Changing Ultimaker 2 nozzle

Story:
Since weeks I had several problems. „Error Stopped Temp Sensor Bed“ and clogged nozzle.
I feed filament with "Change material". Filament flows through nozzle. Everything looks fine.
After one minute filament flow I try to start printing. And nothing....
"Change material" again. Filament stucks and I can hear the famous CLICK-CLACK sound
of the material feeder in the back. I help the feeder motor and pull the filament by myself.
And then I can see the clog.
I changed and tried several filaments.
Four original Ultimaker PLA filaments (gold, green, dark-blue and grey)
One original Ultimaker ABS white
One white innofil filament.
Even in my dreams I change filament of the UM2. It becomes a nightmare.
After contacting the Ultimaker phone support they sent the following spare parts for free:
- Heated bed
- Red clip
- Grey tightener
- Nozzle !
First I changed the heated bed.
But the clogged nozzle nightmare
went on and on and on. Sometimes
I was lucky and I got printed some
small objects, but every time I
switched the filament I got the
clogged nozzle issue.
So I dismantled the whole extruder
and boooom.
I knew where the big problem was.

The nozzle was over and over covered by melted plastic. I suggest this was white ABS. Now
black. And I remembered that the „Error Stopped Temp Sensor Bed“ issue was when I
changed the filament from PLA to ABS and on a long overnight print I saw this error in the
morning in the Ultimaker LCD display. The Ultimaker 2 extruder block is quite a block so
nobody realized this massive plastic problem.

The temperature sensor was broken and the tube was harmed from the permanent filament
change and manual pull back. So I
called the Ultimaker phone
support again and they sent this
other spare parts for free:
Temperature sensor cable,
Teflon part, tube, fan holder.

Changing nozzle description from Ultimaker support:
In order to replace the nozzle you will first have to remove the metal fan bracket, which is attached to both sides
of the printhead with 2 screws. Next you also loosen the 4 long bolts that hold the printhead together.
After that you heat up the printer and can unscrew the nozzle by putting a hex key in one of the holes of the
round metal part above the nozzle and turn it from right to left.
Once the nozzle is loose you will have to loosen the long set screw a bit so you can take out the heater cartridge
and temperature sensor.
Next you can reverse the process to place the new nozzle again.
