WARNING
■Do not set the machine where it could block
emergency exits.
■Install the machine assuring a safety zone around
it of as minimum 0,5m of width.
■Do not bend the power cord by force or place
heavy objects on it.
■Never plug or unplug the power cord with wet
hands.
■Never unplug the machine by pulling the power
cord.
■Before inspecting the u
nit, make sure the power
is OFF.

Use always, for replacement parts, pieces
authorized by Falgas.
CAUTION

3.1 ALIMENTACIÓN E INSTALACIÓN

4- DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
Las máquinas infantiles son las atracciones
destinadas a los más pequeños. Las formas, colores,
movimientos, luces y sonidos de estas máquinas han sido
ideados para el agrado del público infantil, buscando
siempre la máxima comodidad y seguridad en su función
de juego, recreo y diversión de los más pequeños,
estimulando sus fantasías y emociones de forma sana y
divertida.
Todo esto sin descuidar los aspectos técnicos y los
pequeños detalles que hacen de los infantiles
las máquinas más funcionales y fiables del
sector.
Las máquinas están constituidas por una base o chasis fijo
que soporta el mecanismo que proporciona el movimiento
de vaivén, balanceo o rotación a las partes móviles o
figuras.
Cada máquina incorpora el sonido típico de la figura que la
compone, y otros sonidos adicionales accionados mediante
pulsadores y otros accionamientos dispuestos para tal
efecto.
Los efectos de las luces de colores y los propios colores de
las máquinas contribuyen a crear la imagen atrayente y
sugestiva que caracteriza a los infantiles .
La base está formada por un chasis de tubo de acero
pintado. El chasis soporta el motor que transmite el
movimiento al mecanismo a través de un reductor o de un
juego de poleas. La estructura de tubo y el mecanismo
están protegidos por una cubierta de poliéster y gelcoat.
Sobre la base se ubican las figuras, también construidas
con poliéster.
4- GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The kiddie rides are the attractions
destined for the smallest. The forms, colours, movements,
lights and sounds of these machines have been designed
for the pleasure of the infantile public, looking always for
the maximum comfort and safety in his function of game,
playtime and amusement of the smallest, stimulating his
fantasies and emotions in a healthy and entertaining way.
All that without neglecting the technical aspects and the
small details that do of the kiddie rides the
most functional and trustworthy machines of the sector.
The machines are constituted by a fixed base or chassis,
that supports the mechanism that provides the rocking or
rotation movement to the mobile parts or figures. Every
machine incorporates the typical sound of the figure that
composes it, and other additional sounds driven by push-
buttons arranged for such an effect.
The effects of the lights of colours and the own colours of
the machines help to create the attractive and suggestive
image that characterizes the kiddie rides.
The base is formed by a steel pipe chassis. The chassis
supports the motor that transmits the movement to the
mechanism across a reducer or pulleys system. The pipe
structure and the mechanism are protected by a cover of
polyester and gelcoat. On the base the figures are located,
also made with polyester.

4.1 SISTEMA ELÉCTRICO/ELECTRÓNICO
El sistema de control es electrónico y está compuesto por
una fuente de alimentación y una tarjeta electrónica
microprocesada (so-tempo). Los modelos interactivos
incorporan un variador de frecuencia.

La fuente de alimentación, situada en la parte fija o base de
la máquina, incorpora un transformador de seguridad de
doble aislamiento en conformidad con la norma UNE
60742, y la placa electrónica de activación del motor.
La fuente proporciona la corriente eléctrica de muy baja
tensión de seguridad de 12V a la parte móvil superior de la
máquina. En ella se ubican las siguientes protecciones:
▪Protecciones:
▫Fusible Power: fusible general de 6A.
▫Fusible Timer: fusible de alimentación del so-tempo
de 2A.
▫Fusible Light: fusible de luces de 6A.
▫Térmico de protección del motor
4.1 ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICAL SYSTEM
The system control is electronic and is composed by a
power unit and a microprocessed electronic board (sound-
timer). The interactive models incorporate a variable
frequency converter.

The power unit, placed in the fixed part or base of the
machine, incorporates a double isolation safety
transformer, and a solid-state relay for to activate the
motor.
The source provides the electrical current of very low
tension of safety of 12V to the mobile top part of the
machine. In her the following protections are located:
▪Protections

▫Timer fuse: 2A sound-timer fuse
▫Light fuse: 6A lights fuse
▫Motor circuit-breaker

4.2 ASPECTOS DE SEGURIDAD
■El motor y mecanismos están situados y cerrados de
manera que, en uso normal, proporcionan una protección
adecuada contra los daños personales.
■Las envolventes protectoras y protecciones no permiten
ser extraídas sin la ayuda de una herramienta.
■Las máquinas están construidas y cerradas de forma que
existe una protección adecuada contra el contacto
accidental con las partes activas, entendiendo como tales
las que funcionan a una tensión superior a 24V.
■La envolvente del aparato no contiene más aperturas que
las necesarias para la utilización y funcionamiento del
aparato.
■Los cables flexibles de alimentación están unidos a la
máquina mediante una fijación tipo X,Y,M o Z.
■Los cables flexibles de alimentación están provistos de
un conductor conectado al borne de puesta a tierra de la
máquina y al contacto de tierra del enchufe.
■Las partes metálicas accesibles de los aparatos, que
puedan quedar con tensión en caso de fallo del
aislamiento, están conectadas permanentemente y de
forma segura a un borne de tierra.
4.2 SAFETY ASPECS
■The motor and mechanisms are placed and closed to
provide a suitable protection against the bodily injuries.

extracted without the help of a tool.
■The machines are made and closed to provide correct
protection against the accidental contact with the active
parts, like those who work to more of 24V.
■Device covering does not contain any more openings

■The flexible power cords are joined to the machine
through X, Y, M or Z fixation.
■The flexible power cords are provided with a ground
wire connected to the machine and to the ground contact of
the plug.
■The metallic accessible parts of the devices, which could
stay with tension in case of isolation failure, are connected
permanently and from sure form to a ground terminal.

