Assembly and Setup Instructions

Please observe and follow these instructions closely as it will ensure safe and reliable operation.
1. Remove the EW-400 from it’s carton. Lift the bike out of the carton, assistance will be needed. If no
assistance available start by opening the top to allow access to the inside of the carton. Use a knife to cut
each corner from the inside out (Figure A). Once all four corners are cut it will allow a 360 degree access to
your new bike eliminating the heavy lifting.
2. Place the EW-400 as shown (Figure B).
Tools you will need to assemble the EW-400
1. Philips Screwdriver
2. 15mm wrench
3. Knife
4. 6mm Allen Wrench

3. After you have placed the bike make sure you have all the components in the bike as shown in Figure C.

B. Steering Wheel
C. Charger
D. Pedals
E. Seat

Handlebar Installation
1. Insert handlebar and align steering correspondingly (Figure A).
2. Use the 6mm Allen Wrench to tighten the steering wheel until it is fully tightened (Figure A).

- 6mm Allen Wrench

Front Wheel Installation
-Prior Front Wheel installation made sure disc brake is on the correct side as shown in Figure A.
-Insert Wheel by lifting from steering wheel and secure (Figure B).

Fender Installation
-Remove Screw located in the middle of steering wheel fork (Figure A).
-Insert the fender and secure it with screw (Figure B).

Pedals Installation
1. Check each pedal for their corresponding side (L) Left and (R) Right (Figure A).
2. Insert pedal into place and tighten it using the 15mm Wrench (Figure B).

Seat Installation
-Insert Seat as shown in Figure A.
-Secure seat as shown in Figure B.

How to properly remove the Battery Pack
1. Unlock the Battery lock located at the bottom of the Battery Pack.
2. Press on the lever underneath the seat to unlock the sea (Figure A).
3. Use Battery pack handle to remove Battery Pack (Figure B).

How to Turn the Bike on and unlock/lock Battery Pack
-Insert Key in ignition located on Battery Pack and turn to the right to turn on (Figure A).
-To Unlock push down and turn key to the left.

Charging the Battery
1. Plug Charger into Battery Pack (Figure A).
2. Leave Battery pack charge Until green light on charger appears
