Overview

Auto light source for dark environment. The camera video has two
modes: color (for daylight recording) and black and white with IR
illuminator (for night condition).

• Red and Blue Alternately: The camera is ready for Wi-Fi setup.
• Steady Blue: The camera is connected by a user.
• Slow Blue Flicker: The camera is running properly.
• Steady Red: The camera is starting.
• Slow Red Flicker: The Wi-Fi connection has failed.

Recommended compatibility: Class 10, maximum space 128GB. If a SD
card is used, video files will be stored in the SD card. You would need to
initialize it in the EZVIZ app.
RESET Hold down the RESET button for 10 seconds while the camera is
running, the camera restarts and all parameters are reset to default.
To connect to a different Wi-Fi network, press the RESET button for 10 seconds to
restart the camera then reconnect to Wi-Fi when the red and blue light flashes.

Step 1 (Optional)
Installing the microSD Card
1To open the MicroSD card slot cover, flip it clockwise.
2Insert a microSD card into the slot.

Starting the Camera
Connect the camera to the power adapter. When the red and blue light flashes, that means
the camera is powered on.

EZVIZ Cloud Setup
1To Register an EZVIZ Account
- Connect your mobile device to Wi-Fi.
- Download and install the EZVIZ app by searching the “EZVIZ” in App Store or Google
PlayTM.
OR
- Launch the app and register for an EZVIZ user account.
2To Add a Camera
- Log into the EZVIZ app.
- Click the “+” on the upper-right hand corner to add a camera.
- Scan the QR Code on the back of the camera or on the Quick Start Guide cover.
- Follow the prompts to set up the Wi-Fi. (Locate the camera within 3 meters from
the router when setting up the Wi-Fi.)
- Configure the time settings and complete the process.

3To Change the Default Password
After adding the camera, you are required to change the device password to ensure
your video security.
- Locate the verification code as your default password on the label at the back of the
camera.
- Go in the Device Settings interface in the app and tap on the Change Password.
- Enter the verification code as the old password, and type a new password.
4To Initialize the microSD Card
- Check the microSD card status by tapping on the Storage Status in the Device
Settings interface.
- If the microSD card status displays as Uninitialized, tap to initialize it. The status
will then change to Normal. You can then start recording any event triggered video
in the camera such as motion detection.

Installation
1Installing the Metal Plate (Optional)
Pick a clean and flat surface and secure the metal plate to the desired position with
the foam stickers or screws (not included.)
There’s a magnet piece inside the camera. You can skip this step if the
surface is made of metal.
2Installing the Camera
Secure the camera magnetically to the metal plate or metal surface (see figure
below).
3Completing Installation
Adjust the camera angle as required.
Troubleshooting
Q: “The device is offline.” or “The device is not registered.” prompts appear when adding
the camera using the EZVIZ App.
A: 1. Make sure the network, which the camera is connected to, is working properly and
the router’s DHCP is enabled.
2. Hold down the RESET button for 10 seconds to reset the settings if you change the
network parameters.
Q: The mobile phone cannot receive alarm prompts when the camera is online.
A: 1. Make sure the EZVIZ app is running on your mobile phone.
2. For Android OS mobile phone, make sure the app is running in the background;
and for iOS mobile phones, enable the message push function in “Settings >
Notification”.
Q: Does the camera support power via USB devices or a portable battery.
A: It’s advised to use the EZVIZ standard power adapter to provide a stable voltage supply.

in höchstens 3 Metern Entfernung vom Router, wenn Sie das Wi-Fi-Netz einrichten.)
- Konfigurieren Sie die Zeiteinstellungen und schließen Sie das Verfahren ab.

