Instruction Manual for EW- T205
Firstly, thanks for you using our instruments. Combined with
extensive refrigerating techniques, operated simply,control-
led temperature accurately, and with strong interference
resisting ability, the product is a fully-automatic intelligent
control system applicable for various refrigerating and
warming equipment. The product is ultra-thin, waterproof,
high-pressure, external, more reliable and safer.Our sensors
are processed and encapsulated precisely, moistureproof,
with more stable and reliable performance.

Descriptions: If a password is set, the locking indicator will light, and
the other parameter values can be modified only when a correct
password is input, otherwise the set parameters only can be searched
but not modified, and the password menu is hidden, but the control
temperature still can be modified. When the password is set as 00, the
password is cancelled and it is unnecessary to input password
(locking indicator is off). When F7 is set as 00, F8 is enable and F9 is
disable; when F7 is set as 01, F9 is enable and F8 is disable

Causes Solutions
Whether the power source is off;
Whether the temperature controller is
defective.
Set temperature higher than the current
temperature;Pressure overrun and overloaded,
thermal protection opens;Internal thermal
protection of compressor opens.
Sensor circuit interfered; connection poor;
binding with other power cords; circuit
damage too weak.
Installation position of sensors incorrect;
Connecting wire too long, line resistance
large; contact of connecting wire poor;
sensor damaged.
Sensor installed incorrectly, unable
to measure value correctly;
Contactor of compressor defective.
Return difference temperature value too small or
pressure protector setting incorrect.
Ultralow temperature alarm or sensor line off.
Ultralow temperature alarm or sensor line shorted.
Check the power supply line, and replace the fuse;
Check whether the power end is imputed, or inform
the distributor to replace the temperature controller.
Reset the required temperature control value;
Check overrun and overload, check overheat
causes, and eliminate the troubles before reset to
work.
Separate sensor with power cord or replace
shielded wire, check whether connecting
terminal be tightened.
Must install sensors correctly; increase cross
section of extension wire; ensure sealing
property of connecting wires, water and
moisture proofing; replace sensor.
Check whether sensor measures temperature
correctly; replace contactor of compressor.
Readjust to increase return difference temperature
value; adjust pressure protector setting.
Check set data or check whether sensor line
connected well with joint.
Note: When LL or HH is shown, the machine will run automatically in the running mode before trouble occurred to guarantee the
temperature not affected much.

Feature Descriptions
Note: When you press Heat key, if defrost sensor temperature
≥exit defrost temperature, the system can not enter defrost sta-
ge, to keep the current state.
Cooling: When the current temperature ≥ setting temperature +
temperature hysteresis and delay the setting of the "delay time",
the load relay On.
Into defrost:
1. when the instrument after defrost (or boot) to run a set running
period of time and then into defrost (load relay Off, defrost relay
On, defrost indicator On).
2.press UP key into the defrost (load relay Off, defrost relay On,
defrost indicating On).
Exit the defrost:
1.entering the defrost time and delay after the set defrosting time ,
defrost relay off, defrost indicator off, exit the defrost status,
return to the normal control status.
2. the exit temperature to defrost, defrost relay off, defrost LED is off,
return to the normal control.
1. Please read this product instruction carefully and connect
input/output plugs of power & sensor to the corresponding sockets
strictly by following connection diagram, otherwise the usage &
operations will be affected. Check again to make sure there is no
mistake. Tighten all the screw of connection plugs again, and then
connect it to the power for running.
