Problème Diagnostic Réparation
L’extracteur de jus
n’est pas alimenté
en électricité
L’extracteur de jus n’est pas branché. Vérie si l’extracteur de jus est branché.
Assemblage incorrect Ré-assembler l’extracteur de jus en suivant les
indications de montage.
Le moteur s’est
arrêté
Le bol à jus est trop plein
Appuyer sur REV (Arrière) pour débloquer les
aliments qui obstruent. Répéter plusieurs fois
Avertissement : Ne pas appuyer sur le bouton
Reverse rapidement ni de façon répétée. Le fait
d’appuyer plus de 5 fois d’aflée sur le bouton
risque d’endommager l’appareil de manière
irréversible.
Une utilisation excessive de l’appareil a provoqué
l’arrêt du moteur de manière préventive pour éviter
une surchauffe
Mettre l’appareil hors tension et laisser le moteur
refroidir avant d’utiliser l’appareil de nouveau
Fuites sous le bol
à jus
Le bouchon en caoutchouc sous le bol à jus n’est pas
correctement inséré.
Replacer le bouchon en caoutchouc sur le socle
du bol à jus en position correcte.
Taches sur le bol à
jus, le pressoir, la
brosse essoreuse
Il s’agit d’une coloration naturelle due aux aliments.
Le phénomène est tout à fait normal. Pour réduire
l’intensité de la coloration, veiller à rincer et à
nettoyer l’appareil sitôt après son utilisation.
Grincements en
cours d’utilisation Bruit provoqué par le pressoir Le phénomène est tout à fait normal. Veiller à ne
pas surcharger l’extracteur de jus.
Filtre endommagé
Présence d’aliments surgelés, de glaçons, de
pépins, de graines et autre aliment ou surcharge
d’aliments dans le bol à jus

d’utilisation pour une meilleure utilisation de
l’appareil. Ne pas surcharger l’appareil

Problem Possible Causes What To Do
No power to juicer
Juicer not plugged in Verify if slow juicer is pluged..
Incorrect assembly Reassemble the juicer according to the
instructions
Motor has stopped
Juicing bowl has been overlled with material
Press the reverse power button to try and clear the
clog. May need to be try this a few times.
Warning: Do not press the Reverse button rapidly
and in close succession. Repeating this action in
this manner 5 or more times will cause permanent
damage to the machine.
Overuse has caused the motor to shut down as a
precaution to overheating
Switch off and let the motor cool before using
again.
Leaking from
beneath the
Juicing bowl.
Rubber plug on base of Juicing bowl not correctly
inserted
Re-insert the rubber plug on the base of Juicing
bowl into correctly position.
Stain on the
Juicing bowl,
Strainer, Spinning
brush.
Natural color from juicing materials
This is perfectly normal. To reduce discoloration
ensure you rinse and clean the appliance
immediately after using.
Squeaking noise
during operation. Juicing noise from squeezing screw This is perfectly normal. Ensure you do not
overload the juicer
Damage to the
strainer.
Frozen foods, ice, pips, seeds, unknown
substance or too much material in the Juicing
bowl.
Ensure you read the instructions carefully on the
correct use of the juicer. Do not overll the juicer
