All service and repair operation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Before any operation, unplug the cabinet.
A. OPENING THE TECHNICAL CHAMBER
B. DOOR REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT
1. Remove fittings in the lower part of the
cabinet’s compartment.
Reclined bottles: remove rods by unscrewing
them from the panel.
1. Turn the key into the open position.
5. Remove the insulating cap by taking all
screws out.
2. Remove fittings in the lower part of the
cabinet’s compartment.
External bottlenecks: take out the plastic
clips and slide rods out.
2. Keeping the door shut and still, release the
screw/pivot on the top of the cabinet.
3. Remove fittings in the lower part of the
cabinet’s compartment.
Other: take out shelves and/or kits.
3. Pull door towards you.
4. Remove the aluminium finishing plate and the
insulating mat underneath.
4. Lift the door so it releases from bottom pivot.

C. EXTRACTION OF REFRIGERATING SYSTEM (FOLLOW POINTS A, B FIRST)
1. Undo the clamps on resistors so that they are
loose.
2. Release the 10 screws fixing the front middle
upright to the middle panels.
3. Remove the middle upright by pulling it from
the middle to draw out the upper side, and then
take it out by pulling it upwards.
5. Undo the bolt fixing the ground wire to the
panel and disconnect cable.
6. Operating in the left compartment, release
the screws fixing the fan guard.
4. Operating in the right compartment, release
remaining screws on the middle panel and
remove it.
9. Unscrew the probe guard from the middle
panel.
7. Remove fan guard by pulling it out and
disconnecting in from the cables.
8. Fix the evaporator with a strap or similar to
the partially loosened screws above the top.
10. Remove the screws fixing the middle panel
that has remained attached to the middle
upright and remove it.
11. Release the screws fixing the condensate
collection tray.
12. Cut the insulating mat and remove tray.

13. Remove fixing on condenser probe. 14. Cut the compressor’s supply cable from
wiring.
15. Undo 4 fixings situated on the corner of the
compressor chamber.
16. Remove system by holding the black contain-
ment chamber.
1. Remove the screws fixing the power supply
to the bottom of the chamber.
4. Insert and fix with the screws the new supply.
2. Cut the zipties blocking the 220V input and
12V output cables.
3. Undo the clamps fixing the cables into the
power supply.
D. REMOVAL OF LIGHTING POWER SUPPLY OR FANS (FOLLOW POINT A FIRST)

1. Find LED cable to replace and disconnect
from power supply/controller.
1. Remove the screws fixing the controller to
the bottom of the chamber.
4. Fix LED cable with previously removed
insulating material.
7. RGB LED connection to controller.
2. Remove insulating material fixing the LED.
2. Undo the clamps fixing the cables into the
controller.
5. Connect new cable to power supply or LED
controller (depending on LED).
8. Single colour LED connection to controller.
3. Pull LED from cable through the opening on
the chamber and insert new LED.
3. Remove and replace controller.
6. Dynamic white LED connection to controller.
9. Single colour LED connection to power
supply.
