La norme EN 1004 s'applique au project et à la production d'échafaudages
mobiles composés d'éléments préfabriqués d'hauteur comprise entre
2,5 et 8 m max (à l'extérieur des immeubles) et entre 2,5 et 12,0 m max
(à l'interieur des immeubles).
Selon la norme européenne, si vous réspectez ces limites d'hauteur,
l'échafaudaeg ne nècessite pas d'ancrages.

The EN 1004 Norm is applied to the planning and manufacturing of
towers made up of prefabricated parts. The rule also includes those
structures whose height goes from 2,5 m. to a maximum of 8,0 m.
(outside buildings) and from 2,5 to a maximum of 12,0 m. (inside
buildings).
According to the Norm the tower doesn't need anchorages within these
limits of height.

INFORMATIONES GENERALES
A. -Classe et portée
L'échafaudage appartient à la classe 3 (norme EN1004), c'est-à-dire qu'il a une
portée de 200 kg/m2 pour chaque plateau.
La portée totale de la structure est de 400 kg.
B. - Hauteurs max (assemblages différents ;norme EN 1004)
L'hauter max du plateau est de 11,84 m (structure pas ancrée et usage à l'interieur,
EN1004). L'hauteur max du plateau est de 7,91 m (structure pas ancrée et usage
à l'extérieur, EN1004).
C. -Usage en cas de vent
En cas de vent il faut démonter la structure ou la fixer solidement à une structure
stable. Faisez atténtion à l'effet « tunnel » du vent si vous travaillez à l'extérieur
d'immeubles en construction.
D. -accès aux plateaux
L'accès au plateau se fait seulement de l'intérieur de la structure à l'aide de
l'échelle verticale qui constitue la même structure de l'échafaudage.
GENERAL INFORMATION
(A) Category and carrying capacity
The scaffolding belongs to the category 3 (according to the EN 1004 Norm),
that is to say that the working plane bears a loading of 200 kg.
Total carrying capacity of the scaffolding: 400 kg
(B) Max heights in the different compositions (according to EN 1004 Norm)
The maximum height of working plane is 11,84 m. without anchored structure
for an inside use (according to EN 1004 Norm). The maximum height of the
working plane is 7,91 without anchored structure for an outside use (according
to EN 1004 Norm).
(C) Use of scaffolding in the presence of wind
In the presence of wind the scaffolding must be dismantled or it must be firmly
fixed to a stable building. Pay attention to the "wind tunnel effect" when you
works inside building under construction.
(D) Access to the working plane
The access to the working plane is allowed only through the inside structure
thanks to either the vertical ladder made by the sides of the scaffolding or the
ladders sold as accessory.
MAINTENANCE
GUARANTEE
DOGE 80 is completely manufactured in aluminium except the stainless steel springs
and the pins of galvanized tie rods; so special maintenance is not necessary.
The dirty sediments caused by the use of the scaffolding can be removed with water.
The use of solvents can opacify the surfaces.
Periodically check the state of preservation of working planes and wheels.
DOGE 80 has a one-year guarantee.

The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility in case of:
- use of parts and/or elements different from the original ones.
- assembling, dismantling and use in unmentioned conditions
- bad or lacking maintenance of the parts
furthermore:
- all the parts have a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
-The guarantee loses if it isn't possible to go back to the manufacturing date (illegibility
or lack of the marking of date).
-The guarantee doesn't cover those parts subject to wear and also those elements
changed or repaired by unauthorized people and so they are aren't the equivalent
of the authentic components.
- The guarantee is limited to the faulty parts recognized by the manufacturer.
-If other unauthentic parts are used, the manufacturer will disclaim any responsibility
MANUTENTION
DOGE 80 et ses parties sont complétement en aluminium à l'exception des ressorts
(inox) et des pivots des tiratns (zinc), donc il ne nécessite pas des soignes particuliers.
Les accumulations éventuelles de saleté peuvent être enlevées à l'aide d'eau ou de pâte
pour le nettoyage. L'emploi des solventes peut opacifier les surfaces. Contrôlez
périodiquement les conditions de plateau et des roue.
GARANTIE
DOGE 80 est garanti pendant un an.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilté en cas de:
- emploi de parties différentes des originales
- montage, démontage et emploi dans des conditions pas prévues
- entretien mauvaise ou insuffisante des parties
EN PLUS:
-tout les matériaux sont garantis pendant un an contre les défauts de fabrication
-automatiquement la garantie n'est plus valide s'il n'est pas possible de remonter à
la date de fabrication (manque ou illésibilité du marquage)
-la garantie n'est pas valide pour les parties qui s'usent au fur et à mésure qu'elles
sont utilisées, ni pour les parties modifiées, transformées ou réparées par le compte
de tiers ou pas correspondantes aux originales.
- la garantie se limite aux éléments jugés comme défectueux par le fabricant.
-le fabricant décline toute responsabilitéen cas d'emploi de parties différentes des
originales.

