desiderata:
Quindi modificare i parametri di rete e selezionare MODIFY.

3.1 Elementi della finestra principale
Per accedere al software della telecamera, aprire un browser (es. Internet Explorer, Safari, ecc) e digitare l’indirizzo IP della
telecamera.
Inserire nome utente e password nella finestra che sarà visualizzata:
Default: nome utente admin - password nessuna password di default
Se si utilizza IE, utilizzare l’opzione IE ActiveX, altrimenti l’opzione Non ActiveX.
Sarà visualizzata la finestra principale del software:
AREA 1 Tasti del menu principale: Live, Riproduzione, Setup, File, Log.
AREA 2 Gestione stream in visualizzazione.
AREA 3 Controlli PTZ.
AREA 4 Controlli luminosità, contrasto e preset.
AREA 5 Controlli vari.
AREA 6 Tasti Intercom Voc, Acquisizione, Schermo Intero, Ferma Tutto, Info Allarme.
AREA 7 Area di visualizzazione telecamere.

3.1.1 AREA 1: Menu funzioni
In quest’area è possibile selezionare i vari menu del software:

3.1.2 AREA 2: Gestione STREAM principale, secondario e registrazione
In quest’area è possibile selezionare il tipo di stream per la telecamera (principale o secondario) e la funzione di registra-
zione per lo stream selezionato:
Selezionare Stream principale / Stream secondario dal menu a tendina per ottimizzare la visualizzazione in funzione della
banda disponibile.
Il flusso principale supporta 1080p / 720p / D1 / CIF / QCIF ma la risoluzione può variare a causa di diversi canali.
Il flusso secondario supporta solo QCIF / CIF / D1 ed è normalmente usato per connessioni in rete.
3.1.3 AREA 2: Controlli PTZ
Agire sui controlli di quest’area per controllare i movimenti PTZ.
Utilizzare le 8 frecce direzionali per direzionare la telecamera collegata all’ingresso selezionato. Il tasto centrale è il tasto
di posizionamento automatico.
Agire sulle frecce ai lati delle funzioni Zoom, Fuoco, Diaframma (Iris) per diminuire (-) / aumentare (+) lo zoom, il fuoco
e l’apertura dell’iride. Agire sul cursore della barra inferiore per variare la velocità di spostamento della telecamera speedo-
me.
3.1.4 AREA 4: Controlli luminosità, contrasto e preset
Agire sui controlli di quest’area per regolare la luminosità, il contrasto e impostare/eliminare/richiamare una posizione di
preset.

3.1.5 AREA 5: Controlli avanzati
Agire sui controlli di quest’area per attivare/disattivare e settare: scansione automatica, posizione Home, modalità di utilizzo
dell’IR, funzione di privacy e 3D.
3.1.6 AREA 6: Tasti Intercom Voc, Acquisizione, Schermo Intero, Ferma Tutto, Info Allarme

4. GENERALS
Speed Dome IR e-Vision is the new series of Speed Dome cameras with Full-HD video standard. The camera is equipped
with high-power IR LED illuminators featuring 100m max range that makes it perfect to be used for night video surveillance
applications and under low-light/no-light conditions. The excellent quality and smoothness of images is ensured by 2,43
Megapixel CMOS 1/2,9” sensor and Full-HD resolution at 25fps frame rate in Real Time. The camera series offers high
mechanical performance in terms of movement speed and features high-performing zoom. The series is contained in IP66
aluminium case.
5. CAMERA INSTALLATION AND SETUP
To install the camera, please follow the instructions given below carefully.

1) Pass the cables throught the bracket.
2) Fix the camera to the bracket.
3) Drill the holes for the dowels, insert the dowels into the holes, and screw the bracket to the dowels with the screws.
In any case, the internal view of the camera would be as follows:
IMPORTANT
IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO OPEN THE CAMERA DURING INSTALLATION!

For outdoor camera installation, please follow instructions given below carefully.

Do not install using pipes from roofs or roof platforms: the water may penetrate through the
cables positioned vertically causing permanent damage.

6. SYSTEM ACCESS
The system access requires the user to search for devices connected to the system beforehand.
To search for devices connected, launch DEVICE SEARCH application.
In Tool > IP Search Tool > DeviceManagerTool folder, select DeviceManagerTool.exe.
The following window will appear:
Select <IPC> options, then DISCOVERY function.
The application will detect connected devices:
Select the camera, then modify network parameters and press MODIFY:

6.1 Home page elements
To access camera software, open a browser application (Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) and digit camera IP address.
Digit username and password in the window displayed:
Default: username admin - password no default password
If you use IE browser, select IE ActiveX, otherwise select Non ActiveX.
The software main window will be displayed:

6.1.1 AREA 1: Functions menu
Area to select software functions:
For further information, please see the relevant technical manual on the CD-Rom provided.
6.1.2 AREA 2: Main / secondary stream and recording controls
Area to select camera stream (main / secondary) and recording parameters for the selected stream.
Select Main stream / Secondary stream (from the pop-down menu) according to the bandwidth available to improve ima-
ges display.
Main stream supported values: 1080p / 720p / D1 / CIF / QCIF (resolution may vary according to the channels.)
Secondary stream supported values: QCIF / CIF / D1 only, and is normally used for network connections.
6.1.3 AREA 2: Controlli PTZ
Use the wheel 8 arrows to pan/tilt the camera connected to the selected input. Use the centre key for automatic positioning
of the camera.
Use controls on the right to increase (+) and decrease (-) Zoom - Focus - Iris. Move cursor on the lower bar to vary the
the moving speed of the speedome camera.
6.1.4 AREA 4: Bright, contrast, and preset controls
Adjust camera brightness, contrast and preset using the controls in this area.

Adjust camera autoscan, home position, IR mode, privacy mask and 3D function using the controls in this area.
