PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

USAGE AND OPERATION
1 HL60II headlamp is used with two or four18650 lithium batteries in casing
BA2884 or BA4884 . Please fully charge up the batteries before first time
operation.
•To install: Open batteries casing BA2884 or BA4884 ,put two or four
18650 batteries into the casing with +/- terminals matching the marks,
then close the casing.
•To charge the batteries: Connect the 5.5DC end of Ferei AC008 adapter
charger into BA2884 or BA4884 battery casing to get batteriescharged.
When in a charging state , the LED indicator on the adapter willillumi nate
red and when charging is complete the LED indicator will illuminate green.
2Lighting modes:
•Minimum bright
•Four types blinking (police blinking/slow blinking/quick blinking/
SOS.
3Customized brightness settings: Customized brightness setting
from 20%.30%.40%.. to 90%, 8 levels brightness available in Minimum
and Maximum mode , except four types blinking.
4Brightness memory: In either2 lighting mode or 3 blinking mode,
the customized brightness and mode could be memorized if staying
for over 2 seconds.
5To operate:
•Press the on/off switch rapidly or continuously to active or convert
between lighting and blinking modes.
•With headlamp already on, press and hold on/off switch to cycle
through the customized brightness settings from 20% to 90%. When
a desired brightness appears, simply release the switch. this lighting /
brightness or blinking mode will be memorized. Next time you turn
on the headlamp to Minimum or Maximum mode ,it starts from the
memorized lighting / brightness or blinking mode.
•Blinking modes: Starting with off mode, press and hold on/off
switch for 2 seconds for blinking. Press and hold for 2 seconds again
to change between blinking modes. To turn off, press on/off switch
once.
6Battery level indicating: in any lighting mode, headlamp will
blinking 10 times in 5 seconds to warn you about its battery capacity is
during 50% to 20%. Please recharge or replace batteries.
7Reverse polarity protection: Headlamp is equipped with smart
IC motherboard to protect itself from accidental damages caused by
connecting batteries in wrong direction.
8Over discharge prevention: headlamp will switch off automatically
in order to prevent damages to lithium batteries and/or headlamp
done by over discharging (complete depletion of battery capacity).
Note: over discharging lithium batteries might cause the battery body
to swell up and produce harmful gases. In order to avoid this, our
product is equipped with low voltage circuit break to switch off the
headlamp when voltage is too low.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF BATTERIES
1 Twist the screw bolt of aluminium battery box to take down the
cover .please pay attention do not to lose the O-ring which is for water
proofing the battery box .
2 Put 2 pieces 18650 batteries into the battery box with correct
polarity. ( Note : Please pay ttention to the positive "+" and negative
"-" poles outside of battery box tube and battery ).
3 Tighten the screw bolt to make the battery cover with correct
polarity on to the battery box .

1Please clean the lens with microfiber cloth or other
s oft fabric regularly to achieve best translucency.
2Please keep the Battery casing BA2884 or BA4884 as clean and dry
as possible, as water and dusts can cause malfunction.
3For prolonged period of storage , please take off the
batteries from headlamp .

4 Connect the wires of battery casing BA2884 and discoverer
lampbody, tighten the DC sleeve by spinning it in clock wise
direction, as shown in picture④.

INTELLIGENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS
The headlamp is designed with the Intelligent temperature control
system. LED is a component which can make heat and is sensitive to
the tempera ture, it will be damaged or its working life will be shorten
by the overheat temperature, especially the powerful and brightness
LED. So the Intelligent temperature control system works when the
headlamp’s designation and structure cannot realize the heat-
radiation temperature from the high brightness LED lighting. The
system controls the temperature of the LED lamp wick, obviously, the
light gets
different Thermal Conductivity with different structure, and generally
speaking, the surface temperature of the light constant between 50°C
to 60°C, when the headlamp runs heat, the Intelligent temperature
control function will help to reduce the power to cool down the lamp
wick, the brightness of the light will corresponding fell and get lower.
And in comparison outdoor using with the indoor using, outdoor area
using will get wind to cool it down and heat-radiation is better, the
LED will crank up the power and the lights become brighter, and the
process of ascension brightness will smooth and slow without flashes.
At the same time, the intelligent temperature control system will lead
the run time get longer (may be the standard of twice to five times ).
Particularly, the run time will depend on the temperature, running
speed even the wind strength, so the actually run time will be a little
different according to the environment of the light using.
CAUTION
To avoid unnecessary incidents, please take notice of the following
precaution points:
WARNINGS
1 This product is not a toy, please refrain from giving it to children as one.
2 Please do not shine directly into someone’s eyes with lights from our
product.
3 Please avoid placing the lens directly on top of a surface when the
lamp is on.
4 Slight warming is normal when the light is in use.
5 You must not disassemble the headlamp, especiallythe sealed parts.
6 Please wipe the headlamp dry immediately after it is placed in water
or put into contact with corrosive matters.
7 When the headlamp is not used for long period ,full charging
batteries every 3 months and discharge 20 minutes before storage.

2 Do not used batteries with damaged +/- terminals.
3 Please use certified 18650 lithium batteries.
4 Please avoid storing batteries inside headlamp for over 30 days.
5 Please do not disassemble any parts of headlamp nor attempt to“fix”
a malfunctioned headlamp.
6 It's better to use the same voltage battery for 2pieces 18650 batteries
every time , do not mix old and new battery to used in headlamp .
