Assembly and Setup Instructions

Please observe and follow these instructions closely as it will ensure safe and reliable operation.
1. Remove the EW-1400 from its carton. Lift the bike out of the carton, assistance will be needed. If no
assistance available start by opening the top to allow access to the inside of the carton. Use a knife to cut
each corner from the inside out (Figure A). Once all four corners are cut it will allow a 360 degree access to
your new bike eliminating the heavy lifting.
2. Place the EW-1400 as shown (Figure B).
Tools you will need to assemble the EW-1400
1. Philips Screwdriver
2. 15mm wrench
3. Knife
4. 6mm Allen Wrench

1. After you have placed the bike make sure you have all the components in the bike as shown in Figure C.
Components included on the EW-1100
A. Front Wheel
B. Fender
C. Charger with tool kit
D. Pedals
E. Seat

Handlebar Installation
1. Insert handlebar and align steering correspondingly (Figure A).
2. Use the 6mm Allen Wrench to tighten the steering wheel until it is fully tightened (Figure A).

Front Wheel Installation
-Prior Front Wheel installation made sure disc brake is on the correct side as shown in Figure A.
-Fasten nuts on each side of the fork.

Fender Installation
-Remove Screw located in the middle of steering wheel fork and insert the fender whit the
headlight(Figure A).
-Insert the bottom part of fender and secure it with screw as shown (Figure B).

Pedals Installation
1. Check each pedal for their corresponding side (L) Left and (R) Right (Figure A).
2. Insert pedal into place and tighten it using the 15mm Wrench (Figure B).

How to properly remove the Battery Pack
1. Unlock the Battery lock located on Battery Pack with the key.
2. Loosen up the seat lock and remove the seat (Figure A).
3. Use Battery pack handle to remove Battery Pack (Figure B).

Charging the Battery
1. Plug Charger into Battery Pack (Figure A).
2. Leave Battery pack charge Until green light on charger appears
Warning!
(1) Charge in dry and airiness place, forbidden to charge in room.
(2) Charging far away clothing,, gasoline, alcohol, gas and so on the flammable things.
(3) When charging, the charger must not be touched by children.
(4) When charging, do not cover the battery charger with anything.
(5) Don’t directly touch the output plug with conductive object
