• the ob-long holes on back plate (5) that
• correspond to junction box (7) being
• used.
• Feed leads through center hole and

• 277VAC, connect the orange and white
• leads to power supply. Route wires
• through guide posts located on back
• plate.
• Feed excess wire into junction box
• and secure back plate (5) to junction
• box (7) using screws.
• Snap in arrows (2) to faceplate (1) as
• required, storing unused arrows in a safe
• place. Then snap faceplate (1) to housing
• (4).
Ceiling Mounting
• Attach mounting plate (8) to junction
• box (10).
• Feed transformer leads through top
• hole, making sure to secure wire into
• wire guides found at the edges of the
• sign.
• Attach sign to canopy (7) by inserting
• canopy into sign then sliding to the side to
• lock (see back page of instruction
• manual).
• Make proper lead connections. If using
• 120VAC, connect the black and white
• wires to power supply. If using 277VAC,
• connect orange and white wires to
• power supply.
• Push excess wire into junction box.
• Align holes in canopy with those in
• mounting plate. Use supplied screws to
• secure canopy to mounting plate,
• tightening until canopy is pulled tight to
• ceiling.
• Snap in arrows (2) to faceplate (1) as
• required, storing unused arrows in a safe
• place. Then snap faceplate (1) to housing
• (4).
• For double-faced signs, replace
• backplate with extra EXIT faceplate.
End Mounting
• Attach mounting plate (8) to junction
• box (10).
• Feed transformer leads through side
• hole, making sure to secure wire into
• wire guides found at the edges of the
• sign.