3Ändern des Standard-Kennworts
Nach Hinzufügen der Kamera müssen Sie das Gerätekennwort ändern, um die
Sicherheit Ihrer Videos zu gewährleisten.
- Suchen Sie den Verifizierungscode, der als Standard-Kennwort auf dem Etikett auf
der Kamerarückseite zu finden ist.
- Gehen Sie in die Geräteeinstellungen in der App und tippen Sie auf "Kennwort
ändern".
- Verwenden Sie den Verifizierungscode als altes Kennwort und geben Sie dann ein
neues Kennwort ein.
4Initialisieren der microSD-Karte
- Prüfen Sie den Status der microSD-Karte, indem Sie auf den Speicherstatus in den
Geräteeinstellungen tippen.
- Wenn der Status der microSD-Karte als "Nicht initialisiert" angegeben ist, tippen
Sie darauf, um die Karte zu initialisieren. Der Status wechselt dann zu "Normal". Sie
können jetzt mit Ihrer Aufzeichnung beginnen, zum Beispiel von einem Video, das
durch Bewegungserkennung ausgelöst wird.

Installation
1Installieren der Metallplatte (optional)
Wählen Sie eine saubere und flache Oberfläche und bringen Sie die Metallplatte in
gewünschter Position mit der Schaumstoffbefestigung oder mit Schrauben (nicht
mitgeliefert) an.
Im Inneren der Kamera befindet sich ein Magnet. Sie können diesen Schritt
überspringen, wenn die Oberfläche aus Metall besteht.
2Installation der Kamera
Befestigen Sie die Kamera magnetisch an der Metallplatte oder Metalloberfläche (siehe
Abbildung unten).
3Installation abschließen
Stellen Sie, falls erforderlich, den Kamerawinkel ein.
Problembehebung
F: Beim Hinzufügen der Kamera mit der EZVIZ App erscheint die Meldung "Das Gerät ist
offline“ oder "Das Gerät ist nicht registriert“.
A: 1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Verbindung zum Netzwerk ordnungsgemäß hergestellt
wurde und dass DHCP im Router aktiviert ist.
2. Drücken Sie die RESET-Taste 10 Sekunden lang, um die Einstellungen zurücksetzen,
wenn Sie die Netzwerkparameter geändert haben.
F: Das Mobilgerät erhält keine Sofortwarnung, wenn die Kamera online ist.
A: 1. Kontrollieren Sie, ob die EZVIZ App auf Ihrem Mobilgerät läuft.
2. Achten Sie bei Android-Geräten darauf, dass die App im Hintergrund läuft.
Aktivieren Sie für iOS-Geräte die "Message push"-Funktion unter "Einstellungen >
Benachrichtigung".
F: Läuft die Kamera mit Batterien oder anderen USB-betriebenen Geräten?
A: Es wird empfohlen, den Standard-EZVIZ-Netzadapter zu verwenden, um eine stabile

Configuración de EZVIZ Cloud
1Para registrar una cuenta de EZVIZ
- Conecte el dispositivo móvil a la red Wi-Fi.
- Descargue e instale la aplicación EZVIZ buscando "EZVIZ" en App Store o Google
Play™.

- Inicie la aplicación y regístrese para obtener una cuenta de usuario de EZVIZ.
2Para añadir una cámara
- Inicie sesión en la aplicación EZVIZ.
- Haga clic en el símbolo “+” que aparece en la parte superior derecha para añadir
una cámara.
- Escanee el código QR de la parte posterior de la cámara o de la portada de la Guía
de inicio rápido.
- Siga las instrucciones para configurar la conexión Wi-Fi (coloque la cámara en un
radio de 3 metros del router al configurar la conexión Wi-Fi).
- Configure los ajustes de hora y complete el proceso.

3Para cambiar la contraseña predeterminada
Al añadir la cámara, deberá cambiar la contraseña del dispositivo para garantizar la
seguridad del vídeo.
- Localice el código de verificación, que es la contraseña predeterminada y se
encuentra en la etiqueta de la parte posterior de la cámara.
- Vaya a la interfaz Configuración del dispositivo en la aplicación y toque Cambiar
contraseña.
- Introduzca el código de verificación como la contraseña anterior y escriba una
contraseña nueva.
4Para inicializar la tarjeta microSD
- Compruebe el estado de la tarjeta microSD tocando el Estado de almacenamiento
en la interfaz Configuración del dispositivo.
- Si el estado de la tarjeta microSD aparece como No inicializada, toque para
inicializarla. A continuación, el estado cambiará a Normal. Después podrá iniciar
la grabación de cualquier evento activado en la cámara, como la detección de
movimiento.
