Assembly and Setup Instructions

Please observe and follow these instructions closely as it will ensure safe and reliable operation.
1. Remove the EW-624 from it’s carton. Lift the bike out of the carton, assistance will be needed. If no
assistance available start by opening the top to allow access to the inside of the carton. Use a knife to cut
each corner from the inside out (Figure A). Once all four corners are cut it will allow a 360 degree access to
your new bike eliminating the heavy lifting.
2. Place the EW-624 on it’s kickstand as shown (Figure B).
Tools you will need to assemble the EW-624
1. Philips Screwdriver
2. 15mm wrench
3. Knife
4. 6mm Allen Wrench

3. After you have placed the bike on it’s kickstand make sure you have all the components in the bike as shown in
Figure C.
Handlebar Installation
1. Insert handlebar and set to proper height onto Fork/Steer tube and align correspondingly with the tire (Figure A).
2. Use the 6mm Allen Wrench to tighten the steering wheel until it is fully tightened (Figure B).

Pedals Installation
1. Make sure you insert each pedal with its correspondent side (Figure A).
2. Hands tighten each pedal and tighten with 15 mm wrench (Figure B).

Adjusting the Seat
1. Adjust seat to desired height, tighten it by turning seat lever clockwise until secure (Figure A).
Installing the Derailleur Guard
1. Remove the two screws as shown in Figure A.
2. Put the Derailleur Guard in place, insert the previously removed screws and tighten using the Philips screw driver until
secure (Figure B).

How to properly remove the Battery Pack
1. Unlock the Battery lock located at the bottom of the Battery Pack.
2. Press on the lever underneath the seat to unlock the sea (Figure A).
3. Use Battery pack handle to remove Battery Pack (Figure B).

Charging the Battery
1. Plug Charger into Battery Pack (Figure A).
2. Leave Battery pack charge Until green light on charger appears
Warning!
(1) Charge in dry and airiness place, forbidden to charge in room.
(2) Charging far away clothing,, gasoline, alcohol, gas and so on the flammable things.
(3) When charging, the charger must not be touched by children.
(4) When charging, do not cover the battery charger with anything.
(5) Don’t directly touch the output plug with conductive object

How to Turn the Bike on
Insert Key in ignition located on Battery Pack and turn to the right (Figure A).
