OPERATION AND USE OF DENT TOOL KIT
Step 1:
Identifying the vehicle collision /dent. Clean the surface of the paintwork. Use only mild
cleaning agents. The use of a surface coarse sponge will cause irreparable damage.
Step 2:
Use the glue gun, push the glue stick into the back of the glue gun.
Heating the glue gun causes the glue stick to melt.
Step 3:
Use the hot glue gun, put glue on the glue tab, and then place the recess in the dent glue tab.
Step 4
:
Use the T bar slide hammer or dent mini lifter extraction of the bump. What tool you use, also
depends on the size of the dent; Up to 30mm diameter use the dent mini lifter, if larger then use
the slide hammer

Step 5:
When the temperature reaches the correct time, do not use too much force.
Pull until the glue tab is removed.
Step 6:
Use the release agent to dissolve glue. Use the scraper to remove the glue.
Step 7:
Finally, using a soft clean cloth wipe away any residual glue, restoring the paintwork to
the original condition.

Step5:

removed.

Machines that are double insulated do not require a connection to earth.
Ifindoubtconsultaqualiedelectrician.
The wires are coloured as follows:
Blue Neutral (N)
Brown Live (L)
3 amp BS 1363A Fuse
Always secure the wires in the plug terminals carefully to make sure that no loose strands are
leftexposedastheycanshortcircuitandcauseinjury,reand/ordamagedthetool.
Securethecableinthecordgriprmly.
Never use a light socket. Never connect the live (L) or neutral (N) wires to the earth pin marked (E).
NOTE:
Ifyourmainswiresdifferfromtheaboveconsultaqualiedelectrician.Alwaysmake
sure the mains supply is of the correct voltage and that you use the correct fuse protection.
Regularly inspect all machines, electrical connections and wiring condition for damage. Any
faultsdetectedshouldbeimmediatelyrectiedbeforefurtheruseofthemachine.Alwayshave
thewiringcheckedbyaqualiedelectrician.
In use ensure all wiring and extension cords are kept clear of any cutting tools, sharp objects
andanyotherworkshophazardssuchaswetoors,chemicals,solventsetc.
This machine is protected by a 3 amp fuse make sure the correct fuse is used.

If you need to replace the fitted plug of the tool, then follow the instructions below.
Machines that are connected direct to mains supply.
For machines that are double insulated, do not require a connection to earth.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician
The wires are coloured as follows
Blue Neutral (N)
Brown Live (L)
3amp BS 1363A Fuse
Always secure the wires in the plug terminals carefully make sure no loose strands are left
exposed as they can short circuit and cause injury, fire and or damaged the tool.
Secure the cable in the cord grip firmly.
Never use a light socket. Never connect the live (L) or neutral (N) wires to the earth pin marked
(E).
NOTE: If your mains wires differ from the above consult a qualified electrician. Always make
sure the mains supply is of correct voltage and you use the correct fuse protection.
Regularly inspect all machines electrical connection and wiring condition for damage. Any
faults detected should be immediately rectified before further use of the machine. Always have
the wiring checked by a qualified electrician.
In use ensure all wiring and extension cords are kept clear of any cutting tools, sharp objects
and any other workshop hazards such as wet floors, chemicals, solvents etc.
This machine is protected by a 3 amp fuse make sure the correct fuse is used.
To prevent fire or shock hazards do not expose these products to rain or moisture.

- The warranty will cover you from all faults cause by defective components or poor workmanship.
- Tools sent outside the EU are not covered by this warranty.
- Product must be returned to us, the warranty does not cover cost of carriage.
- If the product is no longer in manufacture, it will be replaced with a tool of equivalent or higher specification.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Replacement of any provided accessories, such as Backing Pads, Airline Connections, Air Fittings, Blades,
Spanners, etc.
- Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, neglect, misuse or careless operation, handling and
storage of the product.
- Modification of, or change of, any part of this product in any way.
- Faults caused by use of non compatible accessories.
- Tool seizure caused by insufficient oiling.
- Faults caused by incorrect installation.
- Repairs or alterations carried out by non-approved parties.
- Traced of water or rust inside tool - this shows that a properly working air filter has not been used.
Validity
- This warranty is valid for 6 months after date of purchase.
- Warranty is rendered invalid if;
- Tool is taken apart for any reason without our consent.
- Tool is not maintained daily.
- Air supply line is not used with a properly working air filter.
