Battery use instructions: When the external power fails, the device will
automatically enable the installed battery to power the device. (Note: the

Open the installed smart life App
3.1 、APP download and installation
Scan the QR code below to download the Smart Life app and complete
the installation.
To load Kibble, press the
back button and open the
cover upward.
Place the bowl on a flat surface,
ensuring that the hopper is
securely attached, as shown.
Insert the charging cable into
the Type-C charging port at the
bottom of the mainframe.
Simply open the cover and place
the desiccant inside. Be sure to
cover it securely when you're done.

Add dry pet food,
fill the food storage bucket
with dry food of 0.15-0.5"
diameter, and put it back on
the top cover.

Configuration
• Tap-to-Run and Automation: You need to create automation within
the main page of the Smart Life app.
• Oine Notification: You will receive a notification if the device has
been oine for more than 30 minutes. When using backup battery
power, the notification will be sent after 8 hours.
• Share Device: Share this device with another account.
• Create Group: You need to create Group within the main page of the
Smart Life app.

• Slow Feed: 10 seconds per portion

• Factory Reset: Reset all settings
Data based on the Royal Canin Adult Cat Dry Food Indoor.
The kibble size: 0.15-0.47 in (4mm-12mm)
Based on our lab test, 1 Portion = 6 Grams when you use 0.24 inch kibbles.
Please test the portions first before setting a meal.

After the APP is connected, it can be set in the APP Grain plan, daily
automatic grain, and can receive grain status push message.

Periodically clean the bowl and feed hopper with mild soap and water to
avoid the growth of bacteria that may aect the health of your pet.
Q: The feeder is not connected, what is the problem, what to do?
A: 1. Check if the machine is normal: Check the status of the device indicator. After the
power is turned on, the green indicator light flashes. When the network is connected, it
will be on.
A: 2. Check if the Wi-Fi username and password are normal: Wi-Fi user name and
password cannot have special characters. It is recommended to use English letters +
number signs.
A: 3. Uninstall the software and reinstall the software,Please authorize the APP to
obtain the location information and access the network permissions during the
installation process. Follow the above steps, and enter the correct wifi password. If you
still have diculties, please contact customer service.
Q: When connecting the feeder, sometimes it can be connected normally, sometimes
not, how to deal with it?
A: Check if the machine's food outlet is blocked. At this time, the blue indicator is
always on.
Q: Why does the feeding time dier by tens of seconds from the current time?
A: The parameters set on the APP will have an error of about 30 seconds depending
on the timing of the network environment.
Q: How to quickly reconnect after the machine is disconnected?
A: Exit the APP and re-enter, wait for the data update.
Q: Feeder requirements for network type?
A: The feeder must use a wifi signal that satisfies the wifi 802.11bgn protocol.

To clean the main body located in the upper section, simply remove
it from the bottom feeder and use cleaning agents and water.

Attentions
• Please place the device properly to prevent pets from tipping it over. This
device is only suitable for small and medium pets weighing 45lb or less.
• Product is not recommended for pets under three months old.
• Please replace the desiccant in the storage cover regularly. Desiccant is not
required.
• Do not get the desiccant wet. If wet or damaged, discard it immediately.
• Please keep the feed hopper dry and sealed, and check it regularly to ensure
there is no food residue.
• Do not pour anything other than dry pet food into the feed hopper. Otherwise,
the device may malfunction or even cause safety issues for pets.
• To prevent pets from tipping over the product, it is recommended to place it in
a corner or against a wall.
• The USB-C power should be installed as inconspicuously as possible to
prevent pets from biting the wire and damaging the device.
• If children use this device, please make sure to use it under the guidance of an
adult.
• Regularly clean the feed hopper and food bowl with soap and water.
• Back-up Battery: When the device loses power, it will start using the battery
and enter low-power mode. In low-power mode, WIFI will be disconnected,
but previously scheduled feeding will continue. The battery life is about 3
months.
• This feeder is suitable for dry food with a diameter of less than 0.5 inches.
Freeze-dried food is not recommended. Please keep the feeder dry.
• It is recommended to use this product indoors, away from direct sunlight and
heat sources.
• Please use the original power adapter. Otherwise, the device may be
damaged or unable to operate.
• Do not immerse this product in water.
• For moving and/or storage, please unplug the power cord and remove the
backup battery.
• Do not disassemble or repair the product except per these instructions

FAS alliance Inc. provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser for
the following period from the purchasing date against deficiencies in
material and workmanship under normal use. Should this unit fail to
operate in a satisfactory manner within the warranty period, FAS
alliance Inc. will, at its discretion, exchange or refund the product.

Original purchase receipt is required when claiming warranty.
If this feeder fails to operate in a satisfactory manner, it is best to
contact the store where it was originally purchased. If the store fails to
resolve the issue(s) and if you believe your Feeders meets the criteria for
a warranty exchange or refund, please contact us by email at

This limited warranty does not cover the following conditions:
• If the device was not purchased from an authorized FAS alliance Inc.

• FAS alliance Inc. is not liable for any damages (properties, business,

and product damage or personal injuries that occur due to accidents
