General Power Tool Safety Warnings
1. GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric
shock, fire and/or serious injury.
SAVE ALL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
Work area safety
Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in
explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create
sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
Personal safety
Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as dust mask,
non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal
injuries. Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to power
source and / or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the
switch or energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to
a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool
in unexpected situations.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving
parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
Power tool use and care
Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the
job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk
of starting the power tool accidentally.
Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely
to bind and are easier to control.
Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

General Power Tool Safety Warnings
This power tool is intended to function as a grinder, sander, wire brush, polisher, carving or cut-off tool.
Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided with this power tool.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Do not use accessories which are not specifically designed and recommended by the tool manufacturer.
Just because the accessory can be attached to your power tool, it does not assure safe operation.
The RATED SPEED of the accessories must be at least equal to the operating speed setting marked on the
power tool. Accessories running faster than their RATED SPEED can break and fly apart.
The outside diameter and the thickness of your accessory must be within the capacity rating of your power
tool. Incorrectly sized accessories cannot be adequately guarded or controlled.
The arbor size of wheels, sanding drums or any other accessory must properly fit the spindle or collet of the
power tool. Accessories that do not match the mounting hardware of the power tool will run out of balance,
vibrate excessively and may cause loss of control.
Mandrel mounted wheels, sanding drums, cutters or other accessories must be fully inserted into the collet
or chuck. If the mandrel is insufficiently held and/or the overhang of the wheel is too long, the mounted wheel
may become loose and be ejected at high velocity.
Do not use a damaged accessory. Before each use inspect the accessory such as abrasive wheels for chips
and cracks, sanding drum for cracks, tear or excess wear, wire brush for loose or cracked wires.
If power tool or accessory is dropped, inspect for damage or install an undamaged accessory.
After inspecting and installing an accessory, position yourself and bystanders away from the plane of
the rotating accessory and run the power tool at maximum no-load speed for one minute. Damaged
accessories will normally break apart during this test time.
Wear personal protective equipment. Depending on application, use face shield, safety goggles or safety
glasses. As appropriate, wear dust mask, hearing protectors, gloves and workshop apron capable of
stopping small abrasive or workpiece fragments. The eye protection must be capable of stopping flying
debris generated by various operations. The dust mask or respirator must be capable of filtrating particles
generated by your operation. Prolonged exposure to high intensity noise may cause hearing loss.
Keep bystanders a safe distance away from work area. Anyone entering the work area must wear personal
protective equipment.
Fragments of workpiece or of a broken accessory may fly away and cause injury beyond immediate area of
operation.
Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces only, when performing an operation where the cutting
accessory may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Cutting accessory contacting a “live” wire may make
exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
Always hold the tool firmly in your hand(s) during the start-up. The reaction torque of the motor, as it
accelerates to full speed, can cause the tool to twist.
Use clamps to support workpiece whenever practical. Never hold a small workpiece in one hand and the tool
in the other hand while in use.
Clamping a small workpiece allows you to use your hand(s) to control the tool. Round material such as
dowel rods, pipes or tubing have a tendency to roll while being cut, and may cause the bit to bind or jump
toward you.
Position the cord clear of the spinning accessory. If you lose control, the cord may be cut or snagged and
your hand or arm may be pulled into the spinning accessory.

General Power Tool Safety Warnings
Never lay the power tool down until the accessory has come to a complete stop. The spinning accessory
may grab the surface and pull the power tool out of your control.
After changing the bits or making any adjustments, make sure the collet nut, chuck or any other adjustment
devices are securely tightened. Loose adjustment devices can unexpectedly shift, causing loss of control,
loose rotating components will be violently thrown.
Do not run the power tool while carrying it at your side. Accidental contact with the spinning accessory could
snag your clothing, pulling the accessory into your body.
Regularly clean the power tool’s air vents. The motor’s fan will draw the dust inside the housing and
excessive accumulation of powdered metal may cause electrical hazards.
Do not operate the power tool near flammable materials. Sparks could ignite these materials.
