1. WHAT COMES WITH MY FAQ™ 200 LE MASK?

2. WHAT SHOUL I O AFTER I RECEIVE MY FAQ™ 200 LE MASK?
Congratulations on discovering a new era of anti-aging. Before you begin your rst treatment with FAQ™ 202, you need to
unlock and register your device by downloading the FAQ™ Swiss app for free, and following the instructions in the app. (For
more information, please refer to the section below titled ‘THE APP’).
3. HOW O I TURN MY FAQ™ 200 LE MASK ON?
Press the universal power button on your LED mask to turn it on.
4. HOW O I TURN MY FAQ™ 200 LE MASK OFF?
Press and hold the universal power button on your LED mask for 3 seconds to turn it o. Your device will turn oautomatically after 15 mins.
TREATMENT
5. HOW DO I START MY FIRST TREATMENT?
First, clean and dry your face and neck carefully, and apply your FAQ™ primer if desired. Then place your FAQ™ 200LED Face
Mask over your face, and secure it in place with the headband. Press the universal power button to turn onyour mask. Y ou can
change the LED colors by q uick-pressing the button again. ( W ith FAQ™ 202, you can also accessmore settings and pre-
programmed treatments via the FAQ™ Swiss app). En j oy your LED facial treatment for up to 1 5 mins, while you continue with your
day - for multitasking at its best. O nce nished, press the universal power buttonfor 3 seconds to turn o  your mask.
6 . CAN I USE MY OWN SKINCARE WITH MY FAQ™ 200 LE MASK?
W e recommend using FAQ™ primer with the FAQ™ 200 LED Mask due to its potent anti-aging properties.However, you can use
your own skincare instead, if desired. But make sure the skincare products you usedon’t contain any silicones or acids, or
photosensitive ingredients such as V itamin A, R etinol, AHAs, Ben z oylPeroxide and V itamin C.
7 . HOW OFTEN CAN I USE MY FAQ™ 200 LE MASK?
W e recommend using your FAQ™ LED Mask for 5 -1 5 minutes, 3 - 5 times per week for optimal results.

LED , or li g ht emittin g diode , therapy is a skincare treatment that uses varyin g wavelen g ths of li g ht. NASA ori g inallydeveloped it

U nlike other types of li g ht therapy , LEDs do not contain ultraviolet rays. Therefore , they ’ re safe for re g ular use. LEDli g ht therapy
also doesn ’ t cause burns like other anti - a g in g treatments such as chemical peels , dermabrasion , andlaser therapy.

1 0 . HOW O I P AIR MY FAQ™ 202 LE MASK WITH THE FAQ™ SWISS A PP ?
First, download the FAQ™ Swiss app to your smartphone or tablet, and turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone / tablet. N ext, press
and hold the universal button on your mask for 3 seconds. The mask will turn blue to indicatewhen it is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Then simply follow the instructions in the app to nish pairing your mask tothe app. ( N O TE : Y our mask must be o  before you can
put it in Bluetooth pairing mode).

11. DOES MY FAQ™ 202 LED MASK WORK WITHOUT THE APP?
Ye , you can manually u e your ma k without the FAQ™ Swi app. Simply witch between LED color by pre ingthe
univer al power button. However, plea e keep in mind that before you u e the ma k for the very r t time, youmu t unlock
and regi ter it through the FAQ™ Swi app.
12. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING THE FAQ™ SWISS APP?
The FAQ™ Swi app oer a pre-programmed facial treatment for you to enjoy, a well a a wirele remotecontrol
function. It al o oer you advanced etting that you can ave to your device, according to yourpreference , for the next
time you turn it on. Additionally, you can regi ter your warranty and acce how to u ein truction via the app.

13. WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN MY FAQ™ LED MASK FLASHES RED 3 TIMES?
Your mask will ash red 3 times to indicate low battery. Recharge your mask using the provided USB charging cablefor up to
2 hours, until fully charged.
14. WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN MY FAQ™ LED MASK FLASHES BLUE?
Your mask will ash blue to indicate it is in Bluetooth pairing mode, and ready to connect to the app.
15. HOW DO I CLEAN MY FAQ™ DEVICE?
Alway clean your FAQ™ LED Ma k thoroughly after u e. For optimal re ult , we recommend praying the ma kwith FAQ™
Silicone Cleaning Spray. Then wet a lint-free cloth or towel with warm water, and thoroughly wipe o allremaining re idue.
( NOTE : Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the
silicone ) .