STABILITY
A) It's possible to use the scaffolding without levellers and stabilizers up to
5,54 m. height of the working plane. It's obligatory the use of levellers or big
stabilizers if the working plane is placed between 5,84 and 8,54 m. height (see
the drawing n.1). From 8,84 m to 12 m height it's obligatory the use of maxi
or big stabilizers. If some unauthentic parts are used, the manufacturer will
disclaim any responsibility.
B) If the scaffolding remains unattended, it should be dismantled or
firmly fixed to permanent structures.

STABILITÈ
A) Jusqu'à 5,54 m d'hauteur du plateau est possible d'utiliser la structure sans
égalisateurs et sans stabilisateurs. De 5,84 m à 8,54 m d'hauteur du plateau est
obligatoire l'usage des égalisateurs ou des stabilisateurs grands (voir dessin 1).
De 8,84 m à 12 m est obligatoire l'usage des stabilisateurs grands ou maxi (voir
dessin 2). Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas d'emploi de parties
différentes des originales.

ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING
INTRODUCTION:
The assembling and disassembling need at least two people.
SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS FOR THE SCAFFOLDING'S
ASSEMBLING:
A) Place the base heads (1) plugging the base transoms (2) in the
holes on the base alum casting.Then plug the base transoms (3)
positioning the spring block mechanisms (green) in the structure.
A) Placez les éléments de base (voir n.1), en insérant les traverses
de base (voir n.2) dans les trous disposé dans les moulages en
fonderie d'aluminium de la base et insérer les traverses laterales
de base (3) en placant les mécanismes de verrouillage à ressort
(verts) à l'intérieur de la structure.
MONTAGE ET DEMONTAGE
Pour le montage et le démontage il faut au moins 2 personnes.

EMPLOI
AVANT TOUT EMPLOI VERIFIEZ QUE:
-La structure soit à la vertical, au contraire réplacez la structure (voir dessins)
- le montage soit correct et complet
- aucun changement climatique (vent, glace, pluie etc) n'ait pas réduit la
sécurité de la structure
- les roues equippées des freins soient bloquées
- n'augmentez pas l'hauteur à l'aide d'échelles ou caisses
- ne déplacez pas la structure si quelqu'un y est monté dessus
- ne soulevez ou suspendez jamais la structure (voire dessins)
-montez la structure loin de câbles électriques ou d'autres sources électriques.
La structure n'est pas isolée électriquement.
USE
Before using the scaffolding it's necessary to check:
- The verticality (through the level on the base head) and if necessary position
again the structure (see the drawing below)
- the correct assembly
- that the safety of the structure hasn't been endangered by any atmospheric
agent such as wind, frost, rain
- don't raise the height of the scaffolding with ladders
- don't move the structure with persons on it
- the structure can't be lifted or hung (see the drawing below)
- assembly the scaffolding making sure that it's far from electrical cables.
The structure isn't electrically insulated
- block the wheels through proper brakes

B) Insérez les espaliers
latéraux (3) dans les
traverses latérales de
base (2) en faisant
atténtion que le
mécanisme de
verrouillage (4) soit à la
vertical (voir cercle)
C) Insérez les diagonales (5)
dans le sens des flèches
à l'aide du levier
d'ouverture du ressort
(voir cercle).
Ensuite placez les
traverses supérieures (6)
dans les espaliers (3).
D) Accrochez le plateau aux
marches latéraux des
espaliers, montez la phlinte
en aluminium (10).Montez les
garde-corps (11) à 40 cm de
distance du bord supérieur de
la phlinte (10). Enfin montez
les garde-corps (12) à 100 cm
de la plateforme du plateau.
E) Après avoir réglé le niveau
de l'échafaudage à l'aide
des vérins (12) placez les
stabilisateurs (13).
Pour accomplir cette
opération il est nécessaire
d'utiliser les éléments de
nivellement placés à la
base (option)
B) Carry on with the

Make sure that the block
mechanism is vertically
positioned as shown in the
circle.
C) Plug the bits (5)
according to the diretion
of the arrows pressing
the lever that opens the
spring (as shown in the
circle). Put the side
transoms plugging them
in the sides (3).
D) Placethe working plane,hookingit
atthe sidesteps of thesides and
thenassemblethe alumperimeter
bandto stopthe foot(10).
Assemble the simple protection
banister (11) spaced out 40 cm
from the upper border of the
perimeter band to stop the foot (10).
Finally assemble the protection
banister (12) spaced out 100 cm.
from the trampling plane of the
board (according to EN 1004
Norm).
E) After regulating the
scaffolding by acting on
levellers (12), place the
stabilizers on the 4 sides
of the structure.
During this operation it
should be necessary to
use the spirit levels
positioned on the base
