INSTALLATION LOCATION
1. Install the system on a level concrete pad or suitable HWS base.
2. Ensure the air inlet and outlet are clear from any obstructions.
(consult the manual for clearances)
PLUMBING CONNECTIONS
1. Connect the hot water outlet, and cold water inlet plumbing and associated valves in accordance with all
local regulations and applicable standards.
2. Install the supplied Pressure Temperature Relief (PTR) valve.
3. Connect a condensate line and run to appropriate drain.
4. Lag (insulate) all plumbing as per local regulations.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
1. Install an isolation switch within 3m of the unit.
2. Run the supplied electrical cable from the unit to the isolation switch.
3. Connect the Isolation switch with appropriate cable to a dedicated 15amp circuit at the switchboard.

COMMISSIONING
1. Press and hold for one second to power on the unit.
2. Press the arrows to adjust the desired temperature (recommended @ 60°C)
3. To set the time:
a. Press once so the clock starts flashing,
b. Press again until just the hour starts flashing,
c. Use to adjust the hour and press to confirm,
d. Repeat this process for the minute, day, month and year
e. Allow the screen to time out to confirm the setting, or press at any stage to cancel the operation.
4. To set the heating mode:
a. Press until is displayed. This will activate “Eco Heating” (Heat Pump only) mode and will
provide the most efficient heating.
b. During periods of unusually high hot water demand (such as additional occupants staying with you),
you can activate “Dual Heating” modeby pressing until is displayed.
5. In any event where there is a failure within the system, the Electric Element can be engaged with “one push
activation” of the button until is displayed. This will provide emergency water heating until
service can be attended.
