My Fitness
From My Fitness menu, you can track your
steps, calories burnt, active Multisport
time, and your day's sleep. You can also tap
on the screen to view 24 hour activity data
and even change your goals right from the
watch.
Phone
During pairing and on-boarding, you receive a pop-up for connecting BT
calling. Tap on pair to enable BT calling on your watch.
In the Phone menu, you can check your recent calls, contacts you have
saved from the app onto the watch and dialpad to call manually.

In App Settings, go to My Watch > Favourite Contacts.
Select the contacts that you wish to add as your favourites. You
can select upto 10 favourite contacts. Press Save once you have
selected your favourite contacts.
Once you are done selecting, you can then reposition those 10
contacts as per your wish. Press save once you are done
repositioning the same.
After that, the app will start uploading those contacts as
shortcuts in your watch.
You can delete any contact by swiping left against a name and
tap on "remove". You can also change the order of names by
long pressing a name and rearranging the order.
Once you delete a contact, there will be 9 contacts left so
automatically 'add more' option will be displayed below and
you can repeat the process to add a contact.
And there it is, you can now call them directly through your
watch (if BT calling is paired with your phone.)

Favourite Contacts

Alexa
Reflex Limitless FS1 has In-Built Alexa which helps you ease your
process of using the watch. You can now command your watch and
setup reminders, alarms, ask the internet and much more. To setup
Alexa, you need to first login your Amazon Account in the App. Make
sure your watch and app are connected.
Once your account is set-up,
you can get all the things done
from the watch.
For e.g. "Set an alarm for 8 am".
The watch will automatically
set the alarm for you.
Multisports
Fastrack Limitless FS1 brings you
all new 100+ Multisports with
enhanced activity tracking. Your
watch uses Al Coach to train you
and help outperform yourself
each time. Each sport is designed
in its own unique way with goal
setting designed for each sport.

You have the option to set
customized pace, your average
running pace up till now or
your running pace for the last 1
km you ran.
You can set customized
running pace for yourself.
You have the option for
selecting the duration for
your sport.
Set your calorie goal for your
sport.
You can also set the distance
you want to run.
You can track duration, calories burnt, and other relevant
activity metrics.

You can even listen, change, increase volume and
play/pause music while your multisport is active.
Note -
Smart Competitor is an AI Coach tool which competes with
you according to the details that you select before starting
your sport. It is only available for running.
Sports Records
All the sports that you have recently used will be recorded and saved in
Sports Records. You can even delete one record or all the records as per
your choice.

Heart Rate
Tap on Heart Rate from the
main menu to check and
measure your heart rate. View
your 24 hour readings and your
max and min heart rate value.
SpO2
You can measure your SpO2
levels in just a few seconds. Tap
on Spo2 from the main menu
and let the watch measure a
reading. View your 24 readings
taken in the last 24 hours.
Stress
Track your stress levels by using
this feature which can help you
control your stress.

Sleep
If you wear your watch while
you sleep, it can track your sleep
data with total sleep time, went
to bed time and woke up time
too.
Breathe
To control stress, this
watch helps you ease
out through breathe
feature. Just relax and
let the watch guide you
to control your
breathing.
Clock Features
In the Clock menu, you can
access alarm, stopwatch and
timer.

Alarm
Set up alarms on your Fastrack Limitless FS1.You can set up alarms
right from the watch itself. You can also delete, turn on/ off the
alarm. Now have full control over your watch.
Stopwatch
Tap on stopwatch to start the timer. Start your stopwatch, create
laps for your run and reset once done.

Timer
You can set timers for your exercise and the watch alerts you once
the timer is up.
Weather
You can check the current
weather of your city/place. You
can also see weather forecasts
for the next 2 days.

My Cycle
Women Health feature has been added specially for women that
can be used to track menstrual cycle. It can also be used to track the
last period, next period, ovulation period and ovulation day with it's
unique tracking process.
Music
Have full control over your
music right on your watch.
Play/ Pause, or go to Next/
Previous song with just
simple taps. You can even
adjust volume, no need to
find your phone!