Do not use accessories that require liquid coolants. Using water or other liquid coolants may result in
electrocution or shock.
Use only in well-ventilated area. Working in a safe environment reduces risk of injury.
Allow for sufficient space, at least 6”, between your hand and the spinning bit. Do not reach in the area of the
spinning bit. The proximity of the spinning bit to your hand may not always be obvious.
Do not touch the bit or collet after use. After use the bit and collet are too hot to be touched by bare hands.
Do not alter or misuse tool. Any alteration or modification is a misuse and may result in serious personal
injury.
This product is not intended for use as a dental drill, in human or veterinary medical applications.
Serious injury may result.
Kickback and Related Warnings
Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched or snagged rotating wheel, backing pad, brush or any other
accessory. Pinching or snagging causes rapid stalling of the rotating accessory which in turn causes the
uncontrolled power tool to be forced in the direction opposite of the accessory’s rotation.
For example, if an abrasive wheel is snagged or pinched by the workpiece, the edge of the wheel that
is entering into the pinch point can dig into the surface of the material causing the wheel to climb out
or kickout. The wheel may either jump toward or away from the operator, depending on direction of the
wheel’s movement at the point of pinching. Abrasive wheels may also break under these conditions.
Kickback is the result of power tool misuse and/or incorrect operating procedures or conditions and can be
avoided by taking proper precautions as given below.
Maintain a firm grip on the power tool and position your body and arm to allow you to resist kickback forces.
The operator can control kickback forces, if proper precautions are taken.
Use special care when working corners, sharp edges etc. Avoid bouncing and snagging the accessory.
Corners, sharp edges or bouncing have a tendency to snag the rotating accessory and cause loss of control
or kickback.
Do not attach a toothed saw blade. Such blades create frequent kickback and loss of control.
Always feed the bit into the material in the same direction as the cutting edge is exiting from the material
(which is the same direction as the chips are thrown). Feeding the tool in the wrong direction causes the
cutting edge of the bit to climb out of the work and pull the tool in the direction of this feed.
When using rotary files, cut-off wheels, high-speed cutters or tungsten carbide cutters, always have the work
securely clamped. These wheels will grab if they become slightly canted in the groove, and can kickback.
When a cut-off wheel grabs, the wheel itself usually breaks. When a rotary file, high-speed cutter or tungsten

2. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read, remember and keep these safety instructions for future reference
WARNING: When using electric machines and power tools, always comply with the following safety
instructions to protect against an electric shock, personal injury or the risk of fire. Within the meaning of
these instructions, the expression “power tool” means both power tools powered from the mains (power
cable) and power tools powered from batteries (no power cable).
Keep all warnings and instructions for future use.
1. Working Environment
a) Keep the working area clean and well-illuminated. Mess and dark spaces in the working area are the most
common cause for injuries. Please store the tools properly when not in use.
b) Do not use the power tool in the environment with the risk of fire or explosion, i.e. in areas where flammable
liquids, gases or dust are present. Sparks are formed on the commutator of the power tool and may cause
ignition of dust or vapours.
c) When using power tools, prevent access of unauthorized persons, in particular children, to the workspace! If
distracted, you can lose control of activities performed. Never leave power tools unattended. Prevent access
of pets/animals to the equipment.
2. Electrical Safety
a) The power cable plug of the power tool must match the wall socket. Never alter the plug in any way.
Never use two-way adaptors or any other adaptors with the tools having a protective pin in the power cable
plug. Undamaged plugs and matching sockets reduce the risk of electric shock.
Damaged and tangled power cables increase the risk of electric shock. Should the power cable be
damaged, it must be replaced by a new power cable that may be acquired in our authorized service centre
or from the importer.
b) Avoid body contact with grounded objects, i.e. piping, central heating radiators, cookers and refrigerators.
Risk of electric shock is increased when your body touches the ground.
c) Do not expose the power tool to rain, humidity or other wet conditions. Never touch the power tool with wet
hands. Never wash the power tool under running water. Never immerse it in water.
d) Do not use the power cable for any purpose other than for which it is intended. Never carry or pull the power
tool by its power cable.
Do not pull the plug from the socket by cable pulling. Prevent mechanical damages to the electric cables by
sharp or hot objects.
e) The power tool has been manufactured for powering by the alternating current. Always check the
compliance of the voltage with the rated voltage stated on the nameplate.
f) Never use the power tool with a damaged cable or plug, or which fell to the ground and is damaged in any
way.
g) Should you use an extension cable, always check the compliance of its technical parameters with
specifications stated on the nameplate. If the power tool is used outdoors, use an extension cable suitable
for outdoor use. When using extension drums, these must be unwound to prevent cable overheating.
h) Should the power tool be used in damp areas or outdoors, it may be used only if connected to an electric
circuit with a circuit breaker ≤30 mA. Use of electric circuits with an RCD device reduces the risk of electric
shock.

i) Hold the hand power tool only by insulated surfaces intended for gripping since the cutting or the welding
equipment may touch a hidden wire or the power cable of the tool during operation.
3. Personal Safety
a) When using the power tool, be attentive and vigilant, pay maximum attention to the activity you are doing.
Focus on work. Do not use the power tool when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
Even a moment of inattention when using a power tool may result in a serious personal injury. When working
with power tools, do not drink, eat or smoke.
b) Use protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Use protective equipment corresponding with the
type of work you are doing. Protective equipment, e.g. a respirator, safety slip-resistant shoes, headwear or
hearing protection in accordance with conditions of work reduce the risk of personal injury.
c) Avoid accidental power tool activation. Do not carry power tools connected to the mains with your finger
on the trigger or the switch button. Before connecting to the mains, check that the switch or the trigger is in
the “off” position. Carrying of power tools with your finger on the switch or inserting the power tool plug into
a socket with a switch being “on” may result in serious injuries.
d) Before switching the power tool, remove all adjustment wrenches and other tools. The adjustment wrench or
a tool that remains attached to the rotating part of the power tool may result in injuries of bystanding people.
e) Always keep stable position and balance. Work only on areas that you can safely reach. Never overestimate
your own strength. Do not use power tools when tired.
f) Dress appropriately. Wear working clothes. Do not wear loose-fitting clothes or jewellery. Be careful not to
allow your hair, clothes, gloves or other parts of your body to get too close to the rotating or hot parts of the
power tool.
g) Connect an equipment for dust extraction. If the power tool may be connected to an equipment for capturing
or extraction of dust, make sure to connect the aforesaid equipment and use it properly.
Use of such equipment may reduce the dust-related risks.
h) Fasten the workpiece firmly. Use a carpentry clamp or a vice to fasten a part intended for machining.
i) Dot not use the power tool, if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication or other intoxicating or
addictive substances.
j) This equipment is not designed for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have been
instructed with regard to use of the equipment by a person responsible for their safety. Children must be
supervised to be sure that they do not play with the equipment.
4. Use and Maintenance of the Power Tool
a) Always disconnect the power tool from the mains in case of any trouble during work, before each cleaning or
maintenance, for each relocation and after work. Never use the power tool if it is damaged.
b) Should the power tool start to emit an abnormal noise or odour, stop the work immediately.
c) Do not overload the power tool. The power tool works better and safer if operated in specified rpms.
Use the right power tool designed for your activity. The right power tool works better and safer if being used
for work for which it has been designed.
d) Do not use power tools that cannot be safely switched on and switched off by the switch button.
Use of such tools is dangerous. Defect switches must be repaired in an authorized service centre.
e) Disconnect the power tool from the power source before your start its adjustment, exchange of accessories
or maintenance. This will prevent the risk of accidental starting.

f) Power tools not being used must be kept stored away from children and unauthorized persons.
Power tools in hands of inexperienced users may be dangerous. Store the power tools in a dry and safe
place.
g) Keep the power tool in good conditions. Check the adjustment of moving parts and their looseness regularly.
Check for possible damages of protective covers or any other parts that may endanger the safe operation
of power tools. If the power tool is damaged, ensure its proper repair before its further use. Many injuries are
caused by poorly maintained power tools.
h) Cutting tools must always be sharp and clean. Properly maintained and sharpened tools facilitate work,
reduce the risk of injury and work with such equipment is controlled much easier. Use of other accessories
than specified in the manual may result in damages to the tools and personal injuries.
i) Use power tools, accessories, other tools, etc. in accordance with these instructions and in a manner that is
determined for a particular power tool and with regard to the working conditions and the type of work. Use of
the tools for purposes other than specified may result in dangerous situations.
5. Use of Battery-Driven Power Tools
a) Before inserting the battery, make sure the switch is in “0-OFF” position. Battery insertion into a tool that is
switched on may result in dangerous situations.
b) To charge the batteries, always use chargers specified by the manufacturer. Use of chargers determined for
other battery types may result in damaging and cause a fire.
c) Use batteries determined for the particular power tool only. Use of other battery types may result in personal
injuries or cause a fire.
d) If not being used, store the battery separately from metal objects, e.g. clamps, wrenches, screws and other
small metal objects that could cause connection of one battery terminal with another.
Battery short-circuiting may cause injuries, burns or cause a fire.
e) Handle the batteries with care. Rough handling may result in leakage of chemicals from the battery.
Avoid contact with such substances. If you still come into contact with them, wash the affected area with
running water. If the chemical substance gets into eyes, seek medical advice immediately.
Battery chemicals may cause serious injuries.
6. Service
a) Do not exchange any parts of the power tool, do not repair it or do not otherwise temper the power tool
structure. Repairs of the power tool must be carried out by qualified persons.
b) Any repair or modification of the product without authorization by our company is forbidden (may result in
injuries or damages).
c) Power tools must always be repaired in an authorized service centre. Use only original or recommended
spare parts. This will help you to ensure your safety and safety of your power tool.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Kickback is a sudden reaction caused when a rotating accessory tool, e.g. grinding disc, abrasive band, wire
brush, etc., catches or jams. Catching or jamming leads to an abrupt stop of the rotating accessory tool. If this
happens, an uncontrolled power tool will turn rapidly against the direction of rotation of the accessory tool.
If, for example, a grinding disc catches or jams, the edge of the grinding disc that is projecting into the workpiece
can get caught and break off the grinding disc or cause a kickback. The grinding disc can then fly in the direction
of the operator or away from him, depending on the direction of rotation of the disc at the blockage. This can also
break grinding discs.

A kickback is caused by incorrect use or misuse of the power tool. This can be avoided by taking proper
precautions as given below.
a) Hold the power tool firmly in both hands and position your body and arms so they can absorb the force of
a kickback. By taking adequate precautions, the operator can stay in control of the kickback forces.
b) Take special care when working around corners, sharp edges, etc. Avoid allowing the accessory tool to
bounce back from the workpiece or jam in the workpiece. The rotating accessory tool is more likely to jam in
corners or sharp edges or if it rebounds off them. This can cause a loss of control or kickback.
c) Do not use toothed saw blades. Such accessories often cause a kickback or loss of control over the power
tool.
d) Always move the accessory tool in the same direction in the material in which the cutting edge leaves the
material (in other words, the same direction in which the dust is thrown out).
Guiding the power tool in the wrong direction will cause the cutting edge of the accessory tool to jump out of
the workpiece which can lead to the accessory tool being pulled in this direction.
e) Always fix the workpiece when using rotary files, cutting discs, high-speed milling tools or hard-metal tools.
Even a minimal tilting in the groove can cause these tools to jam and lead to a kickback. When the cutting
disc jams, it usually breaks. When a rotary file, high-speed milling tool or hard-metal milling tool jams, the
accessory tool can jump out of the groove and lead to loss of control of the power tool.
Supplementary safety instructions for grinding and abrasive cutting
Special safety instructions for grinding and abrasive cutting
a) Use only the grinding accessories approved for your power tool and only for the recommended applications.
Example: Never grind with the side surface of a cutting disc. Cutting discs are designed to remove material
with the edge of the disc. Any lateral application of force on these grinding tools can lead to breakage.
b) Use only undamaged mandrels of the correct size and length and without undercut on the shoulder for
conical and straight pencil grinders. Using an appropriate mandrel reduces the risk of breakages.
c) Avoid cutting disc jams or excessive contact pressure. Do not make any excessively deep cuts.
Overloading the cutting disc increases the stress and likelihood of tilting or jamming and thus the possibility
of kickback or breakage of the grinding tool.
d) Avoid putting your hand in the area in fron of or behind the rotating cutting disc. When you move the cutting
disc away from your hand, it is possible, in the event of a kickback, that the power tool along with the rotating
disc could be thrown out directly towards you.
e) If the cutting disc jams or you stop working, switch the tool off and hold it steady until the disc has completely
stopped turning. Never attempt to pull a rotating cutting disc out of a cut. This could lead to kickback. Identify
and remove the cause of the jam.
f) Do not switch the power tool back on as long as it is in the workpiece. Allow the cutting disc to reach its full
speed before you carefully continue the cut. Otherwise, the disc may jam, jump out of the workpiece or cause
kickback.
g) Support panels or large workpieces to reduce the risk of the cutting disc jamming and causing a kickback.
Large workpieces can bend under their own weight. The workpiece must be supported on both sides,
namely in the vicinity of the cut, and also at the edge.
h) Be particularly careful when making “pocket cuts” into existing walls or other obscured areas. The inserted
cutting disc may cut into gas or water pipes, electrical wiring or other objects that can cause kickback.

Supplementary safety instructions for working with wire brushes
Special safety instructions for working with wire brushes:
a) Be aware that the brush can lose wire bristles even during normal operation. Do not overstress the wires by
applying excessive pressure to the brush. The wire bristles can easily penetrate light clothing and/or skin.
b) Allow the brush to run at working speed for at least one minute before applying it to the workpiece.
Ensure that no one is standing in front of or in line with the brush during this time. Loose pieces of wire could
fly off during the run-in period.
c) Aim the rotating steel brush away from yourself. When working with these brushes, small particles and
minute pieces of wire can fly off at great speed and pierce skin.
Safety guidelines for battery chargers
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with limited physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under supervision
or have been told how to use the appliance safely and are aware of the potential risks. Do not allow children
to use the appliance as a plaything. Cleaning and user maintenance tasks may not be carried out by children
unless they are supervised.
To avoid potential risks, damaged mains cables should be replaced by the manufacturer, their customer
service department or a similarly qualified person. The charger is suitable for indoor use only.

3. DESCRIPTION (A)
This cordless precision drill/sander is intended for drilling, milling, engraving, polishing, cleaning, grinding,
cutting of materials such as wood, metal, plastics, ceramics and stone in dry rooms using the corresponding
attachments (as supplied). Any other usage of or modification to the appliance is deemed to be improper and
carries a significant risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage(s) attributable to
misuse. This appliance is not intended for commercial use.

4. USE AND OPERATION
The ASIST power tool is designed for domestic or hobby use only.
The manufacturer and the importer do not recommend to use this equipment under extreme conditions and at
high loads. Any other additional requirements must be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the buyer.
Charging the battery
1. Connect the charging cable connector with the charging socket of the device.
2. Plug the charger into an electrical outlet.
3. After the charging process, disconnect the charger from the mains supply.
Checking the battery charge level
If the appliance is switched on, the status/remaining charge will be shown on the battery LED as follows:
GREEN = maximum charge
ORANGE = medium charge
RED = low charge – charge the battery
Changing/inserting the tool/collet chuck
Press the spindle lock and hold it down.
Turn the tensioning nut until the lock clicks into place.
Undo the tensioning nut from the thread using the combination spanner.
Remove any tool which is inserted.
First push the intended tool through the tensioning nut before inserting it into the appropriate collet chuck for
the tool shaft.
Press the spindle lock and hold it down.
Push the collet chuck into the thread insert and screw the tensioning nut
Switching ON and OFF
1. Press the on/off switch to start the device.
2. To turn it off, release the on/off switch (5).
Switching on/setting the speed range:
Set the ON/OFF switch with the speed control to a position between „-a+“.
Notes on working with materials/ tools/speed range
■ Use the milling bits for working on steel and iron at maximum speed.
Determine the rotational speed range for working on zinc, zinc alloys, aluminium, copper and lead by trying it
out on test pieces.
Use a low rotational speed for work on plastics and materials with a low melting point.
Use a high rotational speed for working on wood.

General Work Recommendations
The accessories may break at high speed and pressure. Therefore, apply only low pressure on the tool. This will
ease your work and also prevent wear and damages of your power tool and the edges.
Use only clean and sharp accessories. Plastics must be processed at low speed since they tend to melt during
processing. If vibrations occur, increase the speed. When working with grinding and polishing tools, use the
settings for low speed. If the tool speed decreases during processing, it means that most probably you apply too
much pressure on it. Dirty or blunt tools decrease the efficiency. Clean the attachment if you notice that you must
exert too much pressure on the power tool..
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and maintenance, always disconnect the supply cable from the mains.
Your power tool does not require any additional lubrication or maintenance. No parts that you may repair are
present.
Never use water or chemical agents to clean your power tool. Wipe it with a dry cloth.
Keep the motor cooling vents clean.
If you notice slight sparkling in the motor area, your power tool is sound. If the sparkling intensity increases,
a motor malfunction is concerned.
Never clean any part of the power tool by a hard, sharp or rough object.
Store the power tool if not used for a longer period. Do not store the power tool in places with high
temperatures. If possible, store the power tool in a place with a constant temperature and humidity.

7. DISPOSAL
The machine, rechargeable batteries, accessories and packaging should be sorted for
environmentalfriendly recycling.
Do not dispose of power tools and batteries/rechargeable batteries into household waste!

According to the European Guideline 2012/19/EU, power tools that are no longer usable, and
according to the European Guideline 2006/66/EC, defective or used battery packs/batteries, must
be collected separately and disposed of in an environmentally correct manner.
INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION ON DISPOSING OF USED PACKAGING MATERIALS
Put any used package material to the place determined by the municipality for waste disposal.

A FAST Hungary Kft. (2310 Szigetszentmiklós,
Kántor út 10.) mint a termék magyarországi im-
portőre a jótállási jegyen feltüntetett típusú és
gyártási számú készülékre jótállást biztosít a
fogyasztók számára az alábbi feltételek szerint:
A FAST Hungary Kft. a termékre a fogyasztó
részére történő átadástól (vásárlástól), illetve
ha az üzembe helyezést a terméket értékesítő
vállalkozás vagy annak megbízottja végzi, az
üzembe helyezéstől számított 24 hónapig, míg
250.000,- Ft eladási ár felett 36 hónapig tartó
időtartamra vállal jótállást. Ha a terméket a
fogyasztó az átadástól számított fél éven belül
helyezteti üzembe, akkor a jótállási határidő a
termék átadásától kezdődik. A termék alkotóré-
szeire és tartozékaira (pl. akkumulátor) a jótál-
lási idő a termék átadásától számított 12 hónap.
A jótállási igény a jótállási jeggyel, az át-
adástól (ha releváns az üzembe helyezéstől)
számított (i) 1 évig - 100.000,- Ft eladási árat
meg nem haladó termék esetén; (ii) 2 évig -
250.000,- Ft eladási árat meg nem haladó ter-
mék esetén; (iii) 3 évig - 250.000,- Ft eladási
árat meghaladó termék esetén a terméket
értékesítő vállalkozásnál, annak székhelyén,
vagy bármely telephelyén, fióktelepén, illetve
mindhárom esetben a jótállási jegyen feltünte-
tett hivatalos szerviznél közvetlenül is, míg az
előző (i) pont szerinti esetben, azaz 100.000,- Ft
eladási árat meg nem haladó termék esetén a
13. hónaptól a 24. hónapig kizárólag a hivata-
los szerviznél érvényesíthető. Jótállási jegy
hiányában a fogyasztói szerződés megkötését
bizonyítottnak kell tekinteni, ha a fogyasztó be-
mutatja a termék ellenértékének megfizetését
hitelt érdemlően igazoló bizonylatot. Mindezek
érdekében kérjük tisztelt Vásárlóinkat, hogy
őrizzék meg a fizetési bizonylatot is. A jótállási
időn belüli meghibásodás esetén a fogyasztó -
választása szerint - (i) a hibás termék díjmentes
kijavítását vagy kicserélését követelheti, kivéve,
ha a választott igény teljesítése lehetetlen, vagy
ha az a jótállásra kötelezettnek a fogyasztó által
érvényesíteni kívánt másik igény teljesítésével
összehasonlítva aránytalan többletköltséget
eredményezne, vagy (ii) ha a kötelezett a kija-
vítást, illetve kicserélést nem vállalata, vagy e
kötelezettségének megfelelő határidőn belül, a
fogyasztó érdekeit kímélve nem tud eleget ten-
ni, vagy ha a fogyasztónak a kijavításhoz vagy
kicseréléshez fűződő érdeke megszűnt, akkor
a fogyasztó megfelelő árleszállítást igényel-
het, vagy a hibát a kötelezett költségére maga
kijavíthatja vagy mással kijavíttathatja vagy el-
állhat a szerződéstől. Jelentéktelen hiba miatt
elállásnak nincs helye. A fogyasztó a választott
jogáról másikra térhet át. Az áttéréssel okozott
költséget köteles a jótállásra kötelezettnek
megfizetni, kivéve, ha az áttérésre a jótállásra
kötelezett adott okot, vagy az áttérés egyébként
indokolt volt. Ha a jótállási időtartam alatt a
termék első alkalommal történő javítása során
megállapítást nyer, hogy a termék nem javít-
ható, a fogyasztó eltérő rendelkezése hiányá-
ban a termék a megállapítást követő 8 napon
belül kicserélésre kerül. Ha a termék cseréjére
nincs lehetőség, a fogyasztó által bemutatott,
a termék ellenértékének megfizetését igazoló
bizonylaton feltüntetett vételárat nyolc napon
belül kell a fogyasztó részére visszatéríteni.
Ha a jótállási időtartam alatt a termék három
alkalommal történő kijavítást követően ismét
meghibásodik, a fogyasztó eltérő rendelkezése
hiányában, valamint ha a fogyasztó nem igényli
a vételár arányos leszállítását, és nem kívánja a
terméket a jótállásra kötelezett költségére kija-
vítani vagy mással kijavíttatni, a termék 8 napon
belül kicserélésre kerül. Ha a termék kicserélé-
sére nincs lehetőség, a fogyasztó által bemu-
tatott, a termék ellenértékének megfizetését
igazoló bizonylaton feltüntetett vételárat nyolc
napon belül kell a fogyasztó részére visszaté-
ríteni. Ha a termék kijavítására a kijavítási
igény közlésétől számított 30. napig nem kerül
sor, a fogyasztó eltérő rendelkezése hiányában a
terméket a 30 napos határidő eredménytelen el-
teltét követő nyolc napon belül cserélni kell. Ha
a termék cseréjére nincs lehetőség, a fogyasztó
által bemutatott, a termék ellenértékének meg-
fizetését igazoló bizonylaton feltüntetett vételá-
rat a 30 napos kijavítási határidő eredménytelen
elteltét követő nyolc napon belül kell a fogyasztó
részére visszatéríteni. A fogyasztó a hiba fel-
fedezését követően késedelem nélkül, legké-
sőbb a felfedezéstől számított 2 hónapon belül
köteles a hibát közölni. A bejelentés kapcsán
kérjük vegye figyelembe, hogy a jótállási igény
kizárólag a jótállási határidőben érvénye-
síthető! Mindazonáltal a jótállási határidő
meghosszabbodik a javításra átadás nap-
jától kezdve azzal az idővel, amely alatt a
fogyasztó a terméket a hiba miatt rendelte-
tésszerűen nem használhatta. Ha a jótállásra
kötelezett jótállási kötelezettségének megfelelő
határidőben nem tesz eleget, a jótállási igény a
fogyasztó erre irányuló felhívásában tűzött meg-
felelő határidő elteltétől számított 3 hónapon
belül akkor is érvényesíthető bíróság előtt, ha a
jótállási idő már eltelt. E határidő elmulasztása
jogvesztéssel jár. A jótállási kötelezettség telje-
sítésével kapcsolatosan felmerülő költségek a
jótállás kötelezettjét terhelik.
A 151/2003. (IX.22.) Korm.rendeletben meg-
határozott tartós fogyasztási cikk meghibáso-
dása miatt a vásárlástól (üzembe helyezéstől)
számított három munkanapon belül érvénye-
sített csereigény esetén a terméket értékesítő
vállalkozás nem hivatkozhat aránytalan több-
letköltségre, hanem köteles a tartós fogyasztási
cikket kicserélni, feltéve, hogy a meghibásodás
a rendeltetésszerű használatot akadályozza (és
a csere nem lehetetlen). Kijavítás esetén a fo-
gyasztási cikkbe csak új alkatrész kerülhet be-
építésre. Javítási- vagy csereigény esetén töre-
kedni kell arra, hogy a kijavítás vagy kicserélés
15 napon belül megtörténjen. Ha a javítás vagy a
csere időtartama a 15 napot meghaladja, akkor
tájékoztatni kell a fogyasztót a kijavítás vagy a
csere várható időtartamáról. A tájékoztatás a
fogyasztó előzetes hozzájárulása esetén elekt-
ronikus úton, vagy a fogyasztó általi átvétel iga-
zolására alkalmas más módon történik. A rögzí-
tett bekötésű, illetve a 10kg-nál súlyosabb, vagy
tömegközlekedési eszközön kézi csomagként
nem szállítható fogyasztási cikket – járművek
kivételével - az üzemeltetés helyén kell megja-
vítani. Ha a javítás az üzemeltetés helyén nem
végezhető el, a le- és felszerelésről, valamint az
el – és visszaszállításról a jótállás kötelezettje,
vagy – a javítószolgálatnál közvetlenül érvénye-
sített kijavítási igény esetén – a javítószolgálat
gondoskodik.
Nem tartozik jótállás alá a hiba és a jótállásra
kötelezett mentesül a jótállási kötelezettség alól,
ha bizonyítja, hogy a hiba oka a termék fogyasz-
tó részére való átadását követően keletkezett,
így például ha a hibát nem rendeltetésszerű
használat, használati útmutató figyelmen kí-
vül hagyása, helytelen szállítás vagy tárolás,
leejtés, rongálás, elemi kár, készüléken kívül-
álló ok (pl. hálózati feszültség megengedettnél
nagyobb ingadozása) illetéktelen átalakítás,
beavatkozás, nem hivatalos szerviz által vég-
zett szakszerűtlen javítás fogyasztó feladatát
képező karbantartási munkák elmulasztása
normál, természetes elhasználódásra visszave-
zethető (pl. elem lemerülése) vagy üzemszerű
kopásnak tulajdonítható meghibásodás okoz-
ta. A jótállás a fogyasztó jogszabályból eredő
jogait, így különösen a Polgári Törvénykönyv
szerinti kellékszavatossági illetve termékszava-
tossági jogait nem érinti. Tájékoztatjuk, hogy
a fogyasztóvédelmi törvényben meghatározott
fogyasztói jogvita bíróságon kívüli rendezése
érdekében Ön a megyei (fővárosi) kereskedelmi
és iparkamarák által működtetett békéltető tes-
tület eljárását is kezdeményezheti (a békéltető