5- PUESTA EN MARCHA
Para la puesta en marcha del infantil se deberán seguir los
siguientes pasos:
■Teniendo en consideración las indicaciones de seguridad
anteriormente descritas, se situará la máquina en el lugar
deseado y se enchufará a la red.
■El siguiente paso consistirá en la programación de los
parámetros ajustables, siguiendo el procedimiento descrito
en el apartado de programación.

■La máquina ya está lista para su funcionamiento. Al
introducir la moneda, hará un sonido típico de aceptación
de moneda y se pondrá en marcha. Transcurrido el tiempo
programado, el aparato quedará en estado de reposo,
efectuando periódicamente, según se haya programado, un
reclamo musical y luminoso.
5- START-UP
Start-up must be realize this way:
■Considering previous safety described indications, the
machine will be located in the wished place and will be
plugged in to the net.
■Next step will be the programming of the adjustable
parameters. Following procedure described in the
programmable adjustments section.

■Now the machine is ready to work. When a coin is
inserted, the machine will emit a typical reception sound.
When the programmed time is over, the device will stay at
rest, doing as it has been programmed, a musical and
luminous attention call.
PRECAUCIÓN
●La máquina debe conectarse a una toma de
corriente con contacto de puesta a tierra.
●La instalación debe estar protegida mediante un
interruptor diferencial de alta sensibilidad.
IMPORTANTE !
Para que los ajustes programados sean efectivos se

■La programación se realiza a través del so-tempo. La
siguiente figura muestra los diferentes elementos que
aparecen en el frontal de éste.

1-VOLUMEN DE AUDIO
Nivel de audio regulable de 0a 9. Su ajuste se realiza de
forma directa a través del pulsador DIGITAL LEVEL CONTROL
incorporado en el frontal del so-tempo. Al activar el
pulsador, el display muestra L…, y se incrementa el
volumen de sonido de viaje hasta 9.
Según normativa, limitar el nivel de audio al valor 7
(<85dB)
1- SOUND LEVEL CONTROL
Level sound adjustable from 0to 9. The activation is
directly trough an incorporated DIGITAL LEVEL CONTROL
switch on the front of the sound-timer. Activating the
push-button, the display shows L…, and the sound volume
is increased even 9.
According to regulation limits the sound level at value 7

3- MODO TEST
El modo test incorporado en los So-tempo M95 y M97
permite verificar las funciones de la máquina sin modificar
los contadores de monedas.
Para entrar en Modo TEST Pulsar TEST (CCOIN)
hasta que en el display aparezcan los símbolos alternativos
.
3- TEST MODE
The test mode incorporated in the Sound-timer M95 and
M97 allows to check the machine functions without
modifying the coin counter value.
To enter in TEST Mode Press TEST (CCOIN) until
the display shows the alternative symbols .
Funciones en Modo TEST:
■COMPROBACIÓN DE LOS MONEDEROS
Cuando se introduce una moneda se emite un sonido típico
de aceptación de monedas. Estas verificaciones no ponen
en marcha la máquina ni repercuten en los contadores de
monedas.
■COMPROBACIÓN DEL MOTOR
El pulsador VALUE (CCOIN) permite arrancar y parar el
motor.
MOTOR ON se indica con alternativo en el display
MOTOR OFF se indica con alternativo en el display
■COMPROBACIÓN DE LOS PULSADORES
Los pulsadores de entrada funcionan normalmente como
en el modo de partida.
■COMPROBACIÓN DE LAS LUCES
La luz de START y los dos canales de luz controlados por
el so-tempo hacen intermitente.
TEST Mode functions:
■COIN MECHANISMS CHECKING
When a coin is inserted, the sound-timer emits a typical
reception coin sound. These checks don't start-up the
machine and don't modify the coin counters value.
■MOTOR CHECKING
The VALUE push-button allows to start and to stop the
motor.
MOTOR ON is shown with alternative on the
display.
MOTOR OFF is shown with alternative on the
display.
■PUSH-BUTTON ENTRYS CHECK
The entrance push-buttons are working normally like in
ride mode.
■LIGHTS CHECK
The START light and the two light channels controlled by
sound-timer make intermittent.

■Para ver el valor de los contadores de monedas deben
pulsarse los pulsadores o .
▪Pulsando COIN, el display muestra la recaudación de
la entrada de monedas 1 (Cable blanco en la instalación).
▪Pulsando coin, el display muestra la recaudación de la
entrada de monedas 2 (Cable gris en la instalación).
▪El valor se muestra en tres bloques consecutivos de dos
dígitos que se muestran secuencialmente.
Ejemplo: Si una máquina ha recaudado 219370, en la
entrada de monedas 1, la recaudación ( COIN) se
mostrará de la siguiente manera:
